dc.description.abstractงานวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาการจัดโครงการสิ่งแวดล้อม ในโรงเรียนประถมศึกษาที่ได้รับรางวัลด้านสิ่งแวดล้อม จากกรุงเทพมหานคร : กรณีศึกษา โรงเรียนประชาภิบาลในด้านวัตถุประสงค์ ลักษณะของโครงการ บุคลากร กิจกรรม งบประมาณ ผลที่ได้รับ รวมทั้งปัญหาในการจัดโครงการสิ่งแวดล้อม เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ แบบสัมภาษณ์ แบบสังเกต และแบบสำรวจข้อมูลเอกสาร ประชากรที่ใช้ในการวิจัยได้แก่ ผู้บริหารโรงเรียนจำนวน 1 คน ครูผู้รับผิดชอบโครงการจำนวน 26 คน และนักเรียนที่เข้าร่วมในโครงการจำนวน 60 คน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า โครงการสิ่งแวดล้อมที่จัดขึ้นในโรงเรียนมี 4 ลักษณะ คือ โครงการส่งเสริมทางด้านกายภาพ โครงการพัฒนาการเรียนการสอน โครงการสร้างเสริมลักษณะนิสัย และโครงการเกี่ยวกับมลพิษ และสิ่งปฏิกูล โดยจัดทำเป็นโครงการย่อยทั้งหมด 15 โครงการ วัตถุประสงค์ในการจัดโครงการสิ่งแวดล้อม เพื่อให้นักเรียนเกิดความตระหนัก ได้รับความรู้ เกิดเจตคติที่ดี มีทักษะ และมีส่วนร่วมในการอนุรักษ์สิ่งแวดล้อม บุคลากรที่มีส่วนร่วมในการดำเนินการโครงการสิ่งแวดล้อมจนประสบความสำเร็จ ได้แก่ผู้บริหารผู้ซึ่งมีวิสัยทัศน์กว้างไกล ครูผู้ซึ่งมีความมุ่งมั่นจริงจังในการทำงาน นักเรียนที่มีความกระตือรือร้น รวมทั้งประชาชนที่อาศัยอยู่ใกล้ ๆ บริเวณโรงเรียน ที่ให้ความร่วมมือเป็นอย่างดี กิจกรรมที่พบเป็นประเภทการพัฒนาความสะอาดของโรงเรียน และชุมชน งบประมาณส่วนใหญ่ได้มาจากทางราชการ ผลที่ได้รับ คือ ผู้บริหาร ครู นักเรียน และชุมชน มีการเปลี่ยนแปลงในทางที่ดี มีจิตสำนึกที่ดีเกี่ยวกับสิ่งแวดล้อม สามารถลงมือปฏิบัติเพื่อสิ่งแวดล้อมที่ดี เกิดความสัมพันธ์ที่ดีระหว่างบ้าน โรงเรียน และชุมชนในการร่วมแรงร่วมใจปรับปรุง และสร้างสรรค์ความเป็นอยู่ของตนเอง และสังคม มีคุณภาพชีวิตที่ดีขึ้น ปัญหาที่พบ คือ ขาดงบประมาณ สื่อการสอนด้านสิ่งแวดล้อมไม่เพียงพอen_US
dc.description.abstractalternativeThe purpose of this research was to study the environmental program management in the primary school received the environmental award from Bangkok Metropolitan Administration. The case study of Prachapibarn School was carried out in the aspects of the program’ objective, characteristics, personnel, activities, budget resources, results, and problems. The research instruments consisted of questionnaires, observation forms, and documentary survey forms. The samples were one administrator, twenty –six teachers who were responsible for the programs, and six students who participated in the program. The finding were the following : Implementation of the four environmental program in Prachapibarn School, i.e. Physical Strengthening Program, Teaching and Education Development Program, Encouraging Good Behavior Practices Program, and Waste Management Program, were conducted through 15 subprograms. Purpose in the environmental program management for students were to be aware to gain knowledge to form good attitude, to master skill, and to participate in conservative environment. Persons sharing in the successful environmental program management were the school administrator who had a far sight, the teacher who strong by committed to working, the students who were enthusiastic including people lived near by the school, who well cooperated. Activities the environment were to keep the school and community surrounding cleaned, Budget provided by the government. The implementation of the program resulted in the attitude development of the school administrator, teachers, students and community and the cooperation in the environmental development between the school and nearly communities. The problems were insufficient budget and environmental teaching aids.en_US
