dc.description.abstractการวิจัยครั้งนี้มีจุดมุ่งหมาย เพื่อศึกษาการปฏิบัติงานบริการจ่าย-รับของบุคลากรห้องสมุดสถาบันเทคโนโลยีราชมงคล ในเขตกรุงเทพมหานคร ด้วยวิธีการสุ่มงาน พร้อมทั้งวิเคราะห์หาเวลา และค่าใช้จ่ายในการปฏิบัติงานบริการจ่าย-รับ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า บุคลากรที่ปฏิบัติงานบริการจ่าย-รับมี 3 ประเภท คือ บรรณารักษ์ เจ้าหน้าที่ และนักการภารโรง โดยบุคลากรระดับเจ้าหน้าที่เป็นกลุ่มที่ปฏิบัติงานบริการจ่าย-รับมากที่สุด บุคลากรงานบริการจ่าย-รับใช้เวลาในการปฏิบัติงาน 3 กลุ่มใหญ่ในอัตราส่วนที่ใกล้เคียงกัน คืองานบริการจ่าย-รับร้อยละ 32.43 งานห้องสมุดอื่น ๆ ที่ไม่ใช่งานบริการจ่าย-รับ ร้อยละ 34.51 และกิจกรรมอื่น ๆ ที่ปฏิบัติในช่วงเวลาทำงาน ร้อยละ 33.06 ห้องสมุดที่ใช้บุคลากรงานบริการจ่าย-รับมากต้องเสียค่าใช้จ่ายในการปฏิบัติงานสูง และค่าใช้จ่ายในการปฏิบัติงานบริการจ่าย-รับส่วนใหญ่อยู่ที่งานยืม-คืน-
dc.description.abstractalternativeThis research aims at studing the circulation operation of Rajamongala Institute of Technology Libraries in Bakgkok Metropolis. Work sampling method is used to analyse time and costs in circulation operation. The major research findings are as follow: librarian, clerk, and janitor are significant circulation personnel. Clerical staffs perform more of the circulation work than any other groups. When the circulation works are analyzed, it is found that circulation activities occupy 32.43 percent of the total working time, where as 34.51 percent of the time in devoted to other work in the library, and 33.06 percent to personal activities. Library with more circulation staffs usually are paying higher operating costs. Meanwhile the major cost is in charging and discharging function.-
