dc.description.abstractการวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างระยะเวลาในการดูแล สัมพันธภาพในการดูแล การสนับสนุนทางสังคม ภาวะสุขภาพของผู้ดูแล ทัศนคติต่อการดูแลผู้สูงอายุกับการมีส่วนร่วมในการดูแลผู้สูงอายุที่มีภาวะไตวายเรื้อรังของผู้ดูแลที่เป็นสมาชิกในครอบครัว กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือผู้ดูแลที่เป็นสมาชิกในครอบครังของผู้สูงอายุที่มีภาวะไตวายเรื้อรังที่พาผู้สูงอายุมารับการรักษาที่มีลักษณะเฉพาะ ได้แก่ การล้างไตทางช่องท้องแบบถาวร ที่แผนกไตเทียมโรงพยาบาลพระมงกุฎเกล้า โรงพยาบาลรามาธิบดีและโรงพยาบาลราชวิถี จำนวน 110 ราย โดยวิธีการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบง่าย เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ แบบสอบถามข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล แบบวัดสัมพันธภาพระหว่างผู้ดูแลแบผู้สูงอายุ แบบสอบถามการสนับสนุนทางสังคม แบบวัดภาวะสุขภาพของผู้ดูแล แบบวัดทัศนคติต่อการดูแลผู้สูงอายุและแบบประเมินการมีส่วนร่วมในการดูแลของผู้แล ซึ่งผ่านการตรวจสอบความตรงตามเนื้อหาโดยผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ หาความเที่ยงโดยวิธีของครอนบาค วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบ่งเบนมาตรฐาน หาความสัมพันธ์โดยค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ของเพียร์สัน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. การมีส่วนร่วมในการดูแลผู้สูงอายุที่มีภาวะไตวายเรื้อรังของผู้ดูแลที่เป็นสมาชิกในครอบครัวอยู่ในระดับดี (X- = 4.23) ระยะเวลาในการดูแลของผู้ดูแลมีค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 50.23 เดือน สัมพันธภาพระหว่างผู้ดูแลกับผู้สูงอายุ การสนับสนุนทางสังคม ภาวะสุขภาพของผู้ดูแลและทัศนคติต่อการดูแลผู้สูงอายุอยู่ในระดับดี (X- = 4.05, X- = 3.92, X- = 77.67 และ X- = 4.17 ตามลำดับ) 2. ระยะเวลาในการดูแล ไม่มีความสัมพันธ์กับการมีส่วนร่วมในการดูแลผู้สูงอายุที่มีภาวะไตวายเรื้อรังของผู้ดูแลที่เป็นสมาชิกในครอบครัว 3. สัมพันธภาพระหว่างผู้ดูแลกับผู้สูงอายุ มีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกกับการมีส่วนร่วมในการดูแลผู้สูงอายุที่มีภาวะไตวายเรื้อรังของผู้ดูแลที่เป็นสมาชิกในครอบครัว อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 (r = .41) 4. การสนับสนุนทางสังคม มีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกกับการมีส่วนร่วมในการดูแลผู้สูงอายุที่มีภาวะไตวายเรื้อรังของผู้ดูแลที่เป็นสมาชิกในครอบครัว อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 (r = .37) 5. ภาวะสุขภาพของผู้ดูแล ไม่มีความสัมพันธ์กับการมีส่วนร่วมในการดูแลผู้สูงอายุที่มีภาวะไตวายเรื้อรังของผู้ดูแลที่เป็นสมาชิกในครอบครัว 6. ทัศนคติต่อการดูแลผู้สูงอายุ มีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกกับการมีส่วนร่วมในการดูแลผู้สูงอายุที่มีภาวะไตวายเรื้อรังของผู้ดูแลที่เป้นสมาชิกในครอบครัว อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 (r = 4.9)en_US
dc.description.abstractalternativeThe purposes of this research were to study the relationships between duration in caring, patient caregiver relationship, social support, caregiver health status, caregiver's attitude, and participation in caring. The sample consisted of 110 family caregivers of older person with chronic renal failure and were recuited by using simple random sampling from Peritoneal Dialysis Units, Renal Department from Phamongkutklao Hospital, Ramathibodi Hospital and Rajavithi Hospital. The instruments were Demographic questionnaires, Older person caregiver relationship scale, Social support questionnaires, The Short Form (SF-12) Health Survey, caregiver's attitude in caring for older person scale and Caregiver participation in caring questionnaires and were tested for content validity and reliability. The data were analyzed by using SPSS for window for mean, standard deviation, and Person's product moment correlation. Major findings were as follows: 1. Family caegiver participation in caring for older persons with chronic renal failure was at good level (X- = 4.23). The average of Duration in caring was 50.23 months. Patient caregiver relationship, social support, caregiver health status and caregiver's attitude were at good level (X- = 4.05, X- = 3.92, X- = 77.67 and X- = 4.17 respectively) 2. Duration in caring were not related to family caregiver participation in caring for older persons with chronic renal failure. 3. Patient caregiver relationship scores were significantly positive related to family caregiver participation in caring for older persons with chronic renal failure at level of .05 (r = .41). 4. Social support scores were significantly positive related to family caregiver participation in caring for older persons with chronic renal failure at level of .05 (r = .37). 5. Caregiver health status were not related to family caregiver participation in caring for older persons with chronic renal failure. 6. Caregiver's attitude were significantly positive related to family caregiver participation in caring for older persons with chronic renal failure at level of .05 (r = .49)en_US
