| Abstract: | การวิเคราะห์การจัดการข้อมูลของโปรแกรม มินิ-ไมโคร ซีดีเอส/ไอซิส มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาและวิเคราะห์ขั้นตอนการประมวลผลโปรแกรม เทคนิคที่ใช้ ตลอดจนโครงสร้างข้อมูลและแฟ้มข้อมูลของโปรแกรม สามารถสรุปผลการวิจัยได้ดังนี้ โปรแกรมมินิ-ไมโคร ซีดีเอส/ไอซิส ประกอบด้วยโปรแกรมระบบจำนวน 6 โปรแกรม ถูกออกแบบโดยใช้เทคนิคของการจัดเก็บรายการประมวลผลระบบ แผ่นงานระบบ ตลอดจนข่าวสารระบบ แยกต่างหากเพื่อให้มีความเป็นอิสระต่อโปรแกรม ทำให้สามารถเปลี่ยนภาษาที่ใช้แสดงข้อความเป็นภาษาต่างๆ ได้โดยไม่ต้องแก้ไขโปรแกรม แฟ้มข้อมูลต่างๆ ถูกออกแบบให้มีความเป็นมาตรฐาน แต่ประยุกต์ใช้เทคนิคต่างกันตามความเหมาะสมของหน้าที่การทำงาน ข้อมูลที่จะต้องถูกเข้าถึงอย่างรวดเร็วจะถูกออกแบบให้มีโครงสร้างแบบเข้าถึงโดยตรง ข้อมูลที่มีความยาวระเบียนแปรผันจะถูกออกแบบให้จัดเก็บอยู่ในแฟ้มข้อมูลชนิดระเบียนความยาวแปรผัน แล้วอาศัยเทคนิคการใช้ดัชนีตลอดจนลิสต์และตัวชี้ในการระบุตำแหน่งข้อมูลทั้งภายในและระหว่างแฟ้มข้อมูล มีการประยุกต์การตรวจสอบค่าข้อมูลในตารางภายในหน่วยความจำแทนที่จะเขียนเป็นคำสั่งทดสอบในโปรแกรม เพื่อให้ใช้งานในขอบเขตที่กว้างขวาง ไม่จำกัดโครงสร้างข้อมูลชนิดบี*ทรีถูกนำมาประยุกต์ใช้ในการเก็บดัชนีในการค้นหาข้อมูล เทคนิคการปรับปรุงระเบียนถูกออกแบบให้มีประสิทธิภาพสูงสุดโดยคำนึงถึงความประหยัด และยังมีชุดคำสั่งในการแก้ไขความสูญเสียที่เกิดจากข้อจำกัดของโครงสร้างข้อมูลที่ใช้อีกด้วย |
| Other Abstract: | The purposes of this research are to study and analyse the steps of program processing, techniques used in the programs, data structure and file structures. The study can be summarized as follows: The programs are divided into 6 programs and are well designed with special techniques to separate system menus, system worksheets and system messages from the program by saving each of them in a distinct file for the reason of program independence feature. Displaying other language can be done easily with no changes in the object program. Each file is designed under the thoughts of standardization, but it is also adapted with the appropriate techniques up to its duty. Fast access records are kept in a direct file organization, while variable-length records are stored in an economic variable-length record file which is increased its access efficiency by using not only indexing technique but also linked list and pointer techniques in addressing the data area within and between files. B*Tree structure is used in index manipulation for a better response time. Internal-table checking is included rather than comparison coding in the program. Record manipulation is designed with the optimized overhead and with the most efficient processing. The system also provides the routines to solve the problems occurred because of the limitation of data structure used. |
