dc.description.abstract	การศึกษาวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการศึกษาวิจัยเชิงพรรณนามีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความสิ้นหวังของผู้ป่วยสูงอายุโรคซึมเศร้าร่วมกับโรคทางกาย และความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างมุมมองเชิงเหตุผลด้านลบ ความสามารถในการทำหน้าที่ ความสามารถในการแก้ปัญหา ความรู้สึกมีคุณค่าในตนเอง การสนับสนุนทางสังคม ความรุนแรงของภาวะซึมเศร้ากับความสิ้นหวังของผู้ป่วยสูงอายุโรคซึมเศร้าร่วมกับโรคทางกาย กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ ผู้ป่วยโรคซึมเศร้าที่มีอายุ 60 ปีขึ้นไป และมีการเจ็บป่วยด้วยโรคทางกาย คัดเลือกโดยการสุ่มตัวอย่างผู้ป่วยนอก โรงพยาบาลจิตเวชนครสวรรค์ราชนครินทร์ โรงพยาบาลชัยนาทนเรนทรและโรงพยาบาลอุทัยธานี จำนวน 132 คน เครื่องมือรวบรวมข้อมูล คือ 1) แบบสอบถามข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล 2) แบบประเมินมุมมองเชิงเหตุผล 3) แบบประเมินความสามารถในการทำหน้าที่ของผู้สูงอายุ 4) แบบประเมินการแก้ปัญหา 5) แบบสอบถามความรู้สึกมีคุณค่าในตนเอง 6) แบบสอบถามการสนับสนุนทางสังคม 7) แบบประเมินความรุนแรงของภาวะซึมเศร้า 8) แบบประเมินความสิ้นหวังในผู้สูงอายุ เครื่องมือทุกชุดมีค่าความตรงเชิงเนื้อหา>.80 (.83, .88, .85, .92, .82, .90, .86) และมีค่าความเที่ยง >.70 (.86, .97, .83, .84, .89, .91, .80) วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยสถิติเชิงพรรณนา และสถิติสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ของเพียร์สัน ผลการวิจัยสรุปได้ดังนี้ 1. ผู้ป่วยสูงอายุโรคซึมเศร้าร่วมกับโรคทางกายมีความความสิ้นหวังในอยู่ระดับปานกลาง ร้อยละ 50 (x =16.06 ,SD= 5.07) 2. ความรุนแรงของภาวะซึมเศร้าและมุมมองเชิงเหตุผลด้านลบ มีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกกับความสิ้นหวัง (r=.388, p=.000 และ r=.276, p=.001) และการสนับสนุนทางสังคม ความสามารถในการแก้ปัญหา ความรู้สึกมีคุณค่าในตนเองและความสามารถในการทำหน้าที่ มีความสัมพันธ์ทางลบกับความสิ้นหวัง (r =-.578 p =.000,r =-517 p =.000,r =-.437 p= .000 และr=-.216 p= .013)	en_US
dc.description.abstractalternative	The purpose of this descriptive research was to examine hopelessness of elderly patients with depressive disorder and physical illness and the relationships between negative attributional, physical function, problem solving skill, self-esteem, social support, depression severity and hopelessness. A sample was 132 Patients with depressive disorder and Physical illness, aged ≥60 years. Who were randomly selected from the outpatient department at Nakhon Sawan Rajanagarindra Psychiatric Hospital, Chainat Narendra Hospital and Uthaithani Hospital. The research instruments were: 1) Personal Questionnaire 2) New Attributional Style Questionnaire 3) Late-life Function Instrument 4) Problem Solving Inventory 5) Self-esteem Questionnaire 6) The personal resource questionnaire 85 Part II 7) Hamilton Rating Scale for Depression 8) Geriatric Hopelessnes Scale. All instruments were verified for Content Validity Index >.80 (.83, .88, .85, .92, .82, .90, .86) and reliability >.70 (.86, .97, .83, .84, .89, .91, .80). Data were analyzed by using descriptive statistics and Pearson correlation coefficient. Results : 1) Elderly patients with depressive disorder and physical illness showed 50 % hopelessness at the moderate level (x=16.06 , SD= 5.07) 2) Depression severity and negative attributional were significantly positive correlation with hopelessness (r=.388, p=.000 และ r=.276, p=.001). Social support, problem solving skill, self-esteem and physical function were significantly negative correlation with hopelessness of elderly patients with depressive disorder and physical illness (r =-.578 p =.000, r =-517 p =.000, r =-.437 p=.000, r=-.216 p=.013).	en_US
