| Abstract: | การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงสำรวจ เพื่อศึกษาความตระหนักในการอนุรักษ์ทรัพยากรทางทะเลของคนประจำเรือลำเลียงสินค้าที่ท่าเรือเกาะสีชัง จังหวัดชลบุรี และศึกษาปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อความตระหนักในการอนุรักษ์ทรัพยากรทางทะเลของคนประจำเรือลำเลียงสินค้า ได้แก่ การรับสื่อข่าวสารด้านการอนุรักษ์ทรัพยากรทางทะเล ความรู้ความเข้าใจต่อการอนุรักษ์ทรัพยากรทางทะเล และทัศนคติต่อการอนุรักษ์ทรัพยากรทางทะเล เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบสอบถามจากผู้ตอบแบบสอบถาม 400 คน สถิติที่ใช้คือสถิติเชิงพรรณนา ได้แก่ การแจกแจงความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ยและส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ใช้สถิติเชิงอนุมานเพื่อทดสอบสมมติฐาน และวิเคราะห์ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อความตระหนักในการอนุรักษ์ทรัพยากรทางทะเลโดยการวิเคราะห์การถดถอยพหุคูณที่ระดับนัยสำคัญที่ 0.05 ผลการศึกษาพบว่า คนประจำเรือลำเลียงสินค้าส่วนใหญ่มีอายุระหว่าง 35-40 ปี ร้อยละ 51 มีประสบการณ์ทำงานระหว่าง 6-15 ปี ร้อยละ 64.75 มีรายได้ 20,001-25,000 บาท ขึ้นไป ร้อยละ 72.75 และคนประจำเรือลำเลียงสินค้าส่วนใหญ่มีภูมิลำเนาอยู่ทางภาคกลางและภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ คนประจำเรือลำเลียงสินค้าส่วนใหญ่ไม่แยกขยะอาหาร(79.20%) และขยะรีไซเคิล(57.30%) ผู้ประกอบการเรือลำเลียงส่วนใหญ่(81.9%)ไม่มีถุงขยะหรือถังขยะสำหรับลูกเรือ พบว่าปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล เช่น อายุ ประสบการณ์ทำงาน สถานภาพรายได้ และภูมิลำเนาไม่ส่งผลต่อความตระหนักในการอนุรักษ์ทรัพยากรทางทะเลของคนประจำเรือลำเลียงสินค้า ทั้งนี้ความตระหนักในการอนุรักษ์ทรัพยากรทางทะเลของคนประจำเรือลำเลียงสินค้ามีความสัมพันธ์เชิงบวกกับปัจจัยด้านความรู้ความเข้าใจต่อการอนุรักษ์ทรัพยากรทางทะเลและปัจจัยด้านทัศนคติต่อการอนุรักษ์ทรัพยากรทางทะเล คนประจำเรือลำเลียงสินค้าในภาพรวมมีความตระหนักในการอนุรักษ์ทรัพยากรทางทะเลในระดับมาก มีความรู้ความเข้าใจต่อการอนุรักษ์ทรัพยากรทางทะเลในระดับมาก และมีทัศนคติต่อการอนุรักษ์ทรัพยากรทางทะเลในระดับมาก ซึ่งคนประจำเรือลำเลียงสินค้าทราบถึงคุณค่าที่ควรอนุรักษ์ไว้ของทรัพยากรทางทะเล สามารถประเมินได้ว่าการกระทำใดเป็นการทำลายทรัพยากรทางทะเล และการกระทำใดเป็นตัวช่วยในการอนุรักษ์ทรัพยากรทางทะเล แต่เนื่องจากมีข้อจำกัดของพื้นที่ที่อยู่อาศัยบนเรือลำเลียงสินค้าและวิถีชีวิตบนเรือลำเลียงสินค้าจึงทำให้ไม่มีทางเลือกที่มากพอในการจัดการขยะและน้ำเสียต่างๆ |
| Other Abstract: | This research is survey research to study the awareness of marine resource conservation among barges crewmen at Koh Sichang Port, Chonburi Province. Factors affecting the awareness of marine resource conservation such as media exposure, knowledge, understanding, and attitudes on the awareness of marine resource conservation were collected by using questionnaires from 400 respondents. The statistics used were descriptive statistics which were the frequency distribution, percentage, mean and standard deviation. Inferential statistics were used to test the hypotheses and analyse the relationship between factors affecting the awareness of marine resource conservation by multiple regression analysis at the significant level of 0.05. The study results revealed that most of the barges crewmen were between 35-40 years of age (51%), with work experience between 6-15 years (64.75%) and income range from 20,000 to over 25,000 baht (72.75%). Most of the barges crewmen were domiciled in the central and north-eastern parts of the country. The majority of the barges crewmen neither separate their food wastes (79.20%) nor recyclable wastes (57.30%). Most of the barge owners (81.9%) did not provide either trash bags or bins for the barges crewmen. It was found that personal factors, such as age, work experience, income status, and domicile had no effects on the marine resource conservation awareness of the crewmen. The awareness of marine resource conservation among the barges crewmen was positively correlated with knowledge and understanding of marine resource conservation, as well as their attitude towards marine resource conservation. Overall, the barges crewmen were aware of marine resource conservation at a high level; and recognized the values of the marine resources that should be conserved. However, due to the limitations of the living space as well as ways of living on the barges, there were not many options for the crewmen to manage their garbage and wastewaters. |
