| Abstract: | การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาสุขภาพองค์การของกลุ่มงานการพยาบาล โรงพยาบาลรัฐ สังกัดกระทรวงสาธารณสุข และเปรียบเทียบสุขภาพองค์การของกลุ่มงานการพยาบาล จำแนกตาม การได้รับการรับรองคุณภาพโรงพยาบาล ประเภทโรงพยาบาล และที่ตั้งโรงพยาบาล กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ พยาบาลวิชาชีพ ประกอบด้วยพยาบาลประจำการ 753 คนและผู้บริหาร 181 คน สุ่มกลุ่มตัวอย่างโดยวิธีการสุ่มแบบชั้นภูมิ เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือแบบสอบถามสุขภาพองค์การของกลุ่มงานการพยาบาล ซึ่งผ่านการตรวจสอบความตรงเชิงเนื้อหาและทดสอบความเที่ยงด้วยการหาสัมประสิทธิ์อัลฟาของครอนบาคได้เท่ากับ .97 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล คือ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน วิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียวและทดสอบความแตกต่างรายคู่ด้วยวิธีของเชฟเฟ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. ค่าเฉลี่ยสุขภาพองค์การของกลุ่มงานการพยาบาล โรงพยาบาลรัฐ สังกัดกระทรวงสาธารณสุขอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง 2. ค่าเฉลี่ยสุขภาพองค์การของกลุ่มงานการพยาบาล จำแนกตามการได้รับการรับรองคุณภาพ แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญที่ระดับ .05 โดยค่าเฉลี่ยสุขภาพองค์การของกลุ่มงานการพยาบาลของโรงพยาบาลที่ได้รับการรับรองคุณภาพโรงพยาบาลสูงกว่า โรงพยาบาลที่เข้าร่วมโครงการการพัฒนาและรับรองคุณภาพโรงพยาบาลแต่ยังไม่ได้รับการรับรองคุณภาพโรงพยาบาล และโรงพยาบาลที่ไม่ได้เข้าร่วมโครงการการพัฒนาและรับรองคุณภาพโรงพยาบาล ค่าเฉลี่ยสุขภาพองค์การของกลุ่มงานการพยาบาล ของโรงพยาบาลที่เข้าร่วมโครงการการพัฒนาและรับรองคุณภาพโรงพยาบาลแต่ยังไม่ได้รับการรับรองคุณภาพโรงพยาบาลสูงกว่า โรงพยาบาลที่ไม่ได้เข้าร่วมโครงการการพัฒนาและรับรองคุณภาพโรงพยาบาล 3. ค่าเฉลี่ยสุขภาพองค์การของกลุ่มงานการพยาบาล จำแนกตามประเภทโรงพยาบาล แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญที่ระดับ .05 โดยค่าเฉลี่ยสุขภาพองค์การของกลุ่มงานการพยาบาลโรงพยาบาลศูนย์ และโรงพยาบาลทั่วไปสูงกว่า โรงพยาบาลชุมชน 4. ค่าเฉลี่ยสุขภาพองค์การของกลุ่มงานการพยาบาล จำแนกตามที่ตั้งโรงพยาบาล แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญที่ระดับ .05 โดยค่าเฉลี่ยสุขภาพองค์การของกลุ่มงานการพยาบาล โรงพยาบาลที่มีที่ตั้งในภาคกลางและภาคเหนือ สูงกว่าภาคใต้ |
| Other Abstract: | The purposes of this study were to describe the organizational health of nursing departments, governmental hospital under the jurisdiction of the Ministry of Public Health and to compare organizational health which different in hospital accreditation, types of hospital and location. The samples of this study were 753 professional nurses and 181 nurse administrators, drawn by stratified sampling technique. The instrument was tested for content validity and reliability. The cronbach alpha was .97. Statistical methods used in data analysis included percentage, mean, standard deviation, ANOVA and Scheffe's method. The major findings were as follows : 1. The mean scores of organizational health of nursing departments were at middle level. 2. The mean scores of organizational health of nursing departments which different hospital accreditation were significantly difference at .05 level. The mean scores of organizational health of nursing departments in accredited hospitals were higher than participated and non participated in hospital accreditation project. The mean scores of organizational health of nursing departments in participated in hospital accreditation project were higher than non participated in hospital accreditation project. 3. The mean scores of organizational health of nursing departments which different types of hospital were significantly difference at .05 level. The mean scores of organizational health of nursing departments of regional hospitals and medical centers and general hospitals were higher than community hospitals 4. The mean scores of organizational health of nursing departments which different location were significantly difference at .05 level. The mean scores of organizational health of nursing departments located incentral part and in northern part were higher than in southern part. |
