dc.description.abstract	ทดลองเลี้ยงสาหร่ายสีแดง Gracilaria verrucosa ซึ่งจัดเป็นสาหร่ายวุ้นที่สำคัญชนิดหนึ่งที่บริเวณสถานีวิจัยวิทยาศาสตร์ทางทะเลและศูนย์ฝึกนิสิต เกาะสีชัง โดยวิธีเลี้ยงสามแบบ คือ การเลี้ยงในถังไฟเบอร์กลาส การเลี้ยงแบบแขวนลอยโดยปักหลักอยู่กับที่และการเลี้ยงแบบแขวนลอยโดยการผูกติดกับทุ่น แปลงที่ทดลองเลี้ยงมีทั้งหมด 2แปลง การเลี้ยงสาหร่ายชนิดนี้สามารถทำได้เพียงในระยะเวลาสั้น ๆ และไม่ได้ผลเท่าที่ควรเนื่องจากมีปัญหาเรื่องคลื่นลมแรง ปริมาณน้ำจืดที่ไหลลงสู่บริเวณแปลงเพาะเลี้ยงและการกัดกินสาหร่ายของหอยเม่น ปัญหาที่สำคัญอีกประการหนึ่งคือปริมาณและความแข็งแรงของสาหร่ายที่จะนำมาเลี้ยง	en
dc.description.abstractalternative	Three methods of cultivation of red algae, Gracilaria verrucosa, which is one of the important agarophytes, were demonstrated at Si Chang Marine Research and Training Station, Chonburi Province. Net cultivation methods with fixed positions and with floats were employed. A semi-closed culture system in fiberglass tank was also used. Two selected sites were chosen. The cultured only lasted a short period and with unsuccessful results. Major constraints of the cultures are strong wave actions, freshwater-runoff, grazing intensity from sea urchins and the unhealth seedlings.	en
