| Abstract: | งานวิจัยนี้นำเสนอวิธีการสร้างเทมเพลตเพื่อเป็นเครื่องมือช่วยในการคัดเลือกซอฟต์แวร์สำเร็จทางด้านบริหารจัดการทรัพยากรมนุษย์ ซึ่งผู้วิจัยได้พัฒนาเครื่องมือสร้างเทมเพลตสำหรับการคัดเลือกซอฟต์แวร์สำเร็จที่เหมาะสมกับประเภทองค์กร จากการประยุกต์ใช้ทฤษฎี R2ISC เป็นหลัก ทฤษฎีดังกล่าวได้พิจารณาจาก 5 ปัจจัยคือ (1) ความต้องการของธุรกิจในปัจจุบัน (2) ความต้องการของธุรกิจในในอนาคต (3) คุณสมบัติการติดตั้งซอฟต์แวร์ (4) คุณสมบัติการดูแลบำรุงรักษาในซอฟต์แวร์ของผู้ขายซอฟต์แวร์ และ (5) ราคาของซอฟต์แวร์ เครื่องมือสร้างเทมเพลตสำหรับการคัดเลือกซอฟต์แวร์นี้ เริ่มต้นการทำงานโดยให้ผู้ใช้ระบุข้อมูลเบื้องต้น เช่น ประเภทหน่วยงาน (ภาครัฐบาล/ภาครัฐวิสาหกิจ/ภาคเอกชน) เป็นต้น จากนั้นเครื่องมือคัดเลือกปัจจัยต่างๆ พร้อมน้ำหนักคะแนนความเหมาะสมในการใช้งานฟังก์ชัน มาสร้างเป็นเทมเพลตสำหรับการคัดเลือกซอฟต์แวร์ สำหรับให้ผู้ใช้พิจารณาลงคะแนนคัดเลือกซอฟต์แวร์ต่อไป โดยปัจจัยที่ใช้ในเครื่องมือนี้ ผู้วิจัยพิจารณาจาก 3 ปัจจัยคือ (1) ปัจจัยฟังก์ชัน ได้จากการสำรวจข้อมูลงานด้านบริหารจัดการทรัพยากรมนุษย์ (กำหนดหน่วยตัวอย่างจากภาครัฐบาล ภาครัฐวิสาหกิจและภาคเอกชนจำนวน 15 หน่วยงาน) และนำผลการวิเคราะห์ฟังก์ชันมาจัดสัมมนาแบบกลุ่ม เพื่อยืนยันการใช้งานฟังก์ชันต่างๆ โดยทำแบบสอบถามเก็บข้อมูลระดับน้ำหนักความเหมาะสมในการใช้งานฟังก์ชัน (2) ปัจจัยความต้องการที่ไม่เป็นฟังก์ชัน ได้จากมาตรฐานอุตสาหกรรมซอฟต์แวร์ ไอเอสโอ 9126-1 และ (3) ปัจจัยผู้ขายซอฟต์แวร์ ได้จากการศึกษาเปรียบเทียบในงานวิจัยที่เกี่ยวกับการคัดเลือกซอฟต์แวร์ หลังจากนั้นผู้วิจัยได้นำปัจจัยทั้งสามมาพัฒนาเครื่องมือสร้างเทมเพลตสำหรับการคัดเลือกซอฟต์แวร์ โดยใช้ภาษา VBA เขียนแทรกลงในไมโครซอฟต์ ออฟฟิศ เอ็กเซล ใช้ไมโครซอฟต์ ออฟฟิศ เอคเซส เป็น DBMS ในการจัดการข้อมูลต่างๆ ที่ใช้การประมวลผลของเทมเพลตสำหรับการคัดเลือกซอฟต์แวร์ ผลลัพธ์ของงานวิจัยนี้ เป็นเครื่องมือสร้างเทมเพลตสำหรับการคัดเลือกซอฟต์แวร์สำเร็จทางด้านบริหารจัดการทรัพยากรมนุษย์ เพื่อช่วยลด ขั้นตอนวิธีการคัดเลือก ระยะเวลา ค่าใช้จ่าย ที่ใช้ในการคัดเลือกซอฟต์แวร์สำเร็จและสามารถตรวจสอบการคัดเลือกซอฟต์แวร์ได้ในระดับหนึ่ง |
| Other Abstract: | This research offers a way to create a template for a software tool to help in the selection software package of Human Resource Management (HRM). The researcher has developed a tool to create Software Selection Template With the appropriate type of organization. From the application of theory as a basis R2ISC theory has considered these 5 factors is (1) Current Requirements (2) Future Requirements (3) Implement ability (4) Supportability and (5) Cost. Tool creates Software Selection Template of this. Start with the User enters basic data such as types of agencies (Government / State enterprise sector / Private sector). Then the tool selection functions with Suggest. To create a Software Selection Template. For Users to consider voting to select Software Packages. The factors used in this tool. The researcher considered these 3 factors is (1) Factors of Functions from survey work in HRM (Example set by Government State enterprises and Private sector number 15 units) (2) Factors of Non Functions from ISO 9126-1 and (3) Factors of Vendors from The comparative study of research related to the software selection. After that the three factors leading researchers to develop Tool created Software Selection template by Tool writing VBA script into the Microsoft Office Excel archive, factors detailed in Microsoft Office Access to be used in the processing Software Selection Templates. Results of this research will have Tool creates Software Selection Template for HRM. To reduce the selection process to reduce time costs used software package selection and can also check how the software selection was achieved level one. |
