dc.description.abstractการวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อวิเคราะห์สภาพปัจจุบันและปัญหาของการจัดโปรแกรมการเล่นสำหรับเด็กป่วยในโรงพยาบาล ในด้านการจัดการเล่นให้มีพัฒนาการตามวัย การแก้ไขปัญหาด้านร่างกายและพฤติกรรมในเด็กป่วย และปัญหาด้านทรัพยากรการบริหาร เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยคือ แบบสังเกตและแบบสอบถามที่ผู้วิจัยสังเกตและส่งแบบสอบถาม 154 คน นำข้อมูลมาวิเคราะห์โดยหาค่าร้อยละค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน นำเสนอข้อมูลในรูปตารางและความเรียง ผลการวิจัยมีดังนี้ 1. สภาพปัจจุบันของการจัดโปรแกรมการเล่นสำหรับเด็กป่วยพบว่าผู้ป่วยวัย 2-12 เดือน มีการเล่นเพื่อพัฒนาการด้านร่างกายเพียงด้านเดียว ผู้ป่วยวัย 1-2 ปี 2-5 ปี 7-13 ปี มีการเล่นเพื่อพัฒนาด้านสติปัญญามากที่สุด ร้อยละ 37.6 40 และ 28.8 ตามลำดับ และผู้ป่วยวัย 5-7 ปี มีการเล่นเพื่อพัฒนาการด้านอารมณ์มากที่สุดร้อยละ 38.5 2. ปัญหาของการจัดโปรแกรมการเล่นสำหรับเด็กป่วย พบว่าปัญหาด้านงบประมาณอยู่ในระดับมาก (ค่าเฉลี่ย = 3.71) รองลงมาเป็นปัญหาด้านการจัดการ (ค่าเฉลี่ย = 3.20) ปัญหาด้านบุคลากร (ค่าเฉลี่ย = 2.81) และปัญหาด้านวัสดุอุปกรณ์น้อยที่สุด (ค่าเฉลี่ย = 2.79)-
dc.description.abstractalternativeThe research purposes were to analyze current state and problems in managing play program for hospitalized children; concentration on the provision of the play program promoting child development of each age level, solving physical and behavioral problems of hospitalized children and administrative resources. Observation forms and questionnaires were used in this research by using percentage, mean and standard deviation. RESEARCH RESULTS : 1. Current state in managing play program for hospitalized children found that all 2-12 months children were provided toys for physical development, hospitalized children of 1-2 years, 2-5 years and 7-13 years were most played for intellectual development : 38.6% , 40% and 28.8% respectively. And most hospitalized children of 5-7 years played for emotional development 38.5% 2. Problem in managing play program for hospitalized children found that budget was the highest relevant at the average of 3.71% , managing problem at the average of 3.20, key persons at the average of 2.81 and problem of appliances at the least average of 2.79-
