| dc.description.abstract | การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาการนำเสนอเนื้อหา เรื่องโรคไข้หวัดใหญ่สายพันธุ์ใหม่ (H1N1) 2009 ของหนังสือพิมพ์ไทยและการสื่อสารของกรมควบคุมโรค กระทรวงสาธารณสุข เพื่อสร้างความเข้าใจกับสาธารณชนเรื่องโรคไข้หวัดใหญ่สายพันธุ์ใหม่ (H1N1) 2009 โดยใช้การวิจัยแบบผสมผสาน ด้วยการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหาข่าวสารเกี่ยวกับโรคไข้หวัดใหญ่สายพันธุ์ใหม่ (H1N1) 2009 จากหนังสือพิมพ์รายวันภาษาไทยที่ได้รับความนิยมสูงสุด 2 อันดับแรก ในช่วงเดือนเมษายน 2552 ถึงเดือนมกราคม 2553 จำนวน 392 ฉบับ ประกอบกับการการสัมภาษณ์ เชิงลึก เกี่ยวกับการสื่อสารเพื่อสร้างความเข้าใจกับสาธารณชน เรื่องไข้หวัดใหญ่สายพันธุ์ใหม่ (H1N1) 2009 ของเจ้าหน้าที่กรมควบคุมโรค กระทรวงสาธารณสุข จำนวน 4 คน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ประเด็นของเนื้อหาที่หนังสือพิมพ์นำเสนอมากที่สุด คือ มาตรการการแก้ไขป้องกันเรื่องโรคไข้หวัดใหญ่สายพันธุ์ใหม่ (H1N1) 2009 โดยมีการนำเสนอเนื้อหาในรูปแบบของข่าว มากที่สุด และนำเสนอข่าวเกี่ยวกับโรคไข้หวัดใหญ่สายพันธุ์ใหม่ (H1N1) 2009 มากที่สุดในเดือนกรกฎาคม 2552 โดยมีแหล่งข่าวที่ถูกอ้างถึงมากที่สุด คือ กรมควบคุมโรค กระทรวงสาธารณสุข ในส่วนของการสื่อสารเพื่อสร้างความเข้าใจกับสาธารณชนของ กรมควบคุมโรค กระทรวงสาธารณสุข พบว่า สถานการณ์การระบาดของโรคแบ่งเป็น 4 ช่วงคือ การสื่อสารในภาวะวิกฤต โดยการจัดตั้งศูนย์ปฏิบัติการเพื่อสื่อสารสร้างความเข้าใจกับประชาชน การป้องกันการตื่นตระหนกโดยการแถลงข่าว จัดทำข่าวแจกสำหรับสื่อมวลชน มีการประชาสัมพันธ์ให้ข้อมูลความรู้ด้านการรักษาผู้ป่วยหรือให้ผู้ป่วยดูแลตัวเองที่บ้าน และงดการแถลงข่าว กับการขยายศูนย์ปฏิบัติการลงสู่ระดับภูมิภาค มีการสื่อสารรณรงค์เพื่อปรับเปลี่ยนพฤติกรรมของประชาชนโดยใช้สื่อเฉพาะกิจ ในประเด็นการสวมใส่หน้ากากอนามัยและประเด็นให้คนเข้ารับการฉีดวัคซีน | en_US |
| dc.description.abstractalternative | The purpose of this research is to study the 2009 flu (H1N1) published in the Thai daily newspaper, and communication technique to promote public understanding of the 2009 flu (H1N1), led by Department of Disease Control, Ministry of Public Health. By using mixed method research, content analysis was conducted from 392 issues of two leading Thai daily newspaper, during April, 2009 to January, 2010. In-depth interview used to collect data from government official of Department of Disease Control, Ministry of Public Health. The results of this study show that prevention tools about the 2009 flu (H1N1) is the major agenda. The information is presented mostly in the form of news reports, mainly in July, 2009. Department of Disease Control, Ministry of Public Health is the major source of news. The communication to promote public understanding of the 2009 flu (H1N1) can be summarized into 4 periods; the crisis communication run by operation center the panic prevention to inform public on press conference and press releases; the public relations for self care; the suspension of the press conference and the expanding of operation centers into the region; the communication campaign to change people's behavior by specialized media in wearing sanitation masks and geting vaccinated. | en_US |
