| Abstract: | การทำประกันชีวิตมีจุดมุ่งหมายเพื่อป้องกันความเสี่ยงที่อาจเกิดขึ้น ซึ่งปัจจุบันแบบประกันชีวิตมีเป็นจำนวนมาก เพื่อให้ตรงตามความต้องการของผู้ทำประกันภัย โดยมีนโยบายต่าง ๆ ที่น่าสนใจ เช่น อัตราผลตอบแทน ความคุ้มครองโรคร้ายแรง ในโครงงานนี้ เราหาอัตราผลตอบแทนภายใน (IRR) และอัตราผลตอบแทนภายในแบบปรับค่าได้ (MIRR) จากประกันชีวิตแบบสะสมทรัพย์ จำนวน 2 กรมธรรม์ด้วยกัน คือ กรมธรรม์ประกันภัยแบบมาย เซฟวิ่งส์ 10/6 (มีเงินปันผล) และกรมธรรม์ประกันภัยแบบสะสมทรัพย์ 25 ปี ชำระเบี้ยประกันภัย 15 ปี (มีเงินปันผล) โดยหาผลตอบแทนใน 3 กรณีได้แก่ 1. ผู้เอาประกันภัยมีชีวิตอยู่จนครบสัญญา 2. ผู้เอาประกันภัยต้องการเวนคืนกรมธรรม์ 3. ผู้เอาประกันภัยเสียชีวิตก่อนครบสัญญา ซึ่งกรณีที่ 1 และ 3 มีการลดหย่อนภาษีมาคำนวณร่วมด้วย |
| Other Abstract: | Life insurance is intended to prevent potential risks. At present, there are many life insurance products to meet the needs of the insurer. With various interesting policies such as return rates, serious disease protection, etc. In this project, we find the internal rate of return (IRR) and the modify internal rate of return (MIRR) from the life insurance as a cumulative amount of 2 policies, namely the My Saving 10/6 insurance policy (with dividends) and 25 year cumulative insurance policy, premium 15 years (with dividend) by finding compensation in 3 cases 1.The insurer lives until the end of the contract, 2. The insurer wants surrender the policy and, 3. The insurer died before the contract expired. In which cases 1 and 3 have tax deductions to calculate together. |
