| dc.description.abstract | QR code เป็นรหัส 2 มิติ ตอบสนองเร็วที่สามารถใช้เสริมระบบฐานข้อมูล ให้สามารถใช้ประโยชน์ในการเรียกดูข้อมูลได้ จากการพัฒนาระบบ QR code สำหรับควบคุม กำกับดูแลความปลอดภัยทางอาหารให้ผลิตภัณฑ์อาหารเสริมสุขภาพ ได้ฐานข้อมูล ที่กำหนดรายการที่ต้องการแสดงเกี่ยวกับความปลอดภัยทางอาหารในผลิตภัณฑ์อาหารเสริมสุขภาพ ทั้งหมด 7314 รายการในรูปเครือข่ายอินเทอร์เน็ตออนไลน์แบบอินเตอร์แอกทีฟ และเมื่อใช้โปรแกรม Keywa Reader สำหรับอ่านรหัส สามารถตรวจสอบข้อมูลความปลอดภัยของอาหารเสริมสุขภาพ เช่น ข้อมูล วัตถุดิบ ข้อมูลการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลการรับรองผลิตภัณฑ์ และข้อมูลคำเตือนผ่านระบบโทรศัพท์เคลื่อนที่ได้ การเตรียมการเพื่อนำระบบไปใช้งานทำให้ทราบประเด็นปัญหาความเสี่ยงในการเผยแพร่ข้อมูลผลิตภัณฑ์อาหารเสริมสุขภาพ ตามกฎหมายของกระทรวงสาธารณสุข โดยเฉพาะการแสดงชื่อและสรรพคุณ เพื่อแก้ปัญหาจึงได้ดำเนินการปรับปรุงฐานข้อมูลให้แสดงข้อมูลทางวิชาการที่อ้างอิงได้ในทางวิทยาศาสตร์ ในส่วนสารออกฤทธิ์ คำอธิบาย คำเตือน โดยไม่แสดงชื่อและสรรพคุณของผลิตภัณฑ์ การปรับปรุงดำเนินการได้ 5310 รายการจาก 7314 รายการ และเพื่อให้การดำเนินการเป็นไปตามแผน ได้เตรียมการวางแผนและการจัดกิจกรรมเพื่อเปิดตัวใช้งานในทันที ที่การปรับปรุงดำเนินการเสร็จสิ้น นอกจากนี้ได้นำผลสำเร็จในรูปประสบการณ์ไปประยุกต์ต่อยอดโดยนำระบบรหัส 2 มิติ และหลักการมาประยุกต์ใช้ในการรับรองคุณภาพและความปลอดภัยทางอาหารในโมเดลมะม่วงเพื่อการส่งออกภายใต้มาตรฐาน EUrep GAPTM | en_US |
| dc.description.abstractalternative | QR-code is a 2-dimension quick response code used to compliment to database system to maximize the access of interactive data calling. The application of QR-code system for food safety and quality assurance in supplemented food products had been developed. The system consisted of 7314 records database for food safety and quality assurance of supplemented food products category, run in an interactive online accessible format. When this system was used in conjunction with the KeywaTM code reader program, record of safety data concerning the target product, including the ingredients used, the safety assurance and the warning description could be read directly via customer’s mobile phone. Preparation for launching the program in public leads to encounter risks due to data exhibition especially on product’s name and its usage might against the Min. of Public Health’s Law concerning the advertisement of health products and their usages on public. In order to avoid these problems, data updating to include the scientific descriptions of the active materials presented in supplemented food products and warning without acknowledging product’s name and their claims on efficacy. Updating of records were done 5310 records from total 7314. In order to catch up with schedule, a plan and its related activities for a debut on the use of the system had been prepared. Finally, experiences on the use of 2 dimension code from the project has been applied to develop 2 dimension code for quality and safety assurance under EUrep GAPTM for high quality mangos for export. | en_US |
