| Abstract: | การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาและเปรียบเทียบมโนทัศน์เกี่ยวกับบริการสาธารณสุขและการใช้บริการสาธารณสุขของ นักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 6 ตามตัวแปรเพศ กลุ่มตัวอย่างได้แก่ นักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 6 จำนวน 500 คน จากโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา สังกัดกรมสามัญศึกษา เขตการศึกษา 8 จำนวน 19 โรงเรียน ผู้วิจัยได้สร้างแบบสอบถามและเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลโดยการส่งทางไปรษณีย์ และเก็บรวบรวมด้วยตนเองบางส่วน ได้รับแบบสอบถามคืนเป็นฉบับสมบูรณ์ 495 ฉบับ คิดเป็นร้อยละ 99 เป็นเพศชาย 235 คน และเพศหญิง 260 คน ผู้วิจัยได้นำข้อมูลมาวิเคราะห์โดยหาค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ([means]) ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (SD) และทดสอบความแตกต่างของค่าเฉลี่ยด้วยค่า T (t-test) ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. นักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 6 มีมโนทัศน์เกี่ยวกับบริการสาธารณสุขและการใช้บริการสาธารณสุขอยู่ที่ระดับดี 2. นักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 6 เพศชายและเพศหญิง มีมโนทัศน์เกี่ยวกับบริการสาธารณสุขไม่แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 3. นักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 6 เพศชายและเพศหญิง ใช้บริการสาธารณสุข ไม่แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 |
| Other Abstract: | The purposes of the research were to study and to compare the public health service concepts and public health service usage of Mathayom Suksa Six students on the variable of sex. Five hundred students of Mathayom Suksa Six from 19 secondary schools under the Jurisdiction of the Department of General Education, Educational Region Eight were randomly sampled. Students were asked to respond to the questionnaires. The complete questionnaires, accounted for ninety-nine percent, were returned by 235 males and 260 females. The data were analyzed in terms of percentages, means standard deviations. A t-test was applied to determine of significant differences. The results were revealed as follows: 1. The public health service concepts and public health service usage of Mathayom Suksa Six students were at the good level. 2. The comparison of public health service concepts between male and female students of Mathayom Suksa Six was found to be no statistically significant difference at the .05 level. 3. The comparison of public health service usage between male and female students of Mathayom Suksa Six was found to be no statistically significant difference at the .05 level. |
