| Abstract: | การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาการใช้หลักสูตรก่อนประถมศึกษา พุทธจักราช 2540 ในด้านการบริหารหลักสูตรและด้านการดำเนินงานการจัดกิจกรรมตามหลักสูตรของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนและครูประจำชั้นระดับก่อนประถมศึกษา ในโรงเรียนประถมศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานการประถมศึกษากรุงเทพมหานคร ตัวอย่างประชากรที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ ผู้บริหารโรงเรียน จำนวน 68 คน และครูประจำชั้นระดับก่อนประถมศึกษา จำนวน 203 คน รวมทั้งหมด 271 คน ผลการวิจัยสรุปได้ดังนี้ ด้านการบริหารหลักสูตร โรงเรียนส่วนใหญ่ 1) มีการวางแผนการใช้หลักสูตรก่อนประถมศึกษาพุทธศักราช 2540 โดยมีเป้าหมายเพื่อพัฒนาการจัดกิจกรรมให้สอดคล้องเหมาะสมกับวัย ความสนใจ ความต้องการและความแตกต่างระหว่างบุคคลของเด็ก และมีจุดมุ่งหมายเพื่อให้การอบรมเลี้ยงดูและการจัดประสบการณ์ให้แก่เด็กได้พัฒนาไปใน ทิศทางที่ถูกต้อง 2) มีการเตรียมบุคลากรโดยผู้บริหารโรงเรียนได้พิจารณาจัดครูที่มีประสบการณ์เข้าสอน อัตราส่วนครูต่อเด็กเป็น 1 : 21-30 คน และได้ส่งครูเข้ารับการอบรมเกี่ยวกับการใช้หลักสูตรเพื่อนำมาจัดกิจกรรมให้แก่เด็ก มีการเตรียมผู้ปกครองให้มีความรู้ความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับการใช้หลักสูตรด้วยการปฐมนิเทศผู้ปกครอง 3) เอกสารและคู่มือประกอบหลักสูตรที่จัดให้กับครู ได้แก่ หลักสูตรก่อนประถมศึกษา พุทธศักราช 2540 ของกรมวิชาการ และคู่มือหลักสูตรก่อนประถมศึกษา พุทธศักราช 2540 (อายุ 3 - 6 ปี) ของกรมวิชาการ 4) มีการจัดบริการสื่อ เครื่องเล่นและวัสดุอุปกรณ์โดยผู้บริหารโรงเรียนให้ครูประจำชั้นเป็นผู้สำรวจสื่อ เครื่องเล่นและวัสดุอุปกรณ์ประกอบการจัดกิจกรรม แล้วรายงานผลต่อผู้บริหารโรงเรียน และใช้หลักการเลือกสื่อเครื่องเล่นและวัสดุอุปกรณ์ด้วยการพิจารณาความสอดคล้องกับพัฒนาการของเด็ก 5) การจัดอาคารสถานที่และการใช้แหล่งวิทยาการในท้องถิ่น มีการจัดสภาพแวดล้อมที่เอื้อต่อการนำหลักสูตรไปใช้โดยคำนึงถึงบรรยากาศในการเรียนรู้ ความสะอาดความปลอดภัยและความพร้อมของอาคารสถานที่ และมีการนำแหล่งวิทยาการจากภายนอกท้องถิ่นมาใช้ประกอบการจัดกิจกรรม 6) มีการดำเนินการนิเทศและติดตามผล ด้วยการประชุมครูผู้สอนเด็กระดับก่อนประถมศึกษา เพื่อสนทนาซักถามเกี่ยวกับปัญหาต่าง ๆ และ 7) การประชาสัมพันธ์หลักสูตร มีการชี้แจงเกี่ยวกับหลักสูตรให้ผู้ปกครองทราบในเรื่องแนวทางและวิธีการดำเนินการจัดกิจกรรม ด้านการดำเนินงานการจัดกิจกรรมตามหลักสูตร ได้แก่ 1) ผู้บริหารโรงเรียนได้จัดหาเอกสารหลักสูตรมาให้ครูศึกษา แล้วนำไปใช้เป็นแนวทางประกอบการจัดกิจกรรม 2) มีการวางแผนและจัดเตรียมกิจกรรมให้เหมาะสมกับวัยของเด็ก 3) ครูทุกคนจัดกิจกรรมให้สอดคล้องกับตารางกิจกรรมประจำวัน เพื่อพัฒนาเด็กทุกด้าน โดยเฉพาะพัฒนากล้ามเนื้อเล็ก 4 ) มีการเลือกใช้สื่อ เครื่องเล่นและวัสดุอุปกรณ์ประกอบการจัดกิจกรรม ครูใช้สื่อของจริง สื่อธรรมชาติและ 5) มีการประเมินพัฒนาการเด็กโดยใช้วิธีการสังเกตและจดบันทึก |
| Other Abstract: | The purpose of this study is to study the implementation of preschool curriculum B.E.2540 in elementary schools under the Office of Bangkok Primary Education. The research covered the curriculum administration and the implementation of learning activities according to the curriculum. The samples were 271 persons which comprised of 68 administrators and 203 preschool teachers. The results indicated that on the curriculum administration, 1) most of elementary schools planned to develop the activities appropriate to age, interest, need and individual differences of the children. And they nurtured and provided the experiences for developing the children to the right way. 2) For personnel preparation, the administrators considered experienced teachers to teach in the preschool class and the proportion of teacher per children was 1 : 21-30. The classroom teachers were sent to join the curriculum implementation seminars in order of use the knowledge from them to manage activities for children. In addition, the parents were oriented about the knowledge and understanding on curriculum implementation. 3) The preschool curriculum B.E.2540 by the Academic Department and the manual of the preschool curriculum B.E.2540 (the age of 3-6 years) by the Academic Department were provided to the classroom teachers. 4) For media service, the administrators assigned the classroom teachers survey media, play instruments and learning materials for the activities and then report these information to the administrators. For choosing the media, the teachers would consider the appropriation of the age of children. 5) For building management and local academic resources, the surrounding were managed to according of curriculum implementation and regarded to learning atmosphere, cleanliness, safety and building using preparation. In the same time, the teachers used external knowledge resources to join learning for children. 6) For supervising and follow-up, the preschool teachers attended the meeting for conversing about the problems of curriculum implementation. 7) For the public relation of the curriculum, it was informed to the parents about ways and activity management. On the instructional management, 1) the administrators provided the curriculum documentaries to the teachers for using them to plan the activities. 2) There were the appropriate activity planning for the children. 3) All the teachers planned the activities according to the daily activity tables to children developments especially their fine motor. 4) Teacher used real media and natural materials for managing instructional activities. 5) The teachers measured and evaluated the children by observing and note - taking. The encountered problems were: the school lacked of budget in supporting the curriculum implementation; and teachers who graduated in early childhood education. |
