| dc.description.abstract | การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาคุณลักษณะงานวิจัยทางการศึกษาที่ใช้วิธีวิทยาการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณและเชิงคุณภาพ 2) วิเคราะห์คุณภาพงานวิจัย และศึกษาผลของตัวแปรคุณลักษณะงานวิจัยที่มีต่อคุณภาพงานวิจัย 3) สังเคราะห์ข้อค้นพบจากงานวิจัยทางการศึกษาที่ใช้วิธีวิทยาการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณและเชิงคุณภาพ โดยการสังเคราะห์งานวิจัยที่มีแผนแบบการวิจัยผสมผสานระหว่างวิธีการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณและเชิงคุณภาพ ประชากรงานวิจัยคือ วิทยานิพนธ์คณะครุศาสตร์ จุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัย ปีการศึกษา 2540-2545 ที่ใช้แผนแบบการวิจัยผสมผสาน จำนวน 28 เล่ม การเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลใช้แบบบันทึกข้อมูล และแบบวิเคราะห์งานวิจัยการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลใช้โปรแกรม SPSS for Window และการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. ลักษณะการผสมผสานวิธีวิทยาการวิจัยในวิทยานิพนธ์ของคณะครุศาสตร์ มี 2 แบบคือ "แบบนำแบบรอง" กับ "แบบทวิภาคี" แบบนำแบบรองใช้ในงานวิจัย 16 เรื่องโดยมี 15 เรื่องที่ใช้วิธีเชิงปริมาณนำและวิธีเชิงคุณภาพรอง ส่วนอีก 1 เรื่องนั้นใช้วิธีเชิงคุณภาพนำและวิธีเชิงปริมาณรอง ส่วนงานวิจัยที่ใช้แบบทวิภาคีมี 12 เรื่อง ซึ่งส่วนใหญ่ วิธีวิจัยที่ใช้คือ การสำรวจและกรณีศึกษา 2. คุณภาพของวิทยานิพนธ์ที่ใช้แผนแบบการวิจัยผสมผสานมีความหลากหลายดังนี้ วิทยานิพนธ์ส่วนใหญ่มีคุณภาพอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง (ร้อยละ 67.86) ระดับดี (ร้อยละ 28.57) และค่อนข้างต่ำ (ร้อยละ 3.57) เรียงลงมาตามลำดับ โดยมีตัวแปรคุณลักษณะงานวิจัย 3 ตัว คือ จำนวนวิธีวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลในการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ ประเภทงานวิจัย และรูปแบบวิธีวิจัยแบบสำรวจ-กรณีศึกษา-สัมภาษณ์ สามารถร่วมกันอธิบายความแปรปรวนของค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ของคุณภาพงานวิจัยได้ร้อยละ 57.70 3. ข้อค้นพบจากงานวิจัยมี 4 ด้านคือ (1) ด้านการจัดการเรียนการสอนเพื่อการพัฒนาผู้เรียน (2) ด้านการพัฒนาครู (3) ด้านการพัฒนาการบริหารจัดการ และ (4) ด้านอื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการศึกษา สำหรับการจัดการเรียนการสอนเพื่อการพัฒนาผู้เรียนพบว่า ครูควรรู้จักนักเรียนเป็นรายบุคคลเพราะเป็นฐานสารสนเทศในการแก้ปัญหาและพัฒนาผู้เรียน ผู้ปกครองควรมีส่วนร่วมในการพัฒนาผู้เรียน การประเมินนักเรียนควรใช้แฟ้มผลงานที่มีการสะท้อนความคิดเพื่อการพัฒนาโดยครูและนักเรียน ส่วนการพัฒนาครูควรให้ครูทำวิจัย และใช้ผลการวิจัยไปพัฒนาวิธีการสอนนักเรียน การบริหารจัดการเน้นการพัฒนาหลักสูตรท้องถิ่นโดยดึงชุมชนเข้ามามีส่วนร่วมกำหนดทิศทางและเป้าหมายของโรงเรียน ร่วมวางแผน ร่วมปฏิบัติงาน และร่วมประเมินผลอย่างต่อเนื่องและอยู่ในวงจรปกติของการทำงาน | en |
| dc.description.abstractalternative | Three purposes of this research were 1) to study the characteristics of qualitative and quantitative educational research 2) to analyze the quality of the research and study the effects of the research characteristic variables on the quality of the research 3) to synthesize the findings of educational researches which using a mixed design between qualitative and quantitative methodology. The population were 28 theses of the Faculty of Education of Chulalongkorn University during the academic years of 2540-2545 which using a mixed design. The data were collected through two research codding forms. All data were analyzed with SPSS for window and content analysis. The findings were follows: 1) Two models of mixed methodology were found. They were a dominant-less dominant design and a two-phase design. A dominant-less dominant design was applied in 16 theses; whereas a quantitative dominant and qualitative less dominant design was applied in 15 theses, and a qualitative dominant and quantitative less dominant design was used in 1 thesis. A two-phase design was applied in 12 theses; whereas, a survey and a case study were used. 2) The quality of the mixed methodology educational researches were varied. Most theses (67.86%) were of moderate quality; whereas 28.57 % and 3.57 % possessed good and low quality respectively. There were 3 research characteristic variables: number of data analysis (qualitative research), the research types, the research method (surveycase study-interview). These variables could account for 57.70 % of variance of correlation of the quality of the research. 3) The synthesis of the findings can be summarized in the following four areas: 1) Instruction for student achievement development, 2) Teacher development, 3) Management and administration development, and 4) Other matters in education. In the instruction for student development area, it was found that teachers should profoundly know and truly understand each single student because this information could be used as the basis in solving student's problems and developing him or her. Students' portfolios reflecting both students and teachers' ideas should be used in evaluating students for overall teacher and student development. In teacher development area, teachers were supposed to do research, and then use research results in improving and developing instruction. In educational management and administration area, local curriculum development was to be focused by attracting the community to continuously be active in the school normal working system and participate in schools' goal and direction setting, planning, implementing and evaluating. | en |
