dc.description.abstract	การวิจัยเรื่องปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อภาวะโภชนาการในผู้สูงอายุ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อภาวะโภชนาการของผู้สูงอายุ ศึกษาภาวะโภชนาการของผู้สูงอายุเพื่อทราบถึงวิถีชีวิตของผู้สูงอายุในการดูแลสุขภาพ และเพื่อเป็นแนวทางในการป้องกันและส่งเสริมสุขภาพของผู้สูงอายุ แนวคิดและทฤษฎีที่นำมาใช้ในการศึกษาคือ แนวคิดเรื่องการขัดเกลาทางสังคม ทฤษฎีเกี่ยวกับผู้สูงอายุ ซึ่งประกอบด้วยทฤษฎีทางด้านชีวภาพ ทฤษฎีทางด้านจิตวิทยา และทฤษฎีทางด้านสังคมวิทยา ระเบียบวิธีวิจัยที่ใช้ในการศึกษาครั้งนี้คือระเบียบวิธีวิจัยสนามทางมานุษยวิทยา เช่น การสังเกตอย่างมีส่วนร่วม การสัมภาษณ์ผู้ให้ข่าวสำคัญ การสำรวจสิ่งแวดล้อม การสำรวจประชากร และการสัมภาษณ์เจาะลึก ผลการพิสูจน์สมมติฐานพบว่ามีสมมติฐานที่ได้รับการยอมรับจำนวน 5 ข้อ คือ 1. ผู้สูงอายุเพศหญิงมีภาวะโภชนาการที่ดีกว่าผู้สูงอายุเพศชาย 2. ผู้สูงอายุที่อาศัยอยู่ในครอบครัวที่อบอุ่นมีภาวะโภชนาการที่ดีกว่าผู้สูงอายุที่อาศัยอยู่ในครอบครัวที่ไม่อบอุ่น 3. ผู้สูงอายุที่มีรายได้สูงมีภาวะโภชนาการที่ดีกว่าผู้สูงอายุที่มีรายได้ต่ำ 4. ผู้สูงอายุที่มีสุขภาพแข็งแรงย่อมมีภาวะโภชนาการที่ดีกว่าผู้สูงอายุที่สุขภาพไม่แข็งแรง 5. ผู้สูงอายุที่อยู่ในสิ่งแวดล้อมที่ดีย่อมมีภาวะโภชนาการที่ดีกว่าผู้สูงอายุที่อยู่ในสิ่งแวดล้อมที่ไม่ดี และมีสมมติฐานที่ได้รับการปฏิเสธจำนวน 1 ข้อ คือ ผู้สูงอายุที่ได้รับการศึกษามีภาวะโภชนาการที่ดีกว่าผู้สูงอายุที่ไม่ได้รับการศึกษา จึงสรุปได้ว่าปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อภาวะโภชนาการในผู้สูงอายุ มี 5 ประการได้แก่ เพศ ครอบครัว รายได้ สุขภาพ และสิ่งแวดล้อม นอกจากนี้งานวิจัยเรื่องนี้ได้ให้ข้อเสนอแนะทั้งในเชิงวิชาการและการนำไปปฏิบัติด้วย	en
dc.description.abstractalternative	The objectives of this research were to study the factors affecting the nutrition of the elderly, the nutritional state of the elderly, the life style of the elderly in looking after their health and to prevent and promote the elderly in taking care of their health. This research used the concept of socialization and the biological, psychological, and sociological theories of aging. This study employed the anthropological fieldwork as the research methodology such as participant observation, key-informant interviews, ecological mapping, field censuses and in-depth interviews. The findings of this research have demonstrated that five hypotheses were accepted as follows : 1. Females have better nutrition than males. 2. The elderly who live in warm families have better nutrition than the elderly who live in cold families. 3. The elderly with high income have better nutrition than the elderly with low income. 4. The healthy elderly have better nutrition than unhealthy elderly. 5. The elderly who live in a good environment have better nutrition than the elderly who live in a bad environment. However, one hypothesis was rejected as a result of this research which was the educated elderly have better nutrition than the uneducated elderly. In conclusion, factors affecting the elderly's nutrition are sex, family, income, health and environment. The thesis was then concluded with some practical and academic recommendations.	en
