dc.description.abstract	ผลของการใช้รูปแบบการเฝ้าระวังการติดเชื้อต่อประสิทธิภาพการเฝ้าระวังการติดเชื้อทางเดินปัสสาวะและจำนวนวันนอนของผู้ป่วย มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาประสิทธิภาพการเฝ้าระวังการติดเชื้อทางเดินปัสสาวะที่สัมพันธ์กับการใส่สายสวนปัสสาวะของพยาบาลควบคุมการ ติดเชื้อประจำหอผู้ป่วยหลังการใช้รูปแบบการเฝ้าระวังการติดเชื้อ 2) เปรียบเทียบจำนวนวันนอนของผู้ป่วยก่อนและหลังการใช้รูปแบบการเฝ้าระวังการติดเชื้อ และ 3) เพื่อเปรียบเทียบประสิทธิภาพการเฝ้าระวังการติดเชื้อทางเดินปัสสาวะหลังการใช้รูปแบบการเฝ้าระวังการติดเชื้อเดือนที่ 1 และเดือนที่ 2 กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ พยาบาลควบคุมการติดเชื้อประจำหอผู้ป่วย จำนวน 11 คน เครื่องมือการวิจัยมีดังนี้ รูปแบบการเฝ้าระวังการติดเชื้อทางเดินปัสสาวะ ประกอบด้วย แผนการเฝ้าระวังการติดเชื้อทางเดินปัสสาวะ คู่มือการเฝ้าระวังการติดเชื้อทางเดินปัสสาวะ เครื่องมือที่ใช้กำกับการทดลอง ประกอบด้วยแบบวัดความรู้เรื่องการเฝ้าระวังการติดเชื้อทางเดินปัสสาวะ และแบบบันทึกการเฝ้าระวังการติดเชื้อทางเดินปัสสาวะ เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บข้อมูล ประกอบด้วย แบบประเมินประสิทธิภาพการเฝ้าระวังการติดเชื้อทางเดินปัสสาวะและแบบบันทึกจำนวนวันนอนของผู้ป่วย เครื่องมือทั้งหมดผ่านการตรวจสอบความตรงตามเนื้อหาจากผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ ได้ค่าความเที่ยงของแบบสอบถามเท่ากับ .91 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล คือ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย มัฐยธาน พิสัยควอร์ไทล์ และสถิตินอนพารามิตริค ผลการวิจัย พบว่า ประสิทธิภาพการเฝ้าระวังการติดเชื้อทางเดินปัสสาวะของพยาบาลควบคุมการติดเชื้อประจำหอผู้ป่วยอยู่ในระดับดี จำนวนวันนอนของผู้ป่วยก่อนการใช้รูปแบบการเฝ้าระวังการติดเชื้อลดลงหลังการใช้รูปแบบการเฝ้าระวังการติดเชื้อ อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ ที่ระดับ .05	en_US
dc.description.abstractalternative	The purposes of this research were to: 1) compare the efficiency of urinary tract infection surveillance by the Infection Control Ward Nurses (ICWNs) who received routine using the infection surveillance model and 2) compare the length of stay before and after using infection surveillance model.The study populations comprised 11 ICWNs in Paolo Memorial Hospital. The research instruments were developed by the researcher and consisted of: 1) Training project of Infection surveillance model, 2) Infection surveillance model, 3) Knowledge test of urinary tract infection surveillance , 4) Recording form of urinary tract infection surveillance, 5) Evaluation form of the efficiency of urinary tract infection surveillance, and 6) Length of stay record . All instruments were tested for content validity by a panel of experts. The reliability of the questionnaire was .91.The data were analyzed by using percentage, mean, median, interquartile range and nonparametric tests. The major findings were as follows: The efficiency of urinary tract infection surveillance by Infection Control Ward Nurse (ICWNs) who routinely using the infection surveillance model was 100% and the length of stay after using the infection surveillance model was less than the criteria length of stay as used, before and was significant at the .05 level.	en_US
