| dc.description.abstract | การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีจุดมุ่งหมายเพื่อศึกษาตัวประกอบสำคัญเกี่ยวกับสมรรถภาพของครูช่างเชื่อมและโลหะแผ่น ตามการรับรู้ของตนเอง กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยคือ ครูช่างเชื่อมและโลหะแผ่น ซึ่งปฏิบัติการสอนในสถานศึกษาสังกัดกรมอาชีวศึกษา จำนวน 441 คน ผู้วิจัยได้เก็บข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบสำรวจความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับสมรรถภาพของครูช่างเชื่อมและโลหะแผ่นซึ่งรายการสมรรถภาพของครูช่างเชื่อมและโลหะแผ่นที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ ผู้วิจัยได้สร้างขึ้นเองจำนวน 147 ข้อกระทง ข้อมูลที่ได้ทำการวิเคราะห์โดยใช้คอมพิวเตอร์โปรแกรมสำเร็จรูป เอส พี เอส เอส เอ็กซ์ คำนวณหาค่าตัวกลางเลขคณิต ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน สัมประสิทธิ์การกระจายขอแต่ละตัวแปร และวิเคราะห์ตัวประกอบด้วยวิธีตัวประกอบภาพพจน์ และหมุนแกนตัวประกอบแบบออโธกอนธลด้วยวิธีแวริแมกซ์ ข้อค้นพบมีดังนี้คือ การวิจัยครั้งนี้พบตัวประกอบสำคัญที่เกี่ยวข้องกับสมรรถภาพของครูช่างเชื่อมและโลหะแผ่น 10 ตัวประกอบ คือ ความเป็นครู ความรู้ความสามารถทางการศึกษาและทักษะการสอนความรู้ความสามารถในเนื้อหาวิชาช่างเชื่อมและโลหะแผ่น การจัดการและบริหารโครงการ การจัดการและบริหารโรงฝึกงาน ความรู้ความสามารถในวิธีการเชื่อม เจตคติต่อวิชาชีพครู การปกครองนักเรียนและสร้างบรรยากาศในชั้นเรียน ความรู้ความสามารถในจิตวิทยและทักษะทางช่างเชื่อมและโลหะแผ่นโดยที่ตัวประกอบเหล่านี้สามารถอธิบายความแปรปรวนของสมรรถภาพของครูช่างเชื่อมและโลหะแผ่นได้ร้อยละ 57.7 | en_US |
| dc.description.abstractalternative | The purpose of this research was to study the essential factors related to competencies of technical teachers in welding and sheet metal as perceived by themselves. The sample consisted of 441 technical teac-hers in welding and sheet metal. Data were collected by using the Tech-nical Teachers in Welding and Sheet Metal Competencies Inventory. The 147 items of technical teachers in welding and sheet metal competencies were built by researcher. The data were analyzed by the computer program SPSS-X. The arithmatic mean, standard deviation and coefficient of variation for each item were computed. Factor analysis method by Image Factoring Method and Varimax Rotation Method was used to find the factors related to competencies of technical teachers in welding and sheet metal. The findings were as follows : The ten factors related to the competencies of technical teachers were : teaching spirit, teaching knowledge and skills, knowledge in welding and sheet metal, project management, plant management, welding technique, teacher attitude, class management, psychological knowledge and welding and sheet metal skills. These factors could account for 57.7 percents of the total variance of competencies of technical teachers in welding and sheet metal. | en_US |
