| dc.description.abstract | งานวิจัยนี้มีจุดมุ่งหมายเพื่อวิเคราะห์หมวดคำและความหมายเชิงไวยากรณ์ของคำ “ด้วย” ในภาษาไทย ตั้งแต่สมัยสุโขทัยจนถึงสมัยปัจจุบัน อีกทั้งยังศึกษาถึงปัจจัยและกลไกการเปลี่ยนแปลงของคำ “ด้วย” ตามแนวทฤษฎีการกลายเป็นคำไวยากรณ์ ผู้วิจัยแบ่งสมัยข้อมูลภาษาออกเป็น 6 ช่วงสมัย ได้แก่ ช่วง 1 สมัยสุโขทัย, ช่วง 2 สมัยอยุธยา – ธนบุรี, ช่วง 3 สมัยรัตนโกสินทร์ รัชกาลที่ 1 – รัชกาลที่ 3, ช่วง 4 สมัยรัตนโกสินทร์ รัชกาลที่ 4 – รัชกาลที่ 5, ช่วง 5 สมัยรัตนโกสินทร์ รัชกาลที่ 6 – รัชกาลที่ 8 และ ช่วง 6 สมัยรัตนโกสินทร์ รัชกาลที่ 9 (ปัจจุบัน) ผลการศึกษาพบว่า ช่วง 1 คำ “ด้วย” ปรากฏใช้ใน 2 หมวดคำ ได้แก่ 1. หมวดคำบุพบท และ 2. หมวดคำเชื่อมนาม ช่วง 2 คำ “ด้วย” ปรากฏใช้ใน 3 หมวดคำ ได้แก่ 1. หมวดคำเชื่อมอนุพากย์, 2. หมวดคำบุพบท และ 3. หมวดคำกริยาวิเศษณ์ ช่วง 3 คำ “ด้วย” ปรากฏใช้ใน 5 หมวดคำ ได้แก่ 1. หมวดคำเชื่อมอนุพากย์, 2. หมวดคำบุพบท, 3. หมวดคำเชื่อมนาม, 4. หมวดคำกริยาวิเศษณ์ และ 5. หมวดคำลงท้าย ส่วน ช่วง 4, ช่วง 5 และ ช่วง 6 คำ “ด้วย” ปรากฏใช้ใน 4 หมวดคำ เหมือนกัน ได้แก่ 1. หมวดคำเชื่อมอนุพากย์, 2. หมวดคำบุพบท, 3. หมวดคำกริยาวิเศษณ์ และ 4. หมวดคำลงท้าย เมื่อพิจารณาความหมายเชิงไวยากรณ์ของคำ “ด้วย” ที่ปรากฏใช้ในหมวดคำต่าง ๆ พบว่า คำเชื่อม อนุพากย์ “ด้วย” มีความหมายเชิงไวยากรณ์เพียง 1 ความหมาย ได้แก่ บอก ‘สาเหตุ’ ขณะที่ คำบุพบท “ด้วย” มีความหมายเชิงไวยากรณ์บอกการกของคำนามข้างท้ายมากถึง 9 การก ได้แก่ 1. บอก ‘ผู้ร่วม’, 2. บอก ‘เครื่องมือ’, 3. บอก ‘สาเหตุ’, 4. บอก ‘ลักษณะ’, 5. บอก ‘ผู้ทำ’, 6. บอก ‘สถานที่’, 7. บอก ‘แหล่งเดิม’, 8. บอก ‘วิธีการ’ และ 9. บอก ‘เนื้อความ’ แต่ละช่วงสมัยจำนวนความหมายบอกการกที่ปรากฏมีปริมาณมากน้อยต่างกัน ส่วนหมวดคำเชื่อมนาม “ด้วย”, หมวดคำกริยาวิเศษณ์ “ด้วย” และหมวดคำลงท้าย “ด้วย” ต่างก็มีความหมายเชิงไวยากรณ์หมวดคำละ 1 ความหมาย ได้แก่ บอก ‘ความคล้อยตาม’, บอก ‘การเข้าร่วม’ และบอก “การขอร้อง” ตามลำดับ การเปลี่ยนแปลงของหมวดคำและความหมายเชิงไวยากรณ์ของคำ “ด้วย” เกิดจาก “ปัจจัย” และ “กลไก” ในกระบวนการกลายเป็นคำไวยากรณ์ สำหรับ “ปัจจัย” ที่ส่งผลต่อการเปลี่ยนแปลงของหมวดคำและความหมายเชิงไวยากรณ์ของคำ “ด้วย” ได้แก่ 1. ปัจจัยอุปลักษณ์ และ 2. ปัจจัยความใกล้ชิดกันทางชื่อ ส่วนในประเด็น “กลไก” นั้น ผู้วิจัยแบ่งการศึกษาออกสองส่วน คือ 1. ศึกษากลไกที่มีผลต่อพัฒนาการทางด้านความหมายเชิงไวยากรณ์ภายในหมวดคำบุพบท “ด้วย” ได้แก่ “กลไกขยายความหมายเชิงอุปลักษณ์” 2. ศึกษากลไกที่มีผลต่อพัฒนาการทางด้านอรรถวากยสัมพันธ์ระหว่างหมวดคำต่าง ๆ ของคำ “ด้วย” ได้แก่ 1. กลไกการขยายความหมายเชิงอุปลักษณ์, 2. กลไกการจางลงของความหมายเดิม, 3. กลไกการคงเค้าความหมายเดิม, 4. กลไกการวิเคราะห์ใหม่ และ 5. กลไกการสูญลักษณะของหมวดคำเดิม นอกจากนี้ ผู้วิจัยยังพบว่า “กระบวนการเกิดคำใหม่” ก็ยังส่งผลต่อพัฒนาการทางด้านอรรถวากยสัมพันธ์ของคำ “ด้วย” ได้ด้วย | en_US |
| dc.description.abstractalternative | The study aims at 1) analyzing the word classes and the grammatical meanings of /dûaj/ in Thai from Sukhothai period until present and 2) examining the factors and the mechanisms attributed to the change of /dûaj/ in the light of grammaticalization theory. The data was divided into 6 groups according to 6 periods: 1) Sukhothai Period, 2) Ayudhaya Period - Thonburi Period, 3) King Rama I - King Rama III of Ratanakosin Period, 4) King Rama IV - King Rama V of Ratanakosin Period, 5) King Rama VI - King Rama VIII of Ratanakosin Period and 6) King Rama IX of Ratanakosin Period (present). The findings are as follows: During the 1st period, /dûaj/ belonged to 2 word categories: 1) preposition and 2) noun-phrase conjunction.; During the 2nd period, /dûaj/ belonged to 3 word categories: 1) conjunction, 2) preposition, and 3) adverb.; During the 3rd period, /dûaj/ belonged to 5 word categories: 1) conjunction, 2) preposition, 3) noun-phrase conjunction, 4) adverb, and 5) final particle.; During the 4th, the 5th, and the 6th periods, /dûaj/ belonged to 4 word categories: 1) conjunction, 2) preposition, 3) adverb, and 4) final particle. Given the grammatical meanings of /dûaj/ in the word classes mentioned above, this study shows that the conjunction /dûaj/ has only 1 grammatical meaning, causative, while the preposition /dûaj/ indicates 9 cases of its following nouns, including 1) comitative, 2) instrumental, 3) causative, 4) manner, 5) agentive, 6) locative, 7) ablative, 8) method, and 9) relation. In each period, the number of case meanings is different. The noun-phrase conjunction /dûaj/, the adverb /dûaj/ and the final particle /dûaj/ have their own grammatical meaning: cumulative, participation, and requestive marker respectively. The syntactic and semantic changes of /dûaj/ were triggered by the grammaticalization factors and mechanisms. The factors influencing the change of /dûaj/ are 1) metaphor and 2) the contiguity of names. The mechanisms of the change can be categorized into: 1) the mechanism influencing grammatical meaning development of preposition /dûaj/, which is the metaphorical extension mechanism and 2) the mechanisms influencing semantico-syntactic development among the word categories of /dûaj/, which include the metaphorical extension mechanism, the bleaching mechanism, the persistence mechanism, the reanalysis mechanism, and the decategorialization mechanism. Moreover, lexicalization can also influence the semantico-syntactic development of /dûaj/. | en_US |
