| dc.description.abstract | วิทยานิพนธ์ฉบับนี้มีจุดมุ่งหมายเพื่อศึกษาและวิเคราะห์สัจจะความสูงสุดในคัมภีร์อุปนิษัทคือเรื่องพรหมัน-อาตมันที่มีการกล่าวถึงและให้คำอธิบายไว้ในทุกอุปนิษัท แต่เนื่องจากคำอธิบายสภาวะพรหมัน-อาตมันในคัมภีร์อุปนิษัทสำคัญเหล่านี้มีความแตกต่างทางด้านความคิดและวิธีการอธิบายในบางประเด็น วิทยานิพนธ์ฉบับนี้จึงมุ่งผสานแนวคิดดังกล่าวเพื่อให้เกิดประโยชน์สูงสุดต่อการทำความเข้าใจสภาวะดังกล่าว นอกจากนี้เป้าหมายสำคัญอีกประการหนึ่ง คือการสร้างความเข้าใจให้กับมโนทัศน์พระเจ้าหรือพรหมันในคัมภีร์อุปนิษัท โดยเน้นพิจารณาธรรมชาติอันเป็นสภาวะเดิมแท้ของพรหมันและอาตมันในคัมภีร์อุปนิษัทสำคัญทั้ง 13 อุปนิษัทจากฉบับการแปลที่เป็นภาษาอังกฤษซึ่งแปลจากต้นฉบับภาษาสันสกฤตของนักปรัชญา 2 ท่านคือ ราธากฤษณัน และแมกซ์ มูเลอร์ และจากต้นฉบับภาษาสันสกฤตของศังกราจารย์ แปลโดยสำนักพิมพ์ NAG โดยจะศึกษาทัศนะ ความคิดเห็นและการตีความของนักปรัชญาทั้ง 3 ท่าน ก่อนที่จะผสานแนวคิดในแต่ละประเด็นย่อย การผสานแนวคิดในประเด็นธรรมชาติ (สภาวะ) ของพรหมันและอาตมันในบทที่ 2 และบทที่ 4 จะเป็นการวิเคราะห์รายละเอียดอย่างละเอียดของสภาวะนี้ เช่นในบทที่ 2 ธรรมชาติ (สภาวะ) ของพรหมัน จะเป็นการจัดหมวดหมู่อันเป็นคุณลักษณะของสภาวะพรหมัน ให้เป็นระบบและมีความชัดเจนต่อกระบวนการในการคิด เช่น การมีคุณสมบัติของพรหมัน การปราศจากคุณสมบัติพรหมัน ภาวะขั้วตรงข้ามของพรหมัน การปรากฏ-สำแดงออกของพรหมัน การอธิบายพรหมันผ่านวัตถุเชิงกายภาพและสิ่งแวดล้อม ภาวะอุตตรภาพของพรหมัน ภาวะอัพภันตรภาพของพรหมัน เป็นต้น ส่วนในบทที่ 4 ธรรมชาติ (สภาวะ) ของอาตมัน จะเป็นการกล่าวถึงสภาวะนี้ภายใต้สรรพชีวิต (อาตมันในสิ่งที่มีชีวิต) และสรรพสิ่งในโลก (อาตมันในสิ่งที่ไม่มีชีวิต) เพื่อความเข้าใจในองค์ประกอบร่วมของแก่นความจริงแท้นี้ สรุปข้อขัดแย้งบางประเด็นในตัวเนื้อหาของคัมภีร์อุปนิษัทสำคัญที่ทำให้ดูเหมือนขาดความสอดคล้องกัน สามารถนำวิธีการทางปรัชญามาวิเคราะห์เพื่อหาจุดร่วมทางความคิดซึ่งก่อให้เกิดความสอดคล้องกันได้ และจากการวิเคราะห์รายละเอียดปลีกย่อยของสภาวะแห่งพรหมันและอาตมันเพื่อเป้าหมายหลักคิอการผสานแนวความคิด ทำให้เกิดข้อค้นพบสำคัญ คือการสามารถเข้าใจมโนทัศน์พระเจ้าหรือพรหมันในคัมภีร์อุปนิษัทสำคัญผ่านมโนทัศน์ panentheism | en_US |
| dc.description.abstractalternative | This thesis aims to at studying and analyzing the ultimate truth as presented in the Upanishad, concerning the Brahman-Atman which is referred to and defined in all parts of the Upanishad. However, the definitions of the state of the Brahman-Atman in principal Upanishad differ in terms of concepts and means of explanation; this thesis thus focuses on the syncretic analysis of those concepts so as to best contribute to the understanding of such state. Another major aim is to create understanding of the Divine Concept or the Brahman in the Upanishad, emphasizing the study of nature which is the truly original state of the Brahman-Atman in thirteen books of the Principal Upanishads from the English translations of the Sankrit version of two philosophers- S.Radhakrishnan and F.Max Muller and from the Sankrit version of Sankaracarya translated by NAG publisher. The study will focus on their point of view, ideas and interpretation prior to the sycretic analysis of minor details. The syncretic analysis of the nature (state) of the Brahman-Atman in chapters 2 and 4 will present a detailed analysis of the state. For example, in Chapter 2, the nature (state) of the Brahman, will be classified into a system, which is the characteristic of the Brahman, to render clarity to the thinking process in terms of, for example, characteristics of the Brahman, the lack of characteristics of the Brahman, the dichotomy in the Brahman, the existence of the Brahman,the explanation of the Brahman though physical objects and the environment and the transcendental state of the Brahman and immanent state of the Brahman. Chapter 4, dealing with the nature (state) of Brahman, will discuss this particular state as related to all lives (the Atman in living things) and all things in the world (the Atman in non-living things) in order to create understanding of common factors of the ultimate truth. In conclusion, some conflicting ideas in the Principal Upanishads, which make them seem incongruous, can be analyzed by a philosophical process in order to discover shared ideas, which can render congruity. From the analysis of minor details of the nature of the Brahman-Atman to achieve the major goal, which is the sycretic analysis,there is a major finding, which is understanding of the Divine Concept or the Brahman in the Upanishad through the concept of panentheism | en_US |
