| dc.description.abstract | การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาและเปรียบเทียบการดูแลสุขภาพของตนเองระหว่างนักเรียนที่เป็นผู้นำเยาวชนสาธารณสุขกับนักเรียนอื่น ในโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา และเพื่อเปรียบเทียบการดูแลสุขภาพของตนเองตามตัวแปร นักเรียนชายที่เป็นผู้นำเยาวชนสาธารณสุข นักเรียนหญิงที่เป็นผู้นำเยาวชสาธารณสุข นักเรียนชายอื่น และนักเรียนหญิงอื่น ผู้วิจัยใช้แบบสอบถามที่สร้างขึ้นเองส่งไปยังกลุ่มตัวอย่างประชากรนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 4 จำนวน 816 คน (เป็นนักเรียนที่เป็นผู้นำเยาวชนสาธารณสุข 408 คนและนักเรียนอื่น 408 คน) จาก 51 โรงเรียน ผู้วิจัยได้รับแบบสอบถามกลับคืนมา 800 ฉบับ คิดเป็นร้อยละ 98.44 แล้วนำข้อมูลที่ได้มาวิเคราะห์โดยหาค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การทดสอบค่า “ที” (t-test) และการทดสอบค่า “เอฟ” (F-test) ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. นักเรียนที่เป็นผู้นำเยาวชนสาธารณสุขและนักเรียนอื่น ในโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา โดยเฉลี่ยมีการดูแลสุขภาพตนเองที่ระดับดี 2. นักเรียนที่เป็นผู้นำเยาวชนสาธารณสุขดูแลสุขภาพของตนเองดีกว่านักเรียนอื่น อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 2.1 นักเรียนชายที่เป็นผู้นำเยาวชนสาธารณสุขดูแลสุขภาพของตนเองที่กว่านักเรียนชายอื่น 2.2 นักเรียนหญิงที่เป็นผู้นำเยาวชนสาธารณสุขดูแลสุขภาพของตนเองดีกว่านักเรียนหญิงอื่น 2.3 นักเรียนหญิงที่เป็นผู้นำเยาวชนสาธารณสุขดูแลสุขภาพของตนเองดีกว่านักเรียนชายที่เป็นผู้นำเยาวชนสาธารณสุข 2.4 นักเรียนหญิงที่เป็นผู้นำเยาวชนสาธารณสุขดูแลสุขภาพของตนเองดีกว่านักเรียนชายอื่น 2.5 นักเรียนหญิงอื่นดูแลสุขภาพของตนเองดีกว่านักเรียนชายอื่น 2.6 นักเรียนชายที่เป็นผู้นำเยาวชนสาธารณสุขดูแลสุขภาพของตนเองไม่แตกต่างกับนักเรียนหญิงอื่น | en_US |
| dc.description.abstractalternative | The purposes of this study were to investigate and to compare the self health care between student health youth leaders and other students in secondary schools and to compare the selfhealth care among male student health youth leaders, female student health youth leaders, male other students and female other students. The constructed questionnaires used in this research were sent to 816 Mathayom Suksa-Four students (408 student health youth leaders and 408 other students) from 51 schools all over the country. The 800 questionnaires accounted for 98.44% were returned. Then the obtained data were statistically analyzed by means of percentages, means, standard deviations. A t-test was calculated to determinine the significant differences. One-way Analysis of Variance and Scheffe’ test were also utilized to interprete the data. The findings of this study were as follows: 1. The self health care of student health youth leaders and other students in secondary schools were at the good level. 2. The self health care of student health youth leaders was better than other students in secondary schools statistically and significantly different at the .05 level. 2.1 The self health cares of male student health youth leaders was better than male other students. 2.2 The self health cares of female student health youth leaders was better than female other students. 2.3 The self health care of female student health youth leaders was better than male students health youth leaders. 2.4 The self health care of female student health youth leaders was better than male other students. 2.5 The self health care of female other students was better than male other students. 2.6 There was no statistical different at the .05 level of significant between self health care of male student health youth leaders and male other students. | en_US |
