dc.description.abstract	การแปลงเสียงพูดเป็นภาษามือไทยเพื่อคนหูหนวกชาวไทย กรณีศึกษาข่าวอาชญากรรม มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อเสนอการแปลงเสียงพูดหรือเสียงบรรยายเป็นภาษามือไทยโดยใช้วีดิทัศน์ข่าวอาชญากรรมเป็นอินพุตและแสดงลำดับวีดิทัศน์ท่าทางภาษามือไทยเป็นเอาท์พุต มอดูลการทำงานหลักทั้งหมด 3 มอดูล ได้แก่ การแปลงเสียงพูดเป็นข้อความ การตัดคำไทย และการสร้างลำดับท่าทาง โดยใช้วีดิทัศน์ท่าทางจาก พจนานุกรมภาษามือไทยอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ โดยความร่วมมือของสำนักงานคณะกรรมการกิจการกระจายเสียง กิจการโทรทัศน์ และกิจการโทรคมนาคมแห่งชาติและจุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัย โครงงานนี้เป็นต้นแบบของระบบการแปลงเสียงพูดเป็นภาษามือไทยและได้รับความร่วมมือในการประเมินผลจากสมาคมคนหูหนวกแห่งประเทศไทยทั้งในด้านความเป็นประโยชน์ของโครงงานนี้และข้อเสนอแนะเพื่อพัฒนาความเข้าใจของลำดับท่าทางภาษามือไทยต่อไป	en_US
dc.description.abstractalternative	The objective of speech-to-Thai Sign Language Conversion for Thai Deaf: a case study of crime news is to propose speech-to-Thai sign language conversion in crime news by using a crime news video as the input and a sequence of Thai sign gesture videos as the output. There are three main modules: Speech to text, Thai words segmentation, and Gestures sequence construction by using the gesture videos from electronic Thai sign language dictionary on the cooperation of Office of The National Broadcasting and Telecommunications Commission and Chulalongkorn University. This project is a prototype of the speech to Thai-sign-language conversion system and has been cooperated in evaluating results from the National Association of the Deaf in Thailand in terms of the benefits of this project and suggestions for improving the understanding of the order of Thai sign gestures.	en_US
