| Abstract: | การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความสามารถในการปฏิบัติงานของพยาบาลหน่วยอภิบาลผู้ป่วยหนัก และกลุ่มตัวพยากรณ์ที่ร่วมกันพยากรณ์ ความสามารถในการปฏิบัติงานของพยาบาลหน่วยอภิบาลผู้ป่วยหนัก โรงพยาบาลของรัฐ กรุงเทพมหานคร ซึ่งตัวพยากรณ์ มีทั้งสิ้น 7 ตัว คือ ประสบการณ์การทำงานในหน่วยอภิบาลผู้ป่วยหนัก การรอบรมเกี่ยวกับการดูแลผู้ป่วยวิกฤต ค่านิยมต่อการปฏิบัติงานในหน่วยอภิบาลผู้ป่วยหนัก สภาพแวดล้อมทางกายภาพในหน่วยอภิบาลผู้ป่วยหนัก บรรยากาศเพื่อนร่วมงานในหน่วยอภิบาลผู้ป่วยหนัก การติดต่อสื่อสารของหน่วยอภิบาลผู้ป่วยหนัก และพฤติกรรมการจูงใจของหัวหน้าหน่วยอภิบาลผู้ป่วยหนัก ผลการวิจัยที่สำคัญสรุปได้ดังนี้ 1. ความสามารถในการปฏิบัติงานของพยาบาลหน่วยอภิบาลผู้ป่วยหนักทั้งรวมและจำแนกรายด้าน คือ ด้านบริการพยาบาล ด้านบริหาร และด้านวิชาการ อยู่ในระดับสูง 2. ประสบการณ์การทำงานหน่วยอภิบาลผู้ป่วยหนัก การอบรมเกี่ยวกับการดูแลผู้ป่วยวิกฤตและพฤติกรรมการจูงใจของหัวหน้าหน่วยอภิบาลผู้ป่วยหนัก มีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวก (r = .1987, .1855, .1825) กับความสามารถในการปฏิบัติงานของพยาบาลหน่วยอภิบาลผู้ป่วยหนักอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 3. กลุ่มตัวพยากรณ์ที่ร่วมกันพยากรณ์ความสามารถในการปฏิบัติงานของพยาบาลหน่วยอภิบาลผู้ป่วยหนักได้อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 มี 3 ตัว เรียงตามลำดับความสำคัญในการพยากรณ์ได้แก่ประสบการณ์การทำงานในหน่วยอภิบาลผู้ป่วยหนัก การอบรมเกี่ยวกับการดูแลผู้ป่วยวิกฤต และพฤติกรรมการจูงใจของหัวหน้าหน่วยอภิบาลผู้ป่วยหนัก โดยมีสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์พหุคูณเท่ากับ .3004 (R = .3004) และสัมประสิทธิ์การพยากรณ์ประมาณร้อย 9. 02 (R2 = .0902) เมื่อสร้างเป็นสมการพยากรณ์ในรูปคะแนนมาตรฐานได้สมการดังนี้ Z’ = .2429 Z ×1 + .1961 Z×2 + .1556 ZE |
| Other Abstract: | The purposes of this reserch were to investigate the factors related to job performance of nurses in the intensive care unit in governmental hospitals, Bangkok metropolis and search for the factors that would be able to predict job performance of nurses. Those factors were defined as follow: Intensive care unit experiences, critical care training, value of nursing performance, physical environment, collegial interactions, intensive care unit communication and motivational behavior of head nurses. The major results of this research were as follow : 1. The total aspects and each aspect of nursing performance in the intensive care unit were found at high level. 2. Intensive care unit experiences, critical care training and motivational behavior of head nurses were positively correlated with the nursing performance in the intensive care unit at .01 significant level. 3. The three predictors, ranked in their power, predicted nursing performance in the intensive care unit as intensive care unit experiences, critical care training and motivational behavior of head nurses at .01 significant level. The multiple correlation coefficient was .3004 (R = .3004) and the estimated coefficient of determination was 9.02 percent (R2 = .0902).
