| Abstract: | การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อการศึกษาการปฏิบัติงานของครูตำรวจตระเวนชายแดนในการพัฒนาจิตสำนึกต่อสิ่งแวดล้อมให้แก่เยาวชนในถิ่นทุรกันดารในด้านต่อไปนี้ (1) การจัดการเรียนการสอนในห้องเรียนและการจัดกิจกรรมเสริมหลักสูตร (2) การจัดกิจกรรมร่วมกับชุมชนในฐานะผู้นำการปฏิบัติการและเป็นที่ปรึกษา และในฐานะผู้ร่วมงานและอำนวยความสะดวก (3) ปัญหาและอุปสรรคของครูตำรวจตระเวนชายแดนในการจัดการเรียนการสอนในห้องเรียน การจัดกิจกรรมเสริมหลักสูตรและการจัดกิจกรรมร่วมกับชุมชน ตัวอย่างประชากรเป็นครูตำรวจตระเวนชายแดน จำนวน 824 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถามซึ่งผู้วิจัยสร้างขึ้น วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยค่าร้อยละ ค่ามัชฌิมคณิตและค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการวิจัยมีดังนี้ 1. การปฏิบัติงานของครูตำรวจตระเวนชายแดนเพื่อพัฒนาจิตสำนึกต่อสิ่งแวดล้อมให้แก่เยาวชน ด้านการจัดการเรียนการสอนในห้องเรียน และการจัดกิจกรรมเสริมหลักสูตร 1.1 การจัดการเรียนการสอนในห้องเรียนที่ปฏิบัติดีมาก คือ กำหนดจุดประสงค์การเรียนรู้ จัดเนื้อหาสาระ จัดกิจกรรมการเรียนการสอน และวัดผล ประเมินผลตามที่กำหนดไว้ในหลักสูตรของกระทรวงศึกษาธิการ และสื่อการเรียนการสอนที่ใช้มากที่สุด คือ หนังสือเรียนที่กระทรวงศึกษาธิการจัดพิมพ์ขึ้น 1.2 การจัดกิจกรรมเสริมหลักสูตรที่ปฏิบัติมาก คือ จัดกิจกรรมทางด้านการเกษตรเพื่อโครงการอาหารกลางวันของโรงเรียนและเพื่อการพัฒนาสิ่งแวดล้อมในโรงเรียน จัดประชุมครู ผู้ปกครองและนักเรียนเพื่อร่วมกันวางแผนการสงวนรักษาทรัพยากรธรรมชาติในท้องถิ่น และวัดผล ประเมินผลโดยการให้คะแนนพฤติกรรมของนักเรียนที่แสดงถึงความมีจิตสำนึกต่อสิ่งแวดล้อมอย่างต่อเนื่อง 2. การปฏิบัติงานของครูตำรวจตระเวนชายแดนเพื่อพัฒนาจิตสำนึกต่อสิ่งแวดล้อมให้แก่เยาวชน ด้านการจัดกิจกรรมร่วมกับชุมชน 2.1 ในฐานะผู้นำการปฏิบัติการและเป็นที่ปรึกษา กิจกรรมที่ปฏิบัติมาก คือ การกระตุ้นเยาวชนและประชาชนในชุมชนท้องถิ่นให้เข้ามามีส่วนร่วมในโครงการเกษตรเพื่ออาหารกลางวัน 2.2 ในฐานะผู้ร่วมงานและผู้อำนวยความสะดวก กิจกรรมที่ปฏิบัติมาก คือ การร่วมมือกับเยาวชนและประชาชนในการป้องกันและอนุรักษ์สิ่งแวดล้อมในท้องถิ่นและในการพัฒนาคุณภาพชีวิตของประชาชน 3. ปัญหาและอุปสรรคในการจัดการเรียนการสอนในห้องเรียน การจัดกิจกรรมเสริมหลักสูตรและการจัดกิจกรรมร่วมกับชุมชนที่ครูตำรวจตระเวนชายแดนพบว่าเป็นปัญหามากที่สุด คือ การขาดแคลนสื่อการเรียนการสอนที่ทันสมัย การขาดงบประมาณสำหรับจัดกิจกรรมเสริมหลักสูตร และการที่ประชาชนไม่เห็นคุณค่าของสิ่งแวดล้อมตามลำดับ |
| Other Abstract: | The purposes of this research were to study the activities of border patrol polices teachers in developing environmental awareness of youths in remote areas in three following aspects : (1) the management of classroom instructional activities, (2) the management of co-community activities as being the leader and consultant and as being the participant and co-ordinator, (3) the problems and obstacles in the management of classroom instructional activities, co-curricular activities and co-community activities. The sample were 624 border patrol police teachers. The research instrument was a set of questionnaires constructed by the researcher. The obtained data were analyzed by means of percentage, arithmetic mean and standard deviation. The finding : 1. The activities of the border patrol police teachers in developing environmental awareness of youths through the management of classroom instructional activities and co-curricular activities : 1.1 The classroom instructional activities practiced very often were as follows : to organize the instructional objectives, the content, the instructional activities, and the measurement and evaluation in accordance with the curriculum of the Ministry of Education. The instructional material most often used was the textbook published by the Ministry of Education. 1.2 the co-curricular activities practiced very often were the agricultural activities for school lunch project and school environment development, the meeting among teachers, parents and students for local natural resources conservation planning, and the evaluation of students’ continuous behaviors concerning environmental awareness by scoring 2. The activities of the border patrol police teachers in developing environmental awareness of youths through the management of co-community activities : 2.1 As the leader and consultant, the co-community activity practiced very often was to stimulate youths and people in the local community to participate in Agricultural and Lunch Project. 2.2 As the participant and co-ordinator, the activities practiced very often was to cooperate with youths and people in environmental preservation and conservation, and in the quality of life development. 3. Problems and obstacles in the management of classroom instructional activities, co-curricular activities and co-community activities which the border patrol police teachers found to be most serious were a shortage of modern instructional media, a lack of budget for co-curricular activities management, and the environmental illiteracy of the people respectively. |
