dc.description.abstract	การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อออกแบบระบบสารสนเทศโดยใช้คอมพิวเตอร์สำหรับฝ่ายระเบียบงานรัฐสภา เพื่อให้เป็นไปตามวัตถุประสงค์ดังกล่าว ผู้วิจัยจึงได้ทำการศึกษาการดำเนินงานต่างๆภายในสำนักงานเลขาธิการรัฐสภา ซึ่งเป็นหน่วยงานหลักของฝ่ายนิติบัญญัติ ในการให้บริการด้านต่างๆแก่สมาชิกรัฐสภา โดยการสัมภาษณ์บุคคลากรที่เกี่ยวข้อง ค้นคว้าจากเอกสารภายในหน่วยงาน และตำราทางวิชาการจากนั้นก็จะทำการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลที่รวบรวมมาได้ และทำการออกแบบระบบสารสนเทศ จากการศึกษานับว่างานต่างๆภายในกองการประชุม และกองกรรมาธิการ เป็นงานหลักของสำนักงานเลขาธิการรัฐสภาส่วนหน่วยงานอื่นๆเป็นหน่วยงานสนับสนุน จึงได้ทำการวิเคราะห์ และออกแบบระบบสารสนเทศสำหรับฝ่ายระเบียบงานรัฐสภาโดยจะทำการออกแบบรายงานต่างๆ สิ่งนำเข้าของข้อมูลฐานข้อมูลที่จำ เป็นสำหรับรายงาน ตลอดจนขั้นตอนการดำเนินการของระบบ ทางด้านการประมวลผลระบบจะใช้วิธีการประมวลผลแบบถามตอบ และอัพเดทออนไลน์ เพื่อให้ผู้ใช้สามารถเตรียมข้อมูล สอบถาม แก้ไขข้อมูลในฐานข้อมูลได้ทันที ระบบสารสนเทศที่ออกแบบนี้จะเป็นแนวทาง ในการสร้างระบบงานคอมพิวเตอร์ที่สามารถสอบถามสารสนเทศที่สนใจได้โดยง่าย ให้รายงานได้ในหลายรูปแบบ อีกทั้งยังอำนวยความสะดวกในด้านการปฏิบัติงาน ขณะเดียวกันก็ช่วยให้การจัด เก็บ และการบริการข้อมูลมีประสิทธิภาพมากยิ่งขึ้น	en_US
dc.description.abstractalternative	The objective of this research is to design the computerized information systems for the Parliamentary Procedure Field. To achieve the objective, the operational details of these main functional areas of the Secretariat of the National Assembly are studied by interviewing related personnel and gathering information from the reference documents. Then, the collected information are analyzed and the study reveals that while other functional units are only the supporting functions, the Parliamentary Division and the Committee Division are the major functions of the Parliamentary Procedure Field. The further designs are included input data, data base related to the reports and procedure of the Parliamentary Division and the Committee Division. The designed systems are the online inquiry with update application for the end-user prepares, accesses and update the data in the data base. This research is designed so as to be a guideline in implementing the information systems for Parliamentary Procedure Field which would be available for easy to use inquiry system, multi-format reports and higher performance and information	en_US
