dc.description.abstract	การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาคุณภาพชีวิตและปัจจัยที่เกี่ยวข้องกับคุณภาพชีวิตของเด็กที่มีความบกพร่องทางสติปัญญา วิธีการศึกษา เป็นการวิจัยเชิงพรรณนา ณ ช่วงเวลาใดเวลาหนึ่ง โดยศึกษาในเด็กที่มีความบกพร่องทางสติปัญญา ช่วงอายุ 2 – 18 ปีบริบูรณ์ ที่มารับการรักษาที่แผนกผู้ป่วยนอก ณ สถาบันราชานุกูล กทม. โดยใช้การสอบถามจากผู้ปกครองของเด็ก จำนวน 424 คน ทำการศึกษาระหว่างเดือนพฤษภาคม 2562 โดยใช้แบบสอบถามข้อมูลทั่วไป และใช้แบบสอบถามคุณภาพชีวิตเด็ก รุ่นที่ 4.0 (PedsQLTM 4.0) ฉบับรายงานของผู้ปกครอง (Parent Proxy-Report) พัฒนาและแปลเป็นฉบับภาษาไทยโดย Dr.James W Varni และทีมงาน เพื่อประเมินคุณภาพชีวิตของเด็กที่มีความบกพร่องทางสติปัญญา 4 ด้าน คือ ด้านร่างกาย อารมณ์ สังคม และโรงเรียน วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วย สถิติเชิงพรรณนา ค่าสถิติที่ใช้ ได้แก่ ร้อยละ ความถี่ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และสถิติเชิงอนุมาน วิเคราะห์ t-test, One-way ANOVA ผลการวิจัยพบว่าเด็กที่มีความบกพร่องทางสติปัญญาส่วนใหญ่มีคุณภาพชีวิตอยู่ในระดับต่ำ และเมื่อวิเคราะห์ปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์กับคุณภาพชีวิต พบว่า เด็กที่มีอายุน้อยกว่า 4 ปี ศึกษาอยู่ในระดับชั้นอนุบาล มีระดับความรุนแรงของความบกพร่องทางสติปัญญามาก และได้รับการวินิจฉัยว่ามีความบกพร่องทางสติปัญญามามากกว่า 5 ปี มีคุณภาพชีวิตที่อยู่ในระดับต่ำ และพบว่าเศรษฐานะและการมีความขัดแย้งภายในครอบครัว มีความสัมพันธ์กับคุณภาพชีวิตอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ โดยผลการศึกษาเหล่านี้จะเป็นประโยชน์สำหรับบุคลากรทางการแพทย์ ในการวางแผนการรักษา ให้คำแนะนำแก่ผู้ปกครองหรือครู และดูแลผู้ป่วยแบบองค์รวม เพื่อให้เกิดผลสูงสุดในการรักษา ส่วนปัจจัยต่าง ๆ ที่พบว่าสัมพันธ์กับคุณภาพชีวิตนั้น ควรได้รับการดูแลช่วยเหลือและเอาใจใส่เป็นพิเศษเพื่อช่วยให้เด็กที่มีความบกพร่องทางสติปัญญามีคุณภาพชีวิตที่ดีมากยิ่งขึ้น	-
dc.description.abstractalternative	The purpose of this research was to study the quality of life and factors related to quality of life of children with intellectual disability. This study is a cross-sectional descriptive study. Data was collected by using The Pediatric Quality of Life Inventory 4.0 (PedsQLTM 4.0) for parent proxy-report. The samples were, 424 parents of children with intellectual disability, aged between 2-18 years old, who attended the outpatient department at Rajanukul Institute, Bangkok, in May 2019. Children were divided into 4 age ranges: 2-4 years, 5-7 years, 8-12 years and 13-18 years, 106 people each group for assessing 4 aspects of qualities of life (Physical, Emotion, Social and School). Statistical tests used are percentage, standard deviation, and in-depth statistics, analysis of One-way ANOVA, assumes t-test. The results found that percentage of children with intellectual disability were low in all age groups. The child factors related to low quality of life were lower age, more severe level of intellectual disability, longer time from diagnosis of intellectual disability and kindergarten students. The child factors related to low quality of life were family conflict and high family income. It is important to improve quality of life of these group of children by helping and changing to improve child and family factors.	-
