| dc.description.abstract | การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการตัดสินใจของประชาชนในการเข้าร่วมโครงการการศึกษาต่อเนื่องที่จัดขึ้นโดยมหาวิทยาลัยรามคำแหง โดยใช้แบบสอบถามเป็นเครื่องมือในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลจากกลุ่มตัวอย่างจำนวน 168 คน วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการหาค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบและการวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ปัจจัยที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการตัดสินใจของประชาชนในการเข้าร่วมโครงการการศึกษาต่อเนื่องที่จัดขึ้นโดยมหาวิทยาลัยรามคำแหง มี 5 ด้าน ได้แก่ ด้านการติดต่อสื่อสาร ด้านความต้องการพัฒนาตนเอง ด้านสภาพความพร้อมของการจัดโครงการ ด้านความคาดหวังและด้านการมีส่วนร่วม เมื่อหาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างปัจจัยทั้ง 5 ด้านกับตัวแปรต่าง ๆ พบว่าตัวแปรทาง 1. เพศ ไม่มีวามสัมพันธ์กับปัจจัยทั้ง 5 ด้าน 2. อายุ มีความสัมพันธ์กับปัจจัยด้านความคาดหวังเท่านั้นโดยพบว่าอายุต่างกันมีปัจจัยด้านความคาดหวังแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญที่ระดับ .01 3. สถานภาพการสมรสมีความสัมพันธ์กับปัจจัยด้านความคาดหวังเท่านั้น โดยพบว่าสถานภาพการสมรสต่างกันมีปัจจัยด้านความคาดหวังแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 4. ระดับการศึกษามีความสัมพันธ์กับด้านสภาพความพร้อมของการจัดโครงการเท่านั้น โดยพบว่าระดับการศึกษาต่างกันมีปัจจัยด้านสภาพความพร้อมของการจัดโครงการแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 5. อาชีพหลัก มีความสัมพันธ์กับปัจจัยด้านความคาดหวังเท่านั้น โดยพบว่าอาชีพหลักต่างกันอย่างมีปัจจัยด้านความคาดหวังแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 | en_US |
| dc.description.abstractalternative | The purpose of this research was to study the factors related to the participants’ decision in the continuing education program provided by Ramkhumhaeng University. The questionnaires were employed to collect data from 168 persons. Means, standard deviation, factor analysis, and one-way analysis of variance were used to analyze the data. The results of this study revealed that the factors which related to the participants’ decision in the continuing education program were communication, the need for self-development, the state of readiness of program arrangement, expectation, and participation. In finding the relationship between the five factors and variables, the results were; 1. The variable on sex was not related to the five factors. 2. The variable on age was only related to the expectation factor. There was a statistical significant difference participants’ expectation from different ages at .01 level. 3. The variable on marital status was only related to the espectation factor. There was a statistical significant difference of participants’ expectation from different marital status at .05 level. 4. The variable on level of education was only related to the state of readiness of program arrangement factor. There was a statistical significant difference of participants from different level of education in the state of readiness of program arrangement at .05 level. 5. The variable on major occupation was only related to the expectation factor. There was a statistical significant difference of participants’ expectation from different major occupations at .01 level. | en_US |
