| dc.description.abstract | การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อศึกษาสภาพ ปัญหา ปัจจัยและเงื่อนไขด้านที่อยู่อาศัยของผู้บริโภคในชุมชนเมือง 2) เพื่อวิเคราะห์กระบวนการเรียนรู้ด้านที่อยู่อาศัยของผู้บริโภคในชุมชนเมืองตามปรัชญาของเศรษฐกิจพอเพียง และ 3) เพื่อนำเสนอแนวทางการส่งเสริมกระบวนการเรียนรู้ด้านที่อยู่อาศัยของผู้บริโภคในชุมชนเมืองตามปรัชญาของเศรษฐกิจพอเพียง ดำเนินการวิจัยโดยใช้การศึกษาเอกสาร แบบสอบถามผู้บริโภคที่อาศัยในอาคารชุดเขตพื้นที่กรุงเทพมหานครจำนวน 2,000 ชุด การสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกผู้บริโภคที่อาศัยอยู่ในอาคารชุด จำนวน 30 คน และการสนทนากลุ่มผู้เชี่ยวชาญด้านที่อยู่อาศัยจำนวน 10 คน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. สภาพ ปัญหา ปัจจัยและเงื่อนไขด้านที่อยู่อาศัยของผู้บริโภคในชุมชนเมือง พบว่า ผู้บริโภคที่อาศัยในชุมชนเมืองจะมีสภาพของการอยู่อาศัยส่วนใหญ่เป็นปัจเจกบุคคล ลักษณะการอยู่อาศัยจะอยู่ประมาณ 1-3 คนเป็นหลัก คำนึงถึงที่อยู่อาศัยที่ใกล้สถานที่สำคัญต่างๆ เช่น สถานศึกษา สถานที่ทำงาน ปัญหาที่พบส่วนใหญ่ คือ ผู้บริโภคขาดกระบวนการมีส่วนร่วมในการเข้าร่วมกิจกรรม ไม่มีทักษะในการแก้ไขซ่อมแซมที่อยู่อาศัยเบื้องต้น ขาดการวางแผนทางการเงินที่ดี และไม่รู้จักการคัดแยกขยะอย่างถูกวิธี โดยผู้บริโภคให้ความสำคัญกับปัจจัยในเรื่องของทำเลที่ตั้งและราคาเป็นสำคัญ เงื่อนไขในการเลือกที่อยู่อาศัยขึ้นอยู่กับความสามารถในการกู้เงินเป็นสำคัญ 2. กระบวนการเรียนรู้ด้านที่อยู่อาศัยของผู้บริโภคในชุมชนเมืองตามปรัชญาของเศรษฐกิจพอเพียง มีทั้งหมด 4 ขั้นตอน คือ 1) การตระหนักในปัญหา 2) การเรียนรู้และวางแผนการปฏิบัติ 3) การลงมือปฏิบัติ และ 4) การติดตามประเมินผล ซึ่งสังเคราะห์เป็นกระบวนการเรียนรู้ตามปรัชญาของเศรษฐกิจพอเพียงได้ทั้งหมด 3 ด้าน คือ 1) กระบวนการเรียนรู้ด้านที่อยู่อาศัยอย่างมีเหตุผล โดยผู้บริโภคมีการใช้งานและการบำรุงรักษาวัสดุอุปกรณ์อย่างมีเหตุผล 2) กระบวนการเรียนรู้ด้านที่อยู่อาศัยอย่างพอประมาณ โดยผู้บริโภครู้จักประมาณตนในการวางแผนทางการเงินและพอประมาณในการใช้จ่าย และ 3) กระบวนการเรียนรู้ด้านที่อยู่อาศัยอย่างมีภูมิคุ้มกัน โดยผู้บริโภครู้เท่าทันถึงความสำคัญของกระบวนการมีส่วนร่วมในการตัดสินใจแก้ไขปัญหาด้านที่อยู่อาศัย 3. แนวทางการส่งเสริมกระบวนการเรียนรู้ด้านที่อยู่อาศัยของผู้บริโภคในชุมชนเมืองตามปรัชญาของเศรษฐกิจพอเพียง มีทั้งหมด 4 ด้าน คือ 1) ด้านกายภาพ จัดทำคู่มือการใช้งานวัสดุอุปกรณ์และแชร์ประสบการณ์กันอย่างมีเหตุผล 2) ด้านการเงิน จัดทำบัญชีครัวเรือนเพื่อให้เกิดความพอประมาณในการใช้จ่าย 3) ด้านการบริหารจัดการ จัดสถานที่ในการเข้าร่วมกิจกรรมและประชาสัมพันธ์ให้เกิดการรู้เท่าทันในการมีส่วนร่วม และ 4) ด้านสิ่งแวดล้อม จัดฝึกการคัดแยกขยะอย่างมีเหตุผลโดยฝึกปฏิบัติจริงโดยรู้เท่าทันปัญหามลพิษทางขยะ ซึ่งแนวทางดังกล่าว จะช่วยทำให้ผู้บริโภคมีการอยู่อาศัยอย่างเกิดความพอดี และสามารถปรับตัวในการใช้ชีวิตภายใน ที่อยู่อาศัยได้อย่างเกิดความพอเพียง | en_US |
| dc.description.abstractalternative | This research has the following objectives: (1) to study contexts, problems, factors, and conditions about residences of urban consumers (2) to analyze the learning processes about residences of urban consumers based on the philosophy of sufficiency economy and (3) to present guidelines for enhancing the learning processes about residences of urban consumers based on the philosophy of sufficiency economy. The research is based on related literature and 2,000 questionnaires for the residents who live in urban condominium in Bangkok. Moreover, the research comes from indepth interview from the 30 urban residences and 10 urban residential experts from focus group. The results are found that 1. The contexts, problems, factors and conditions about residences of urban consumers –the residences of urban consumers live individually with 1-3 residents. They are concerned with the location nearby the places such as education institution and office. The consumers’s problems are lacking of participation in any activities, being unskilled in basic fixing within residences, being unwell on finance and misleading about waste separation. The consumers strongly realize on convenient location and prices. However, the condition on the residents’s decision depends on loan capability and health. 2. The learning processes about residences of urban consumers based on the philosophy of sufficiency economy consist of 4 steps: 1) realizing on the problems 2) learning and planning the operation 3) operating and 4) evaluating. These are analyzed into the learning processes based on the philosophy of sufficiency economy in 3 parts: 1) learning processes about residences reasonable by using and maintaining the instruments reasonably 2) learning processes about residences properly for the consumers by having financial plan and expensing properly and 3) learning processes about residences protective by realizing on the participation in any activities for making a decision on residential solution. 3. The guidelines for the enhancing the learning processes about residences of urban consumers based on the philosophy of sufficiency economy consist of 4 parts: 1) physical part - It should make the instrument manual and sharing to each other reasonable 2) financial part - it should make a household account for properly expense 3) managing part - having a place for participatory activities in public 4) environmental part - training to separate the waste properly by doing and realizing on waste pollution. These guidelines can help the consumers living together well and adaptable within the residences sufficiently. | en_US |
