| Abstract: | การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1)ศึกษาระดับภาวะผู้นำเชิงจิตวิญญาณของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนเอกชนระดับประถมศึกษาในกรุงเทพมหานคร 2) นำเสนอแนวทางการพัฒนาภาวะผู้นำเชิงจิตวิญญาณของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนเอกชนระดับประถมศึกษาในกรุงเทพมหานครประชากร คือ โรงเรียนเอกชนระดับประถมศึกษาในกรุงเทพมหานคร จำนวน 88 โรงเรียน ผู้ให้ข้อมูลคือ ผู้บริหารโรงเรียนและครูประจำชั้น ทั้งหมด 264 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ แบบสอบถามเกี่ยวกับภาวะผู้นำเชิงจิตวิญญาณของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนเอกชนระดับประถมศึกษาในกรุงเทพมหานครและแนวทางการพัฒนาภาวะผู้นำเชิงจิตวิญญาณของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนเอกชนระดับประถมศึกษาในกรุงเทพมหานคร และแบบประเมินความเหมาะสมและความเป็นไปได้ของแนวทางการพัฒนาภาวะผู้นำเชิงจิตวิญญาณของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนเอกชนระดับประถมศึกษาในกรุงเทพมหานคร สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล คือ ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา และการจัดลำดับความต้องการจำเป็น (PNIModified) ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. ระดับภาวะผู้นำเชิงจิตวิญญาณของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนเอกชนระดับประถมศึกษาในกรุงเทพมหานครสภาพปัจจุบันของคุณลักษณะด้านสามารถกำหนดวิสัยทัศน์ ด้านมีความรักที่ไม่เห็นแก่ตัว และด้านมีความหวัง/ศรัทธา โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมากทั้ง 3 คุณลักษณะส่วนสภาพพึงประสงค์ด้านสามารถกำหนดวิสัยทัศน์ ด้านมีความรักที่ไม่เห็นแก่ตัว และด้านมีความหวัง/ศรัทธา โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุดทั้ง 3 คุณลักษณะ 2. แนวทางการพัฒนาภาวะผู้นำเชิงจิตวิญญาณของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนเอกชนระดับประถมศึกษาในกรุงเทพมหานครวิธีการพัฒนาที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุด คือ การเชื่อในคุณค่าของตนเองและผู้อื่น และการศรัทธาในเป้าหมายขององค์กร ได้แนวทางที่มีความเหมาะสมและเป็นไปได้ จำนวน 10 แนวทาง |
| Other Abstract: | The purpose of this research were to 1)study the level of spiritual leadership of administrators in private primary school Bangkok Metropolitan and 2) propose the approaches developing spiritual leadership of administrators in private primary school Bangkok.Population of this research consisted of 88 private primary school Bangkok. The data were given by 2 groups of sample population, which comprising administrators and teachers with a total of 264 respondents.The data collection instrument used were questionnaires and the approaches evaluation form of feasibility and appropriateness.The data were analyzed in terms of frequency distribution, percentage, mean, standard deviation, content analysis and prioritizing the needs. The research results were as follows. 1. High level of the current situations of spiritual leadership in every aspect (Vision, Altruistic love, Hope/Faith) and highest level in the desirable situations in every aspect. 2. The approaches developing spiritual leadership of administrators in private primary school Bangkok Metropolitan. The highest average method to develop spiritual leadership were to believe in the value of self and others, the faith in the goals of the organization. There are 10 approaches for the spiritual leadership development. |
