| Abstract: | การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อวิเคราะห์งานด้านการวางแผน การจัดระบบงาน การอำนวยการและการควบคุมงาน ตลอดจนศึกษาความต้องการการพัฒนาของพยาบาลหัวหน้างานหน่วยอุบัติเหตุและฉุกเฉิน โรงพยาบาลสังกัดกรมการแพทย์ กระทรวงสาธารณสุข ประชากรที่ศึกษาเป็นเอกสาร สิ่งพิมพ์ จำนวน 73 เอกสาร และพยาบาลหัวหน้างานอุบัติเหตุและฉุกเฉิน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบตรวจรายการและแบบสัมภาษณ์พยาบาลหัวหน้าหน่วยอุบัติเหตุและฉุกเฉิน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. งานด้านการวางแผน การจัดระบบงาน และการควบคุมงานของพยาบาลหัวหน้างานหน่วยอุบัติเหตุและฉุกเฉิน มีการปฏิบัติอยู่ในระดับ “ปานกลาง” ส่วนการอำนวยการอยู่ในระดับ “มาก” 2. พิจารณาด้านพบว่า การวางแผนบุคลากรอยู่ในระดับ “น้อย” “การวางแผน วัสดุ ครุภัณฑ์ อาคารสถานที่ และงบประมาณ การจัดระบบและควบคุมบุคลากรอยู่ในระดับ “ปานกลาง” การจัดระบบ วัสดุ ครุภัณฑ์ และอาคารสถานที่ การอำนวยการวัสดุ ครุภัณฑ์ และควบคุมวัสดุ ครุภัณฑ์ อาคารสถานที่อยู่ในระดับ “มาก” ส่วนการจัดระบบการอำนวยการ และการควบคุมงบประมาณ การอำนวยการบุคลากรและอาคารสถานที่อยู่ในระดับ “มากที่สุด” กิจกรรมการบริหารที่ปฏิบัติในระดับน้อย ได้แก่ “การวางแผนพัฒนาบุคลากรระหว่างประจำการ” “การวางแผนการบำรุงรักษาอาคารสถานที่” การกำหนดปรัชญา วัตถุประสงค์ นโยบายและลักษณะบริการของหน่วย” “การจัดระบบการประสานงานกับแผนกอื่นเป็นลักษณะเป็นลายลักษณะอักษร” การกำหนดระเบียบวิธีปฏิบัติงานภายในหน่วย” “การจัดระบบกรใช้อุปกรณ์ เครื่องมือ เครื่องใช้ การจัดระบบการบำรุงรักษาอาคารสถานที่” และ “การประเมินผลบุคลากร” ส่วนกิจกรรมการบริหารที่ปฏิบัติในระดับน้อยที่สุด ได้แก่ “การวางแผนการสรรหาและคัดเลือกบุคลากร” “การวางแผนการอบรมปฐมนิเทศ” การวางแผนการบำรุงรักษาวัสดุ ครุภัณฑ์” “การวางแผนการกำหนดความต้องการอาคารสถานที่” “การจัดทีมช่วยชีวิตของหน่วยอุบัติเหตุและฉุกเฉิน” “การกำหนดแผนการปฏิบัติงาน ติดตาม สนับสนุน และประเมินผลการปฏิบัติงานของเจ้าหน้าที่” 3. พยาบาลหัวหน้างานทั้ง 3 โรงพยาบาล รายงานความต้องการการพัฒนากิจกรรมการบริหารสูงสุดในด้านการวางแผน รองลงมาคือ การจัดระบบงาน |
| Other Abstract: | The purposes of this research were to analyse the administrative process ; planning, organizing, directing and controlling of head nurses in emergency unit. The research also study the area needed to be improved. The population of study were seventy-three administrative documents, and also the head nurses themselves. The instrument for collecting data were check list assessment from and interview guideline. The major findings were as followed : 1. The administrative process in term of planning, organizing, and controlling, were performed in the level of “moderate” ; while the directing process was in the level of “more”. 2. The administrative activities concerning “personnel planning” was in the level of “less”; equipment, physical, budget planning and personnel management, were in level of “moderate” equipment and physical organizing, equipment monitoring and controlling, and physical controlling were in level of “more”. The organizing, directing, and controlling of budget, as well as personnel and physical directing, were in the level of “most” The administrative activities identified as “less” were : “personnel development planning” ; “ physical maintenance planning” ; “The identification of philosophy, objective, policy and the component of emergency services” ; “formal inter and intra department coordination” ; “rules and procedure of working performance” ; “ the equipment utitization systems” ; “physical maintenance systems” ; and “personnel evaluational” The administrative activities identified as “least” were : “personnel recruitment planning” “personal orientation planning” ; “equipment mainterance planning” ; “planning of physical need identification” ; “resuscitate team work organization” and “personnel follow up study planning”. 3. Three head nurses identified “ planning” and “organizing” were the area need to be improved. |
