| dc.description.abstract | การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 3 ประการ คือ 1 ) เพื่อศึกษาความต้องการ การจัดการศึกษานอกระบบโรงเรียนในด้านผู้สอน กิจกรรมการเรียนการสอน เนื้อหา อุปกรณ์การสอน สภาพแวดล้อม และการประเมินผลของนักเต้นคาบาเร่ต์ที่มีพฤติกรรมเบี่ยงเบนทางเพศจากชายเป็นหญิง 2) เพื่อศึกษาความต้องการทางการศึกษาตามอัธยาศัยในด้าน บุคคลและสื่อ ของนักเต้นคาบาเร่ต์ที่มีพฤติกรรมเบี่ยงเบนทางเพศจากชายเป็นหญิง 3) เพื่อเสนอแนวทางในการจัดการศึกษานอกระบบโรงเรียนและการศึกษาตามอัธยาศัย ของนักเต้นคาบาเร่ต์ที่มีพฤติกรรมเบี่ยงเบนทางเพศจากชายเป็นหญิง ประชากรที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ นักเต้นคาบาเร่ต์ที่มีพฤติกรรมเบี่ยงเบนทางเพศจากชายเป็นหญิง จำนวน 69 คน จากคาลิปโซ กรุงเทพมหานคร จำนวน 18 คน ฟรีแมน แดนซ์อรีน่า กรุงเทพมหานคร จำนวน 15 คน อัลคาซาพัทยา จังหวัดชลบุรี จำนวน 36 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ แบบสัมภาษณ์ และแบบสังเกต ผลของการวิจัยพบว่า 1. ความต้องการ การศึกษานอกระบบโรงเรียนของนักเต้นคาบาเร่ต์ที่มีพฤติกรรมเบี่ยงเบนทางเพศจากชายเป็นหญิง ในด้านผู้สอนพบว่ามีความเหมาะสม ด้านเนื้อหาพบว่านักแสดงมีความต้องการที่จะเรียนรู้เรื่องเทคนิคการแต่งหน้า จำนวน 69 คน ภาษาต่างประเทศ คือ ภาษาอังกฤษ ภาษาเยอรมัน ภาษาญี่ปุ่น ภาษาเกาหลี ภาษาจีน จำนวน 54 คน การดูแลรักษารูปร่างหน้าตา จำนวน 54 คน การออกแบบและตัดเย็บเครื่องแต่งกาย จำนวน 39 คน การออกแบบและประดิษฐ์เครื่องสวมศีรษะ จำนวน 14 คน ศิลปการป้องกันตัว จำนวน 14 คน ด้านกิจกรรมการเรียนการสอนพบว่า ต้องการให้สถานบันเทิงเป็นผู้ประสานกับผู้เชี่ยวชาญหรืองค์กรต่างๆ มาจัด จำนวน 54 คน ดูงานนอกสถานที่ จำนวน 52 คน มีการสนับสนุนงบประมาณให้ไปเรียนกับองค์กรต่างๆ ที่จัดตามความสนใจ จำนวน 9 คน ด้านอุปกรณ์การสอนพบว่ามีความเหมาะสม ด้านสภาพแวดล้อมพบว่านักแสดงคาบาเร่ต์ที่มีพฤติกรรมเบี่ยงเบนทางเพศจากชายเป็นหญิงทั้งหมดในฟรีแมน แดนซ์อรีน่า มีความต้องการให้ปรับปรุง สภาพห้องซ้อม ห้องแต่งตัว ให้มีขนาดใหญ่เหมาะสมกับจำนวนนักแสดง ในคาลิปโซต้องการให้มีการจัดห้องซ้อมการแสดง จำนวน 7 คน จากจำนวนนักแสดงทั้งหมด 18 คน นอกจากนี้นักแสดงคาบาเร่ต์ที่มีพฤติกรรมเบี่ยงเบนทางเพศจากชายเป็นหญิงทุกคนในคาลิปโซ และฟรีแมน แดนซ์อรีน่ามีความต้องการให้จัดมุมพักผ่อนซึ่งอาจเป็นมุมหนังสือ นักแสดงคาบาเร่ต์ที่มีพฤติกรรมเบี่ยงเบนทางเพศจากชายเป็นหญิงทุกคนในฟรีแมนมีความต้องการลิฟท์ในการขึ้นลงห้องซ้อม นักแสดงคาบาเร่ต์ในคาลิปโซมีความต้องการให้แก้ปัญหาเรื่องการระบายอากาศด้วยการปรึกษาผู้เชี่ยวชาญในด้านอาคารสถานที่ จำนวน 15 คน ด้านประเมินผลพบว่า มีความเหมาะสม 2. ความต้องการทางการศึกษาตามอัธยาศัยในด้านบุคคลและสื่อ พบว่านักแสดงคาบาเร่ต์ที่มีพฤติกรรมเบี่ยนเบนจากชายเป็นหญิง มีความต้องการด้านบุคคลเหมาะสม ด้านสื่อพบว่ามีความต้องการให้รับนิตยสารที่เกี่ยวข้องกับความเคลื่อนไหวด้านบันเทิงที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการแสดงคาบาเร่ต์ จำนวน 69 คน และต้องการให้จัดวีดีทัศน์ที่เกี่ยวกับการแสดงคาบาเร่ต์ จำนวน 54 คน 3. แนวทางการจัดการศึกษานอกระบบโรงเรียนและการศึกษาตามอัธยาศัย ในการศึกษานอกระบบโรงเรียนอาจจัดโดยจัดประสานให้องค์กรต่าง ๆ หรือผู้เชี่ยวชาญร่วมจัดตามความสนใจของนักแสดง โดยเสียค่าใช้จ่ายในราคาถูก สนับสนุนงบประมาณให้นักแสดงไปเรียนตามองค์กรต่าง ๆ ที่จัดการศึกษานอกระบบโรงเรียนตามความสนใจของนักแสดง พานักแสดงไปดูงานนอกสถานที่ แนวทางการจัดการศึกษาตามอัธยาศัยอาจจัดโดยมีการจัดมุมหนังสือซึ่งอาจจะเป็นมุมพักผ่อน จัดห้องสำหรับดูวีดีทัศน์ เพิ่มจำนวนวีดีทัศน์ จัดให้มีฝ่ายสรรหาและยืมคืนนิตยสาร วีดีทัศน์ มีการจัดป้ายนิเทศในการประชาสัมพันธ์และให้ความรู้ต่าง ๆอย่างทั่วถึง | en |
| dc.description.abstractalternative | The research findings were as follows: 1) The non-formal education's needs in the aspects of instructors, media, and evaluation of the cabaret transvestite dancers were at the appropriate. In level the non-formal education’s needs in the aspects of contents, all cabaret transvestite dancers needed to study making up; 54 study needed to foreign languages (i.e. English, Korean, Japan, Chinese, and Deutsch); 54 needed to looking after their skin; 39 needed to fashion design; 14 about design and invention of the head decorated; and 14 about self defending. In the non-formal education's needs in aspects of educational activities, 54 cabaret transvestite dancers needed the cooperation between their entertainment complexes and other organizations or expertise to organize course; 52 cabaret transvestite dancers needed field studying; 9 cabaret transvestite dancers needed the supporting of fund for studying in their interested organization. In the non-formal education's needs in the aspect of environment, all cabaret transvestite dancers working in Alcaza Pattaya agreed that the environment was appropriated while all dancers from Freeman Dance Arena needed the improvement of training and dressing rooms; In Calipzo 7 cabaret transvestite dancers needed a training room while 11 dancers considered training on the stage was appropriated. All cabaret transvestite dancers from Freeman Dance Arena needed elevator between floor of dressing and training room, 15 cabaret transvestite dancers from Calipzo needed improvements of air ventilation by consulting the specialists. In addition, all cabaret transvestite dancers from Freeman Dance Arena and Calipzo needed relaxing corner with books. 2) In-formal education's needs in the aspctss of resource person of the cabaret transvestite dancers was the appropriate. In the in-formal education’s needs in media, 69 cabaret transvestite dancers needed the magazines on cabaret shows and 54 dancers needed the videos on cabaret shows. 3) The guidelines of organizing non-formal education for the cabaret transvestite dancers might be (1) cooperation with other organizations or expertise by the administrators to teach the dancers for low cost of fee; (2) providing funds for dancers to study, based on their interests, in the organizations providing non formal education; (3) organizing field trip. The guidelines of organizing in-formal education for the cabaret transvestite dancers might be providing the relaxing corners, video viewing rooms, increasing the numbers of videos, establishing of the section for loan of books and videos as well as providing information boards throughout. | en |
