| dc.description.abstract | วัตถุประสงค์ของการวิจัย เพื่อเสนอระบบการใช้โทรศัพท์เพื่อการศึกษา สำหรับการศึกษาทางไกล ของมหาวิทยาลัยสุโขทัยธรรมาธิราช วิธีดำเนินการวิจัย 1. ศึกษาแนวคิด ความเป็นมา และรูปแบบโทรศัพท์การศึกษาเท่าที่เป็นอยู่จากเอกสารและวรรณกรรมที่เกี่ยวข้องทั้งในประเทศและต่างประเทศ จากการศึกษาและดูงานเกี่ยวกับโทรศัพท์ภายในประเทศ เพื่อศึกษาความเป็นไปได้ทั้งในด้านระบบเทคนิคและการจัดตั้งระบบโทรศัพท์เพื่อการศึกษาขึ้นในสถาบันการการศึกษาบางแห่ง และจากการสัมภาษณ์และขอคำแนะนำจากผู้ที่มีความรู้และประสบการณ์ในด้านโทรศัพท์เพื่อการศึกษา เพื่อให้ทราบระบบโทรศัพท์เพื่อการศึกษาที่เหมาะสมที่สุดสำหรับมหาวิทยาลัยในประเทศที่กำลังพัฒนา ดังเช่น มหาวิทยาลัยสุโขทัยธรรมาธิราช 2. สำรวจความคิดเห็นของผู้ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการใช้โทรศัพท์เพื่อการศึกษาในมหาวิทยาลัยสุโขทัยธรรมาธิราช โดยสอบถามความเห็นของผู้บริหาร นักวิชาการ และนักศึกษามหาวิทยาลัยสุโขทัยธรรมาธิราช ที่มีต่อระบบการใช้โทรศัพท์เพื่อการศึกษา โดยส่งแบบสอบถามไปยังกลุ่มตัวอย่างจำนวน 1,200 คน 3. ร่างต้นแบบระบบใช้โทรศัพท์เพื่อศึกษาโดยอาศัยทฤษฎีและหลักการที่ได้จากการศึกษาค้นคว้า และข้อมูลได้จากการสำรวจความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหาร นักวิชาการ และนักศึกษา แล้วนำร่างต้นแบบดังกล่าวไปให้คณะกรรมการผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิด้านการจัดระบบโทรศัพท์ เพื่อการศึกษาด้านเทคโนโลยีการศึกษา และเกี่ยวกับระบบการสอนทางไกล ตรวจรับรองพร้อมทั้งให้ข้อคิดเห็นและข้อเสนอแนะเพื่อปรับปรุงแก้ไข 4. ปรับปรุงต้นแบบระบบการใช้โทรศัพท์เพื่อการศึกษาตามข้อเสนอแนะของผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิแล้วให้เป็นระบบสมบูรณ์และนำเสนอระบบการใช้โทรศัพท์ เพื่อการศึกษาฉบับสมบูรณ์โดยจัดทำในรูปโครงการ ผลการวิจัย 1. จากความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับรูปแบบและความต้องการใช้โทรศัพท์เพื่อการศึกษาที่ได้จากผู้บริหาร นักวิชาการ นักศึกษา เห็นว่า มหาวิทยาลัยสุโขทัยธรรมาธิราช น่าจะมีการพัฒนาระบบการใช้โทรศัพท์เพื่อการศึกษาขึ้น เพื่อให้บริการโทรศัพท์เพื่อการศึกษาในรูปแบบต่างๆ โดยเฉพาะอย่างยิ่งการใช้โทรศัพท์เพื่อการสอนเสริม และการใช้โทรศัพท์เพื่องานบรรณสารสนเทศ 2. จากการตรวจรับรองร่างต้นแบบระบบการใช้โทรศัพท์เพื่อการศึกษา ผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิมีความเห็นว่า ร่างต้นแบบระบบการใช้โทรศัพท์เพื่อการศึกษาอยู่ในขั้น "ดี" และนำไปใช้ดำเนินการต่อไปได้ ข้อเสนอแนะ 1. สำหรับมหาวิทยาลัยเปิด (1) ควรจัดตั้งหน่วยโทรศัพท์เพื่อการศึกษา ในสำนักเทคโนโลยีการศึกษา (2) ควรทดลองทำการสอนเสริมโดยใช้โทรศัพท์เพื่อการศึกษา และ (3) สำรวจความต้องการของสถาบันการศึกษาหรือหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการศึกษาในการขอรับบริการโทรศัพท์ในรูปของบรรณสารสนเทศ 2. สำหรับการวิจัยขั้นต่อไป (1) ควรมีการศึกษาเปรียบเทียบการสอนเสริมโดยใช้โทรศัพท์กับการสอนเสริมแบบธรรมดาในระบบการสอนทางไกล (2) วิเคราะห์การใช้โทรศัพท์การศึกษาในฐานะสื่อหนึ่งชุดการสอนทางไกล และสำรวจความต้องการของประชาชนทั่วไป เกี่ยวกับการจัดตั้งศูนย์บริการโทรศัพท์เพื่อการศึกษาเพื่อชุมชนต่อไป | en_US |
| dc.description.abstractalternative | The objective of this study was to propose an educational telephone utilization system for the distance education of Sukhothai Thammathirat Open University. Procedures 1. The studies of the concept, developments, and formats, of existing educational telephone systems and the feasibility of establishing an educational telephone system in certain educational institutions were conducted through related literature and documents on educational telephone. The study visits to certain telephone networks in Thailand, and the interviews of experts. The obtained information and the experts advices were used to determine the most appropriate educational telephone system for an open university in developing country such as Sukhothai Thammathirat Open University of Thailand; 2. Opinion surveys via questionnaires on the use of educational telephone were conducted with randomly selected 1,200 administrators, academics, and students of Sukhothai Thammathirat Open University; 3. The proposed system model on the utilization of educational telephone was drafted as a prototype basing on the principles, theories, and information obtained from related literature and opinions of the experts and the sampling population. The draft prototype was then submitted for comments and approval by a previously appointed certifying committee consisting of members who are experts on telephone system, educational telephone, and distance education; 4. The prototype of the proposed system was revised basing on the comments of the certifying committee members. The final proposed educational telephone utilization system was then presented in the form of a proposed project. Results 1. From the opinions of the administrators, academics, and students, it was suggested that Sukhotai Thammatirat Open University implement the educational telephone utilization project to render various forms of education telephone service, especially for tutorials and for documentation and information services. 2. The Certifying Committee has certified the proposed system model as "Good" and recommended that the project on educational telephone utilization be implemented for distance education system at Sukhothai Thammathirat Open University. | en_US |
