| dc.description.abstract | การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีจุดมุ่งหมายเพื่อศึกษาความคิดเห็นของข้าราชการครูและคณะกรรมการการประถมศึกษาจังหวัดเกี่ยวกับลักษณะที่พึงประสงค์ของผู้แทนข้าราชการครูในคณะกรรมการการประถมศึกษาจังหวัด เขตการศึกษา 12 ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ความคิดเห็นของผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามทั้งสองกลุ่มที่มีต่อลักษณะที่พึงประสงค์ด้านความรู้ 15 ข้อ อยู่ในระดับเห็นด้วย 14 ข้อ และเห็นด้วยอย่างยิ่ง 1 ข้อ คือ มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับระเบียบข้อบังคับ และกฎหมายที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการบริหารการประถมศึกษาเป็นอย่างดี ความคิดเห็นของผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามทั้งสองกลุ่มที่มีต่อลักษณะที่พึงประสงค์ด้านสถานภาพส่วนตัว 12 ข้อ อยู่ในระดับเห็นด้วย 9 ข้อ และไม่แน่ใจ 3 ข้อ คือ มีฐานะทางเศรษฐกิจส่วนตัวดี เคยทำหน้าที่เป็นผู้บริหารการศึกษาในระดับต่าง ๆ มาก่อน และมีอายุอย่างน้อยไม่ต่ำกว่า 30 ปี ความคิดเห็นของผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามทั้งสองกลุ่มที่มีต่อลักษณะที่พึงประสงค์ด้านลักษณะนิสัย 22 ข้อ อยู่ในระดับเห็นด้วยอย่างยิ่ง 18 ข้อ เห็นด้วย 3 ข้อ และไม่แน่ใจ 1 ข้อ คือ มีความปรารถนาที่จะเป็นเลิศและทะเยอทะยาน ความคิดเห็นของผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามทั้งสองกลุ่มที่มีต่อลักษณะที่พึงประสงค์ด้านจริยธรรม 11 ข้อ อยู่ในระดับเห็นด้วยอย่างยิ่ง 8 ข้อ และเห็นด้วย 3 ข้อ | en_US |
| dc.description.abstractalternative | The purpose of this research was to study the opinions of teachers and the provincial primary education committee concerning the desirable characteristics of teacher representatives in the provincial primary education committee, educational region twelve. The findings found that the opinions of 2 groups of population, concerning the desirable characteristics in terms of knowledge, which consisted of 15 items, were rated at agreeable level 14 items and at the most agreeable level 1 item such as the well rounded knowledge about the regulations and laws of primary educational administration. As for the desirable characteristics in terms of status, which consisted of 12 items, the opinions of 2 groups of population were rated at agreeable level 9 items and at the unsure level 3 items such as having well economic status, ever being the educational administrators and being at least 30 years old. As for the desirable characteristics in terms of habit, which consisted of 22 items, the opinions of 2 groups of population were rated at the most agreeable level 18 items, at agreeable level 3 items and at the unsure level 1 items such a wish to be excellent and ambitious. As for the desirable characteristics in terms of ethics, which consisted of 11 items, the opinions of 2 groups of population were rated at the most agreeable level 8 items and at agreeable level 3 items. | en_US |
