dc.description.abstractจุดมุ่งหมายที่สำคัญในการศึกษาครั้งนี้ คือ(1) การศึกษาลักษณะหรือสภาพทั่วๆ ไป ทางเศรษฐกิจสังคม และกายภาพของจังหวัดราชบุรี (2) เพื่อศึกษาปัญหาและพื้นที่ที่มีปัญหาในด้านต่างๆ (3) ศึกษาแนวโน้มและศักยภาพในการพัฒนาจังหวัดราชบุรี (4) เพื่อเสนอแนะแนวทางในการแก้ไขปัญหาและแนวทางในการพัฒนาจังหวัดที่เหมาะสม จากการวิจัยปรากฏผลดังนี้ โครงสร้างทางเศรษฐกิจของจังหวัดราชบุรี ขึ้นอยู่กับสาขาการค้าและบริการ และสาขาอุตสาหกรรมเป็นหลัก โดยมีมูลค่าผลิตภัณฑ์มวลรวมคิดเป็นร้อยละ 17.24 ของมูลค่าผลิตภัณฑ์ภาคและมีรายได้เฉลี่ยต่อบุคคล 10,338 บาท ซึ่งสูงกว่ารายได้เฉลี่ยต่อบุคคลของทั้งภาคและประเทศ ประชากรของจังหวัดราชบุรีมากเป็นอันดับ 2 ของภาคตะวันตก และมีอัตราการเพิ่มเฉลี่ยร้อยละ 4.34 ต่อปี โครงสร้างอาชีพของประชากรวัยแรงงานส่วนใหญ่ประกอบอาชีพด้านเกษตรกรรม สภาพปัญหาหลักของจังหวัดราชบุรี จากการจัดลำดับความสำคัญ ของปัญหาพบว่าปัญหาสำคัญที่ควรได้รับการแก้ไขแร่งด่วน ได้แก่ ปัญหาการบุกรุกทำลายป่า ปัญหาผลผลิตทางการเกษตรขยายตัวในระดับต่ำ และปัญหาการขยายพื้นที่เพาะปลูกมากกว่าจะเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการผลิต ดังนั้นแนวทางในการพัฒนาจังหวัดราชบุรี เพื่อให้สอดคล้องกับสภาพปัญหาหลักและศักยภาพในการพัฒนาของพื้นที่ดังกล่าวจึงควรเน้นการพัฒนาในการอนุรักษ์และพัฒนาทรัพยากรธรรมชาติ ขั้นมูลฐานและส่งเสริมการพัฒนาสูงรวมทั้งอุตสาหกรรมการท่องเที่ยว เพื่อเป็นการกระจายรายได้ให้กับพื้นที่ และเป็นการส่งเสริมบทบาทของ จังหวัดราชบุรีในฐานะเป็นเมืองหลักของภาคตะวันตกen_US
dc.description.abstractalternativeThe main purposes of this study are fourfold (1) to study present characteristic concerning socio-economic structure and physical condition of Ratchaburi province, (2) to study the problem and the area in question, (3) to study trend and potential in Ratchaburi province development and (4) to advocate the way to solve the problems and the suitable way in province developing. Results of the research are as follow: Economic structure of Ratchaburi province mainly depends on trade and service and industry sectors which the product value is 17 .24 percent of total regional product value and the income per capita is 10,338 baht, higher than regional and national income per capita. The amount of population of Ratchaburi is at the second of the average. The western region and the incuassing rate is 4.34% per annum in average. The occupational structure of the population in labor force is mainly in agricultural sector. By the hierarchical distinguishing of the main problem of Ratchahburi, the important problem which should be urgently corrected are the problem of forest intruding and destroying, the low expansion of agricultural products and the more expansion in cropping area than increasing the production efficiency. Therefore, the development way of Ratchaburi relevant to the main problem and Potential in developing those areas should be specific on primary national resource concervation and development, the promotion on agro-industry, domestic industry, Small industry which of the area and promoting the role of Ratchaburi province as the center of Western Region.en_US
