| Abstract: | การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยแบบกึ่งทดลอง มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อเปรียบเทียบความวิตกกังวลของผู้ป่วยก่อนและภายหลังได้รับโปรแกรมการให้ข้อมูลและเบี่ยงเบนความสนใจ และเปรียบเทียบความวิตกกังวลของผู้ป่วยระหว่างกลุ่มที่ได้รับโปรแกรมการให้ข้อมูลและเบี่ยงเบนความสนใจกับกลุ่มที่ได้รับการพยาบาลตามปกติ โดยโปรแกรมการให้ข้อมูลและเบี่ยงเบนความสนใจใช้แนวคิดทฤษฎีการควบคุมตนเอง(Self-regulation theory)ของ Johnson (1999) ร่วมกับแนวคิดการเบี่ยงเบนความสนใจของ Taylor et al. (2001) กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ ผู้ป่วยที่ได้รับการส่องกล้องทางเดินอาหารส่วนบนแบบผู้ป่วยนอกเป็นครั้งแรกและได้รับยาชาเฉพาะที่พ่นในช่องปาก ณ ห้องผ่าตัดโรงพยาบาลสงฆ์ กรุงเทพมหานคร ระหว่างวันที่ 25 เมษายน 2559 – 24 มิถุนายน 2559 จำนวน 60 คน ซึ่งแบ่งออกเป็นสองกลุ่มคือ กลุ่มทดลองและกลุ่มควบคุม กลุ่มละ 30 คน ผู้วิจัยได้คัดเลือกกลุ่มตัวอย่างแบบเฉพาะเจาะจง (Purposive sampling) กลุ่มควบคุมได้รับการพยาบาลตามปกติ และกลุ่มทดลองได้รับโปรแกรมการให้ข้อมูลร่วมกับการเบี่ยงเบนความสนใจ โดยให้ข้อมูลตามแนวคิดของ Johnson (1990) ผ่านการชมวีดีทัศน์ ความยาว 12 นาที และได้รับการเบี่ยงเบนความสนใจด้วยการบีบลูกบอลคลายเครียด ขณะรอส่องกล้องและในระหว่างการส่องกล้องทางเดินอาหารส่วนบน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ ได้แก่ โปรแกรมการให้ข้อมูลและเบี่ยงเบนความสนใจ เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล คือ แบบบันทึกข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล และแบบประเมินความวิตกกังวล วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติ ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน สถิติทดสอบที (t-test) สรุปผลการวิจัยได้ดังนี้ 1. ความวิตกกังวลของผู้ป่วยภายหลังได้รับโปรแกรมการให้ข้อมูลและการเบี่ยงเบนความสนใจต่ำกว่าก่อนได้รับโปรแกรมการให้ข้อมูลและการเบี่ยงเบนความสนใจ อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ ระดับ .05 2. ความวิตกกังวลของผู้ป่วยกลุ่มที่ได้รับโปรแกรมการให้ข้อมูลและการเบี่ยงเบนความสนใจต่ำกว่ากลุ่มที่ได้รับการพยาบาลตามปกติ อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 |
| Other Abstract: | This study utilized a quasi-experimental design that aimed to: Compare the anxiety of patients before and after receiving the providing information and distraction program. Compare mean anxiety score of patients between the groups receiving the providing information and distraction program and those receiving routine nursing care. The providing information and distraction program was based on Johnson’s theory of self-regulation and distraction concept. The sample comprised 60 outpatients undergoing esophagogastroduodenoscopy with local anesthesia at Priest Hospital Bangkok during April 25 - June 24, 2016. The researchers recruited participants by purposive sampling and were divided into the experimental group and control group with 30 participants in each group. The control group received routine nursing care and the experimental group were provided the information and distraction program. The experimental tools included multimedia video preparation for the esophagogastroduodenoscopy and distraction with squeeze balls. Data collection included the demographic data and state anxiety inventory. Data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, frequency, percentages, means and standard deviation and independent t-test. The results of this study showed:- 1. The patients after receiving the information and distraction program had lower anxiety than those before receiving the program at a statistical significance level of .05 2. The patient group that received the information and distraction program had lower anxiety than the control group at a statistical significance level of .05 |
