| Abstract: | การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อต้องการทราบว่า 1) บรรณารักษ์ห้องสมุดวิทยาลัย มีจิตกังวลเกี่ยวกับคอมพิวเตอร์หรือไม่ 2) ประสบการณ์ด้านคอมพิวเตอร์ของบรรณารักษ์จะมีผลต่อจิตกังวลเกี่ยวกับคอมพิวเตอร์หรือไม่ และ 3) บรรณารักษ์ที่ปฏิบัติงานทั้งสองด้านคือด้านเทคนิคและบริการมีจิตกังวลเกี่ยวกับคอมพิวเตอร์ต่างจากบรรณารักษ์ที่ปฏิบัติงานด้านเทคนิคหรือบริการด้านใดด้านหนึ่งเพียงด้านเดียวหรือไม่ ผลการวิจัยสรุปได้ดังนี้ 1. บรรณารักษ์ส่วนใหญ่มีจิตกังวลเกี่ยวกับคอมพิวเตอร์อยู่ในระดับต่ำ เช่น บรรณารักษ์ไม่กังวลมากว่า การนำคอมพิวเตอร์มาใช้จะทำให้ผู้ใช้เสื่อมศรัทธาในตัวบรรณารักษ์ จะทำให้เครื่องคอมพิวเตอร์หรือข้อมูลที่จัดเก็บไว้ในคอมพิวเตอร์เสียหายในขณะที่ใช้ ตลอดจนทำให้เกิดปัญหาการว่างงานในห้องสมุด และการสูญเสียความสัมพันธ์ที่ดีกับเพื่อนร่วมงาน เป็นต้น 2. ประสบการณ์ด้านคอมพิวเตอร์ของบรรณารักษ์มีผลต่อจิตกังวลเกี่ยวกับคอมพิวเตอร์โดยบรรณารักษ์ที่มีประสบการณ์ด้านคอมพิวเตอร์มากมีจิตกังวลเกี่ยวกับคอมพิวเตอร์น้อย 3. เมื่อเปรียบเทียบจิตกังวลเกี่ยวกับคอมพิวเตอร์ระหว่างบรรณารักษ์ที่ปฏิบัติงานด้านเทคนิคและบริการ กับบรรณารักษ์ที่ปฏิบัติงานด้านเทคนิค และบรรณารักษ์ที่ปฏิบัติงานด้านบริการ โดยตั้งสมมุติฐานว่าบรรณารักษ์ที่ปฏิบัติงานทั้งสองด้านจะมีจิตกังวลน้อยกว่าบรรณารักษ์ที่ปฏิบัติงานด้านเดียว ผลจากการวิจัยพบว่า สอดคล้องกับสมมุติฐานในขั้นตอนความรู้สึกส่วนตัวก่อนการใช้คอมพิวเตอร์ช่วยปฏิบัติงาน และขั้นตอนการปฏิบัติการใช้คอมพิวเตอร์ แต่ไม่สอดคล้องกับสมมุติฐานในขั้นตอนการวางแผนนำคอมพิวเตอร์มาช่วยปฏิบัติงาน และขั้นตอนผลกระทบจากการใช้คอมพิวเตอร์ |
| Other Abstract: | The objectives of this research are to find out : 1) if academic librarians have computer anxiety or not; 2) if the computer experience of the librarians effects their computer anxiety or not; and 3) if the librarians who work both in the technical services and public services have a computer anxiety that is different from the librarians who work in only one area. The results are as follow :- 1. The majority of the librarians have a low level of computer anxiety. They are not serious whether the computer utility in the libraries may decrease the trust among the users; or they may break the computers or lose all data which they have stored on the discs while using the computers. They are not serious whether there may be unemployment problems in the libraries or that there may be a lack of interpersonal communication among staff member. 2. The computer experience of the librarians affects their computer anxiety in that the librarians who have more computer experience have less computer anxiety. 3. The comparison of the computer anxiety found that among those librarians who work both in the technical services and public services there is less computer anxiety than among these who work in only one service. The results are different. There are accepted hypotheses in the degrees of personal feelings before the computer utility and the degree of computer utility. The rejected hypotheses are in the planning steps of the computer utility and the effects of the computer utility. |
