dc.description.abstractการวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาสภาพ ปัญหา และอุปสรรคในการบริหารกิจการนักเรียนของโรงเรียนสาธิตระดับมัธยมศึกษา สังกัดทบวงมหาวิทยาลัย ในกรุงเทพมหานคร ประชากรและกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ ผู้บริหารและอาจารย์ในโรงเรียนสาธิตระดับมัธยมศึกษา สังกัดทบวงมหาวิทยาลัย ในกรุงเทพมหานคร จำนวน 308 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยคือแบบสอบถาม จำนวน 308 ชุด ได้รับคืนฉบับที่สมบูรณ์ใช้ได้จำนวน 281 ชุด (91.23%) แล้ววิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยหาค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ยและส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า สภาพ ปัญหา และอุปสรรค การบริหารกิจการนักเรียนของโรงเรียนสาธิตระดับมัธยมศึกษา สังกัดทบวงมหาวิทยาลัย ในกรุงเทพมหานคร รวม 8 ด้าน ดังนี้ 1. การแบ่งกลุ่มนักเรียน 2. การปฐมนิเทศ 3. การรักษาระเบียบวินัยของโรงเรียน 4. การทำระเบียนและรายงานเกี่ยวกับนักเรียน 5. การจัดกิจกรรม 6. การบริการสุขภาพและอนามัย 7. การจัดและบริการแนะแนว 8. การให้ทุนการศึกษา สภาพการบริหารกิจการนักเรียนโดยเฉลี่ยแล้ว ผู้บริหารและอาจารย์เห็นว่าอยู่ในระดับมากทั้ง 8 ด้าน ปัญหาและอุปสรรคในการบริหารกิจการนักเรียนโดยเฉลี่ยแล้ว ผู้บริหารและอาจารย์เห็นว่าอยู่ในระดับน้อยทั้ง 8 ด้านen_US
dc.description.abstractalternativeThe purposes of the research were to study the status, problems and obstacles in student personnel administration at the secondary level in schools under the jurisdiction of the Ministry of University Affairs, Bangkok Metropolis. Three hundred and eight copies of the questionnaire were distributed and two hundred and eighty-one completed copies (91.25%) were returned. The data were analyzed by Statistic Package for Social Science (SPSS) in terms of percentages, arithmetic means and standard deviations. It was found that the eight aspects of the present status, problems and obstacles of student personnel administration at the secondary level in schools under the jurisdiction of the Ministry of University Affairs, Bangkok Metropolis were follows: 1. Student Classification 2. Orientation Program 3. School discipline 4. School Records and Student Progress Reports 5. Student Activities 6. School Health Service 7. Counseling Services 8. Scholarship and Placement Services All aspects of the present status were rated at the high level. All problems and obstacles were rated at the low level.en_US
