| dc.description.abstract | การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนาระบบองค์การเพื่อความเป็นเลิศของโรงเรียน สังกัดองค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่น โดยใช้รูปแบบการวิจัยเชิงบรรยาย เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบสอบถามผู้บริหารองค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่น ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา ครู และกรรมการสถานศึกษา วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานและโปรแกรม LISREL version 8.72 นำผลที่ได้มาพัฒนาเป็นระบบองค์การเพื่อพัฒนาความเป็นเลิศของโรงเรียน มีการตรวจสอบความเป็นไปได้ และความสอดคล้องของระบบโดยผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ ผลการวิจัยสรุปได้ว่าระบบองค์การเพื่อความเป็นเลิศของโรงเรียน สังกัดองค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่น มีค่าน้ำหนักตัวแปรสูงสุดจากตัวแปรด้านภาวะผู้นำของผู้บริหาร รองลงมาคือตัวแปรด้านการจัดการเรียนรู้ และสภาพแวดล้อมเพื่อการเรียนรู้ ซึ่งระบบองค์การ ประกอบด้วย 3 ส่วน ดังนี้ 1. ปัจจัยป้อน ได้แก่ ด้านภาวะผู้นำ ประกอบด้วยคุณลักษณะผู้นำ ทักษะการบริหาร ความมีคุณธรรม จริยธรรมและเป็นแบบอย่างที่ดี พฤติกรรมผู้นำ ด้านบุคลากรครูและบุคลากรทางการศึกษา ประกอบด้วยความรู้/ประสบการณ์วิชาชีพ คุณลักษณะครู แรงจูงใจ ระบบบริหารการศึกษาของ อปท. และอาคารสถานที่ 2. กระบวนการแปรรูป ประกอบไปด้วย ความสามารถในการนำนโยบายไปสู่การปฏิบัติ การใช้ทักษะความสามารถด้านการบริหารและการปฏิบัติ การบริหารทรัพยากรบุคคล งบประมาณและดำเนินงานตามระบบบริหารขององค์การ การติดต่อสื่อสาร การบริหารการเปลี่ยนแปลง การดำเนินงานตามระบบบริหารการศึกษาของ อปท. การบริหารเชิงกลยุทธ์ การบูรณาการสาระในหลักสูตรก้าวไปสู่อาเซียน การใช้เทคโนโลยีทางการศึกษา การใช้แหล่งเรียนรู้ การใช้อาคารสถานที่ การใช้แหล่งเรียนรู้ภายในสถานศึกษา การมีส่วนร่วมของชุมชน องค์กรเอกชน องค์กรทางศาสนา สถาบันทางการศึกษาอื่นๆ การมีส่วนร่วมในการระดมทรัพยากร ความร่วมมือของเครือข่ายความร่วมมือของผู้ปกครองและชุมชน 3. ผลผลิต ได้แก่ ความพึงพอใจในการปฏิบัติงานของครู คุณภาพการปฏิบัติงานของครู ความเจริญงอกงามและมีคุณธรรม จริยธรรมของนักเรียน ความสามารถในการคิดเป็น และผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนของนักเรียน | en_US |
| dc.description.abstractalternative | The objective of this study was to develop an organizational system towards excellence of schools under the Local Administration Organizations by using a descriptive research method. Data were gathered from schools administrators , teachers, and school board members through questionnaire. Data were analyzed by using arithematic means , standard deviation, and Lisrel Program Version 8.72. A developed system was valideted through experts judgement. Data showed that an organization system towards excellence of schools under the Local Administration Organizations indicated that the administrative leadership was the most influence factor while the learning activities and learning environment were the laters. The developed system composed of three components as follows. 1. Input : composed of leadership factor which were leadership attribute, leadership skills , ethics, virtue and good model , and leadership behavior , while personnel factor included knowledge and experience, characteristic, and motivation. 2. Process : composed of policy implementation competencies, managerial skills, personnel and budget administration , communication skill, change management , strategic management , curriculum integration towards Asian Community , educational Technology utilization , learning resource utilization, and community participation including resource allocation capacity. 3. Output : composed of personnel satisfaction , teachers performances, personnel growth and virtue , students’ ethic and virtue , student thinking ability , and students’ achievement. | en_US |
