| Abstract: | การวิจัยนี้เป็นการออกแบบและพัฒนาระบบโปรแกรมคอมพิวเตอร์เพื่อสนับสนุนการบริหารโรงงานน้ำตาล ในด้านการประเมินสินเชื่อที่โรงงานให้แก่ชาวไร่ การจัดลำดับการรับอ้อยเข้าสู่กระบวนการผลิตให้มีประสิทธิภาพ และการประมวลผลเงินค่าอ้อย จากการทดสอบและใช้งานระบบโปรแกรมพบว่า ส่วนของโปรแกรมการประมวลผลเงินค่าอ้อยและการจัดลำดับการรับอ้อยเข้าสู่กระบวนการผลิตได้รับการยอมรับจากผู้ใช้ด้วยดี เนื่องจากสามารถลดทอนขั้นตอนและเวลาในการประมวลผลข้อมูล และสารสนเทศลงเป็นอันมาก แต่ในส่วนของระบบการประเมินสินเชื่อที่โรงงานให้แก่ชาวไร่นั้น ยังต้องอาศัยเวลาในการให้การศึกษาแก่บุคลากรในระดับปฏิบัติการให้เห็นความสำคัญ และเข้าใจถึงวิธีการเก็บข้อมูลตามแบบจำลองที่ได้ออกแบบไว้ ระบบโปรแกรมที่พัฒนาขึ้น มีความสามารถรองรับจำนวนรถบรรทุกได้ 900 คันต่อวัน จำนวนชาวไร่ 800 คน และจำนวนประเภทหนี้สินหรือค่าธรรมเนียม 12 ประเภท มีการใช้งานหน่วยความจำหลักมาก และค่อนข้างเปลืองเนื้อที่ในหน่วยความจำสำรอง |
| Other Abstract: | The objective of this research is to design and develop the computer software in order to support the management of the Sugar Cane Factory accordting to the following topics: 1. Estimation of Credit to the farmer 2.Ordinal Receiving of Sugar Cane into an effective production process 3. Processing of Sugar Cane Transaction As the result of the implementation of this software, Sugar Cane Transaction and Ordinal Receiving of Sugar Cane program are well accepted by users. Since it is time saving and reduce a lot of unnecessary steps of the data and information processing. On the other hand, the Estimation of Credit to the farmer needs more attention in giving education to the staff whose support to be thoroughly understood in the way data is collected as stated in the software model. The software has been developed with the following specification : firstly, tracking the number of truck up to 900 trips per day, scondly, recording the number of farmer up tp 800 cases and thirdly, recording of the liability or fees up to 12 types. The software consumes a number of working memory and also secondary storage. |
