| Abstract: | การวิจัยนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงทดลองมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อเปรียบเทียบการเกิดแผลกดทับของผู้ป่วยที่ได้รับการพยาบาลตามปกติกับผู้ป่วยที่ได้รับการดูแลตามโปรแกรมการนิเทศทางคลินิกเพื่อป้องกันการเกิดแผลกดทับ และเปรียบเทียบความพึงพอใจของพยาบาลวิชาชีพต่อการนิเทศทางคลินิกหลังได้รับโปรแกรมการนิเทศทางคลินิกเพื่อป้องกันการเกิดแผลกดทับกับการได้รับการนิเทศตามปกติกลุ่มตัวอย่างคือผู้ป่วยที่มีความเสี่ยงต่อการเกิดแผลกดทับที่เข้ารับการรักษาในหอผู้ป่วยอายุรกรรมชายโรงพยาบาลเสนา ได้รับการคัดเลือกแบบเฉพาะเจาะจง จำนวน 36 คน แบ่งเป็นผู้ป่วยที่ได้รับการพยาบาลตามปกติ 18 คน และผู้ป่วยที่ได้รับการพยาบาลตามโปรแกรมการนิเทศทางคลินิกเพื่อป้องกันการเกิดแผลกดทับ จำนวน 18 คน และพยาบาลวิชาชีพที่ปฏิบัติงานที่หอผู้ป่วยอายุรกรรมชายโรงพยาบาลเสนา จำนวน 13 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการทดลอง ประกอบด้วย โครงการอบรมเชิงปฏิบัติการ แผนการอบรม แนวทางการนิเทศ คู่มือการนิเทศทางคลินิกเพื่อป้องกันการเกิดแผลกดทับ แบบสังเกตการปฏิบัติกิจกรรมการนิเทศ แบบบันทึกการดูแลเพื่อป้องกันการเกิดแผลกดทับ และแบบประเมินความพึงพอใจต่อการนิเทศ เครื่องมือทั้งหมดผ่านการตรวจสอบความตรงตามเนื้อหาจากผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ จำนวน 5 คน และหาความเที่ยงของแบบสอบถามความพึงพอใจของพยาบาลวิชาชีพต่อการนิเทศ ได้ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์แอลฟาครอนบาค เท่ากับ.96 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานสถิติทดสอบไคสแควร์ (Chi-square test) และสถิติทดสอบค่าที (Dependent t-test) ผลการวิจัยสรุปได้ดังนี้ 1. การเกิดแผลกดทับระหว่างผู้ป่วยที่ได้รับการพยาบาลตามโปรแกรมการนิเทศทางคลินิกและผู้ป่วยที่ได้รับการพยาบาลตามปกติ ไม่แตกต่างกัน 2. ความพึงพอใจของพยาบาลวิชาชีพต่อการนิเทศทางคลินิกตามโปรแกรมการนิเทศทางคลินิกเพื่อป้องกันการเกิดแผลกดทับ (x= 4.26, SD = .26) สูงกว่าการนิเทศทางคลินิกตามปกติ (x= 3..07, SD = .67) อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 |
| Other Abstract: | The purpose of this Quasi-experimental research were to compare patient’s pressure ulcer in nursing service with patient’s pressure ulcer receiving of clinical supervision program and nurses’ satisfaction between group the experimental group and control group. Before and after use clinical supervision program for prevention pressure ulcer. The research subjects consisted of 36 patients and 13 professional nurses . The patients subjects were selected by purposive sampling who had risk for pressure ulcer and admission in Med male ward, Sena Hospital, experimental and control groups of 18 patients per group, and 13professional nurses assigned in Med male ward. The instruments were training project of clinical supervision program, training program, clinical supervision guideline, clinical supervision practice handbook, the observation form of clinical supervision practice, record form of patient’s pressure ulcer and nurses’ satisfaction in clinical supervision questionnaire, test for content validity by 5 experts. The Cronbarch’s alpha coefficients were .96. Data were analyzed were by frequency, percent, mean, standard diviation, Chi-square test statistics , and t- test. Major findings of this study were as follow 1. Pressure ulcer of patients between groups’ patients were receiving nursing careof program clinical supervision on prevention pressure ulcer and those receiving routine nursing care and was no significant. 2. Nurses’ satisfaction toward supervision receiving program clinical supervisionon prevention pressure ulce r (x= 4.26, SD = .26) was higher than those receiving routine clinical supervision (x= 3.07, SD = .67), and significant at the .05 level. |
