| dc.description.abstract | การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีจุดมุ่งหมายเปรียบเทียบต้นทุนและผลตอบแทนของโคนมขาวดำพันธุ์แท้ (100%) ลูกผสม 75% และลูกผสมต่ำกว่า 75% เพื่อเป็นแนวทางในการพิจารณาเลือกเลี้ยงโคนมที่เหมาะสมกับการลงทุนมากที่สุด ผลการวิจัยพบว่า เมื่อพิจารณาต้นทุนและผลตอบแทนน้ำนมดิบรวมทั้ง 7 รอบของโคนมทั้งสามประเภท/ตัวแล้ว ปรากฏว่า โคนมพันธุ์แท้ (100%) มีต้นทุนสูงสุด คือ เท่ากับ 100,582.83 บาท รองลงมาได้แก่ โคนมลูกผสม 75% เท่ากับ 90,447.47 บาท และโคนมลูกผสมต่ำกว่า 75% เท่ากับ 86,249.64 บาท ต้นทุนที่สำคัญ ได้แก่ ค่าอาหารข้น ค่าเสื่อมราคาโคนม และค่าอาหารหยาบ สำหรับทางด้านผลตอบแทนน้ำนมดิบนั้น ปรากฏว่า โคนมลูกผสม 75% มีค่าสูงสุด คือ เท่ากับ 47,239.73 บาท รองลงมาได้แก่โคนมลูกผสมต่ำกว่า 75% เท่ากับ 43,286.96 บาท และโคนมพันธุ์แท้ (100%) เท่ากับ 31,152.01 บาท จะเห็นได้ว่าโคนมพันธุ์แท้ (100%) มีต้นทุนสูงกว่า และผลตอบแทนต่ำกว่าโคนมลูกผสมอีกสองประเภท จึงไม่เหมาะสมที่จะเลี้ยงเพื่อผลิตนมขายแต่ควรเลี้ยงเพื่อการปรับปรุงพันธุ์โคนมที่เหมาะสมในการเลี้ยงเพื่อผลิตนมขายมากที่สุด ได้แก่ โคนมลูกผสม 75% | - |
| dc.description.abstractalternative | The purpose of this research is to find the best alternative that maximize income from raw milk product of Holstein-Friesian cows. This kind of cow can be classified in purebred, 75% crossbred and below 75% crossbred. From studying the whole cost of raw milk production per head, the highest cost is that purebred is 100,582.83 Baht, 75% crossbred is 90,447.47 Baht and below 75% crossbred is 86,249.64 Baht. The crucial cost of production is concentrates, roughage and cow depreciation. The best return of raw milk production is 75% crossbred which is 47,286.96 Baht. The lower return is that below 75% crossbred is 43,286.96 Baht and purebred is 31,152.01 Baht. The 75% crossbred is the best alternative to invest because of low cost and high return. The purebred is not suitable to invest for raw milk production because of highest cost but good for better generation. | - |
