dc.description.abstract	การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์คือ 1) เพื่อศึกษาความต้องการเรียนรู้ด้านการรู้สารสนเทศของแรงงานกลุ่มอุตสาหกรรมแรงงานการผลิต 2) เพื่อพัฒนารูปแบบการฝึกอบรมเพื่อเสริมสร้างการรู้สารสนเทศสำหรับแรงงานกลุ่มอุตสาหกรรมการผลิตตามแนวคิดการเรียนรู้แบบร่วมกันและการเรียนรู้เท่าทันเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศและการสื่อสาร 3) เพื่อศึกษาผลของการทดลองใช้รูปแบบการฝึกอบรมเพื่อเสริมสร้างการรู้สารสนเทศสำหรับแรงงานกลุ่มอุตสาหกรรมการผลิตตามแนวคิดการเรียนรู้แบบร่วมกันและการเรียนรู้เท่าทันเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศและการสื่อสาร 4) เพื่อศึกษาถึงปัจจัยที่เกี่ยวข้องที่มีผลต่อการพัฒนารูปแบบการฝึกอบรมเพื่อเสริมสร้างการรู้สารสนเทศสำหรับแรงงานที่พัฒนาขึ้น โดยมีประชากรคือแรงงานกลุ่มอุตสาหกรรมการผลิตที่ปฏิบัติงานในกลุ่มบริษัทเครื่องนุ่งห่มและสิ่งทอที่เป็นสมาชิกของสภาอุตสาหกรรมแห่งประเทศไทย จำนวน 400 คน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ความต้องการเรียนรู้ด้านการรู้สารสนเทศของแรงงานอยู่ในระดับมาก หัวข้อเรื่องที่ต้องการฝึกอบรม คือโปรแกรมสำนักงาน อินเตอร์เน็ตสืบค้นและอีเมล รูปแบบการฝึกอบรมเพื่อเสริมสร้างการรู้สารสนเทศสำหรับแรงงานประกอบด้วย ระยะที่ 1. การระบุความต้องการขององค์กรและผู้เรียน ระยะที่ 2. การศึกษาบริบทการทำงานของผู้เรียน ระยะที่ 3. การวางแผนกำหนดเป้าหมายการฝึกอบรม และแผนกิจกรรม ระยะที่ 4. การดำเนินงาน 4.1 การกำหนดหัวข้อการฝึกอบรม 4.2 การกำหนดวิธีการฝึกอบรม 4.3 การจัดหาทรัพยากรในการฝึกอบรม 4.4 การดำเนินการฝึกอบรม 4.4.1 การวางแผนดำเนินงานร่วมกัน 4.4.2 การวิเคราะห์รวบรวมงานที่ทำร่วมกัน 4.4.3 การร่วมกันตัดสินใจรู้เท่าทันในการจัดการ 4.4.4 การสร้างสรรค์ประยุกต์ใช้สารสนเทศอย่างมีจริยธรรมและถูกต้องตามกฎหมาย 4.4.5 การประเมินผลการเรียนรู้ 5. การประเมินรูปแบบการฝึกอบรม ผลของการทดลองใช้รูปแบบการฝึกอบรมพบว่าค่าเฉลี่ยคะแนนความรู้ ทักษะและทัศนคติด้านการรู้สารสนเทศก่อนและหลังการทดลองแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 และค่าเฉลี่ยคะแนนหลังการทดลองของกลุ่มทดลองและกลุ่มควบคุมแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 ปัจจัยที่ส่งเสริมรูปแบบการฝึกอบรมที่พัฒนาขึ้น คือวัตถุประสงค์หลักมีความสอดคล้องกับนโยบายองค์กร การให้ความร่วมมือจากผู้บริหาร สร้างแรงจูงใจให้คนในองค์กร วิธีการกำหนดคุณสมบัติรับผู้เข้ารับการฝึกอบรม เนื้อหาสาระเชื่อมโยงกับบริบทในการทำงาน กิจกรรมกลุ่มเพื่อการเรียนรู้ งบประมาณ ทรัพยากรและแหล่งข้อมูล บทบาทความเป็นผู้นำ และระยะเวลาที่เหมาะสม	en_US
dc.description.abstractalternative	The purposes of this study were to 1) study the need of information literacy learning for manufacturing industry workforce; 2) develop a training model to enhance information literacy for manufacturing industry workforce based on collaborative learning concept and information and communication technology literacy; 3) study outcomes of developing of a training model to enhance information literacy for manufacturing industry workforce based on collaborative learning concept and information and communication technology literacy towards the training on the model; and 4) study the relevant factors in developing and using a training model to enhance information literacy for manufacturing industry workforce based on collaborative learning concept and information and communication technology literacy. The major findings were as follows: Need of information literacy learning is at high level. Defined topics are Open Office, Internet Search Engine and email. The training model to enhance information literacy for manufacturing industry workforce comprised of 5 phases. Phase 1 Identifying organization and learners’ needs. Phase 2 examining learners’ job performance. Phase 3 planning target and training activities. Phase 4 Operating 4.1 Defining topics 4.2 Creating instructional Strategies 4.3 Attaining instructional resources 4.4 Conducting training 4.4.1 Planning and operating together 4.4.2 Analyzing and compiling together 4.4.3 Mutual decision and managing information literacy 4.4.4 Using information ethically and legally 4.4.5 Evaluation of training Phase 5 Assessing training model. The outcome of experiment indicates that average post-test score of knowledge, skill and attitude of information literacy after the training was higher than pre-test score at the significant level of 0.05 and average post-test score of experimental group was different from control group at the significant level of 0.05. Factors related to developing training model were training objectives which comply with corporate policies, executive sponsorship, motivation in organizations, learners’ qualification, content linked to context of the work, learning activities, budget and resources, leaderships and decent amount of time.	en_US
