dc.description.abstractการวิจัยครั้งนี้มีจุดมุ่งหมายเพื่อศึกษาทักษะทางการนิเทศการศึกษาของหัวหน้าหมวดวิชาตามการรับรู้ของตนเองและครู โรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา สังกัดกรมสามัญศึกษา เขตการศึกษา 2 และเปรียบเทียบทักษะทางการนิเทศการศึกษาของหัวหน้าหมวดวิชาระหว่างการรับรู้ของตนเองและครูตามขนาดโรงเรียนระหว่างหมวดวิชา และระหว่างขนาดโรงเรียน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า หัวหน้าหมวดวิชามีทักษะทางธุรการ ทักษะเชิงมนุษย์ ทักษะทางการบริหารในระดับมาก มีทักษะทางวิชาการในระดับปานกลาง การเปรียบเทียบทักษะทางการนิเทศการศึกษาของหัวหน้าหมวดวิชาระหว่างการรับรู้ของตนเองและครูพบว่า โรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาขนาดใหญ่ ทักษะทางธุรการ หัวหน้าหมวดวิชาและครูรับรู้ต่างกันโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาขนาดกลาง ทักษะทางธุรการ และทักษะทางวิชาการ หัวหน้าหมวดวิชาและครูรับรู้ต่างกัน การเปรียบเทียบทักษะทางการนิเทศการศึกษาของหัวหน้าหมวดวิชาระหว่างหมวดวิชาพบว่าทุกทักษะไม่มีความแตกต่างกัน การเปรียบเทียบทักษะทางการนิเทศการศึกษาของหัวหน้าหมวดวิชาระหว่างขนาดโรงเรียนพบว่าทักษะทางวิชาการ ระหว่างโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาขนาดใหญ่กับโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาขนาดเล็กต่างกัน ทักษะเชิงมนุษย์ระหว่างโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาขนาดใหญ่กับโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาขนาดเล็กต่างกัน ทักษะทางการบริหาร ระหว่างโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาขนาดใหญ่กับโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาขนาดกลาง และระหว่างโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาขนาดใหญ่กับโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาขนาดเล็กต่างกันen_US
dc.description.abstractalternativeThe purpose of this research were to study the supervisory skills of division heads in secondary schools located in Educational Region Two, and to compare the skills as perceived by the subject division heads themselves and by the teachers in schools of different size. Comparison of the supervisory skills here also made between subject division and between size of school. Findings from the research showed that the skills of the subject division heads in management, human relations, and administration were a high level, while those in academic were at moderate one. The comparison between the perceptions of skills by the subject division heads and the teachers, it was found that management skills were perceived to be different in schools of large size and so were management skills and academic skills in schools of medium size. The results of the comparison between subject division showed that all the skills perceived had no significant differences. In addition, the results of the comparison between size of school showed that academic skills as well as human relation skills as perceived by the subject division heads and the teachers in schools of large size were different from those in schools of small size. Administration skills were perceived to be different between schools of large size and medium size, and between schools of large size and small size.en_US
