| dc.description.abstract | การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาสมรรถนะพยาบาลทางระบบประสาทศัลยศาสตร์ โดยใช้เทคนิคเดลฟาย ผู้ให้ข้อมูลเป็นผู้เชี่ยวชาญในการดูแลผู้ป่วยทางระบบประสาทศัลยศาสตร์ จำนวน 19 คน ประกอบด้วย แพทย์เฉพาะทางด้านประสาทศัลยศาสตร์ ผู้ปฏิบัติการพยาบาลขั้นสูง การพยาบาลอายุรศาสตร์-ศัลยศาสตร์ ผู้บริหารทางการพยาบาลระบบประสาทศัลยศาสตร์ พยาบาลวิชาชีพระดับปฏิบัติในหน่วยงานที่ให้การดูแลผู้ป่วยทางระบบประสาทศัลยศาสตร์ อาจารย์พยาบาลผู้สอนหรือรับผิดชอบหลักสูตรเฉพาะทางสาขาการพยาบาลประสาทวิทยาและประสาทศัลยศาสตร์ วิธีดำเนินการวิจัยประกอบด้วย 3 ขั้นตอน คือ ขั้นตอนที่ 1 การสอบถามเกี่ยวกับสมรรถนะพยาบาลทางระบบประสาทศัลยศาสตร์ ขั้นตอนที่ 2 นำข้อมูลที่ได้มาวิเคราะห์เนื้อหาแล้วนำมาสร้างแบบสอบถามให้ผู้เชี่ยวชาญ แสดงความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับระดับความสำคัญของข้อคำถามแต่ละข้อ และขั้นตอนที่ 3 นำข้อมูลที่ได้ มาคำนวณหาค่ามัธยฐาน ค่าพิสัยระหว่างควอไทล์และส่งแบบสอบถามไปให้ผู้เชี่ยวชาญยืนยันคำตอบ หลังจากนั้นนำข้อมูลที่ได้มาคำนวณหาค่ามัธยฐานและค่าพิสัยระหว่างควอไทล์ เพื่อสรุปผลการวิจัย ผลการวิจัยพบว่า สมรรถนะพยาบาลทางระบบประสาทศัลยศาสตร์ ผู้เชี่ยวชาญให้ระดับความสำคัญของสมรรถนะสอดคล้องกันทุกข้อ ประกอบด้วยองค์ประกอบสมรรถนะพยาบาลทางระบบประสาทศัลยศาสตร์ 11 ด้าน มีข้อรายการสมรรถนะ 50 ข้อและมีสมรรถนะย่อย 126 ข้อ ได้แก่ 1) สมรรถนะด้านการปฏิบัติการพยาบาลผู้ป่วยที่มีปัญหาเนื้องอกและเลือดออกในสมอง 2) สมรรถนะด้านการปฏิบัติการพยาบาลผู้ป่วยที่มีปัญหากระดูกและไขสันหลัง 3) สมรรถนะด้านการปฏิบัติการพยาบาลผู้ป่วยที่มีภาวะไขสันหลังหยุดทำงานชั่วคราวภายหลังได้รับบาดเจ็บ (Spinal shock) 4) สมรรถนะด้านการปฏิบัติการพยาบาลเพื่อให้ผู้ป่วยปลอดภัยจากภาวะแทรกซ้อนทางระบบประสาทศัลยศาสตร์ 5) สมรรถนะด้านการเตรียมผู้ป่วยก่อนผ่าตัดทางระบบประสาทศัลยศาสตร์ 6) สมรรถนะด้านการพยาบาลผู้ป่วยหลังผ่าตัดทางระบบประสาทศัลยศาสตร์ 7) สมรรถนะด้านการบริหารยาในผู้ป่วยทางระบบประสาทศัลยศาสตร์ 8) สมรรถนะด้านการสื่อสารและประสานงาน 9) สมรรถนะด้านการวางแผนจำหน่ายเพื่อการฟื้นฟูสภาพและการดูแลต่อเนื่อง 10) สมรรถนะด้านการสอน/แนะนำ/เป็นพี่เลี้ยงบุคลากรใหม่ในเรื่องการพยาบาลผู้ป่วยทางระบบประสาทศัลยศาสตร์ 11) สมรรถนะด้านการวิจัยและการพัฒนานวัตกรรม | en_US |
| dc.description.abstractalternative | The purpose of this research was to study the Neurosurgical nurse’s competency based on the Delphi technique. The sample groups are 19 experts of neurosurgical care at neurosurgical specialists, Advanced practiced nurses of Medical-Surgical Nursing field, Neurosurgical nurses director, Registered nurses who take care of the neurologically impaired patients in the Neurosurgical Unit, Nurse instructors who educated or took responsibility for specialized program of neurological and neurosurgical nursing. The research implementation consisted of 3 steps, which are Step 1 Inquiring about the neurosurgical nurse’s competency Step 2Conduct the content analysis of the gathered information and use it to create a questionnaire and allow the experts to comment on the level of importance of each question and Step 3 Use the collected data to find out the median and interquartile range and submit the questionnaire to the experts for confirmation. After that, use the collected data to find out the median and interquartile range for the conclusion of the research. The result shows that the level of importance for Neurosurgical Nurse’s Competency rated by the experts conform to each other in every question. This consists of 11 elements of Neurosurgical Nurse’s Competency with 50questions on competencies and 126sub questions on competencies, which are 1) Brain Tumor and Hemorrhagic Stroke patients nursing competency 2) Spinal Disorder patients nursing competency 3) Spinal Shock patients nursing competency 4) Safeguards to prevent neurologic complications nursing competency 5) Neurosurgery preoperative preparation nursing competency 6) Neurosurgery postoperative preparation nursing competency 7) Neurosurgical Drug Administration competency 8) Communication and coordination competency 9) The discharge planning program for patients’ recovery and aftercare competency 10) Instructing/recommending/mentoring the new personnel related to Neurosurgical Nursing competency 11) Research and Innovation development competency. | en_US |
