| Abstract: | การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาระดับผลการดำเนินงานของกลุ่มงานการพยาบาล ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างวัฒนธรรมเชิงสร้างสรรค์ ความไว้วางใจในองค์การ กับผลการดำเนินงานของกลุ่มงานการพยาบาลตามการรับรู้ของพยาบาลวิชาชีพโรงพยาบาลศูนย์ที่ผ่านการประเมินและรับรองคุณภาพโรงพยาบาล กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือ พยาบาลประจำการจำนวน 287 คน ได้จากการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบแบ่งชั้นภูมิ เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยประกอบด้วย แบบสอบถามวัฒนธรรมเชิงสร้างสรรค์ของกลุ่มงานการพยาบาล แบบสอบถามความไว้วางใจในองค์การและแบบสอบถามผลการดำเนินงานของกลุ่มงานการพยาบาล ซึ่งผ่านการตรวจสอบความตรงตามเนื้อหาและวิเคราะห์ค่าความเที่ยงของแบบสอบถาม เท่ากับ .92 .94 และ .96 ตามลำดับ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลคือ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน สถิติวิเคราะห์สหสัมพันธ์แบบเพียร์สันและการวิเคราะห์ถดถอยแบบเข้าทีละตัว ผลการวิจัยสรุปได้ดังนี้ 1. ค่าเฉลี่ยผลการดำเนินงานของกลุ่มงานการพยาบาลโรงพยาบาลศูนย์ที่ผ่านการประเมินและรับรองคุณภาพโรงพยาบาลอยู่ในระดับสูง (X = 3.91) 2. ความไว้วางใจในองค์การมีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกกับผลการดำเนินงานของกลุ่มงานการพยาบาล โรงพยาบาลศูนย์ที่ผ่านการประเมินและรับรองคุณภาพโรงพยาบาลอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (r = .625, P<.01) 3. วัฒนธรรมเชิงสร้างสรรค์มีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกกับผลการดำเนินงานของกลุ่มการพยาบาล โรงพยาบาลศูนย์ที่ผ่านการประเมินและรับรองคุณภาพโรงพยาบาลอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (r = .606, P<.01) 4. ตัวแปรที่สามารถพยากรณ์ผลการดำเนินงานของกลุ่มงานการพยาบาลโรงพยาบาลศูนย์ที่ผ่านการประเมินและรับรองคุณภาพโรงพยาบาลได้แก่ ความไว้วางใจในองค์การ และวัฒนธรรมเชิงสร้างสรรค์ซึ่งสามารถร่วมกันพยากรณ์ ผลการดำเนินงานของกลุ่มงานการพยาบาลได้ร้อยละ 43.50 (R[superscript 2] = .435, P<.05) โดยสมการพยากรณ์ผลการดำเนินงานของกลุ่มงานการพยาบาลในรูปคะแนนมาตรฐาน ดังนี้ Z^ ผลการดำเนินงานของกลุ่มงานการพยาบาล =.391*Zความไว้วางใจในองค์การ + .314*Zวัฒนธรรมเชิงสร้างสรรค์ |
| Other Abstract: | The purposes of this research were to study level of the performance of nursing department, relationship between constructive culture, organizational trust and performance of nursing department as perceived professional nurses, at accredited regional hospitals and medical centers. The sample consisted of 287 professional nurses selected by stratified random sampling. The research instruments were constructive culture questionnaire, organization trust questionnaire and performance of nursing department questionnaire, and tested for content validity and reliability. The reliability of three questionnaires were .92, .94 and .96 respectively. Statistical methods used for data analysis including descriptive statistics, Pearson's product moment correlation coefficients and multiple regression analysis. The major findings were follows: 1. The mean score of performance of nursing department accredited regional hospitals and medical centers was at high level. (X = 3.91) 2. Organizational trust was positive significantly related to performance of nursing department. (r = .625, P<.01) 3. Constructive culture was positive significantly related to performance of nursing department (r = .606, P<.01) 4. Independent variables selected for inclusion in the multiple regression equation were organizational trust, constructive culture. These predictors accounted for 43.50% of the variance (R[superscript 2] = .435, P<.05).
