| dc.description.abstract | วัตถุประสงค์ของการวิจัยนี้ คือการออกแบบและพัฒนาระบบสารลนเทศเพื่อการบริการตรวจรักษาทางรังสีรักษา การวิจัยนี้ใช้ข้อมูลของแผนกรังสีรักษา โรงพยาบาลพระมงกุฎเกล้า เป็นกรณีศึกษา ผู้วิจัยได้ศึกษาขั้นตอนการทำงานของแผนกรังสีรักษา การวิเคราะห์ความต้องการของผู้ใช้ เพื่อทำการออกแบบและพัฒนาระบบโดยใช้ภาษาวิชวลเบสิก 6.0 บนฐานข้อมูลไมโครซอฟท์เอสคิวแอลเซิร์ฟเวอร์ 2000 เป็นโปรแกรมประยุกต์ที่มีระบบการทำงานแบบผู้ให้บริการ และ ผู้ใช้บริการ ระบบสารสนเทศนี้สามารถสนับสนุนการทำงานประจำวัน ของบุคลากรทางรังสีรักษาได้ เช่น บันทึกการลงทะเบียนผู้ป่วยใหม่ บันทึกการลงทะเบียนผู้ป่วยประจำวัน บันทึกข้อมูลประวัติโรค บันทึกข้อมูลการตรวจวิเคราะห์โรค บันทึกข้อมูลวางแผนรักษา บันทึกการนัดหมาย บันทึกการจำหน่ายผู้ป่วย คำนวณและบันทึกข้อมูลค่ารักษา การพิมพ์รายงานและการปรับปรุงข้อมูลพื้นฐานทางรังสีรักษา โดยเฉพาะอย่างยิ่งระบบที่พัฒนาขึ้นยังสามารถสนับสนุนการทำงานของนักฟิสิกส์ การแพทย์ในส่วนของการคำนวณปริมาณรังสีสำหรับผู้ป่วยทั้งการฉายรังสีภายนอกและการให้รังสีภายใน รวมทั้งสามารถบันทึกข้อมูลการรักษาทางรังสีรักษาสำหรับห้องโคบอลต์ห้องลิแน็คและห้องซีเซียม จากการทดสอบพบว่าระบบสารสนเทศเพื่อการบริการตรวจรักษาทางรังสีรักษาระบบสามารถคำนวณปริมาณรังสีได้อย่างถูกต้อง ทำให้ผู้ป่วยได้รับการรักษาอย่างรวดเร็วและถูกต้อง การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นประโยชน์อย่างยิ่งต่อหน่วยงานรังสีรักษา โดยระบบสารลนเทศสามารถช่วยอำนวยความสะดวกแก่ผู้ใช้งาน ลดเวลาในการค้นหาข้อมูล การปรับปรุงข้อมูล และการจัดทำรายงานได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ รวมทั้งข้อมูลที่จัดเก็บไว้ยังสามารถนำมาใช้ประกอบการตัดสินใจในการบริหารงานสำหรับผู้บริหารหน่วยงานรังสีรักษา | - |
| dc.description.abstract | การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา วิเคราะห์ ออกแบบ และพัฒนาระบบสารสนเทศเพื่อช่วยการวางแผนการผลิตในอุตสาหกรรมการผลิต ผลิตภัณฑ์เมลามีน โดยใช้เทคโนโลยีเว็บ ผู้วิจัยได้ทำการศึกษาระบบการทำงาน และ ขั้นตอนการวางแผนการผลิตในอุตสาหกรรมการผลิตผลิตภัณฑ์เมลามีน โดยการรวบรวมข้อมูล นำเอาทฤษฎีการวางแผนการผลิต และความรู้ในการพัฒนาระบบงานคอมพิวเตอร์เข้ามาใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ ออกแบบ พัฒนาเป็นระบบงานสารสนเทศเพื่อช่วยวางแผนการผลิตในอุตสาหกรรมการผลิต ผลิตภัณฑ์เมลามีน โดยใช้เครื่องไมโครคอมพิวเตอร์เป็นแบบจำลองในการพัฒนาระบบ ซึ่งได้พัฒนาระบบด้วย ASP.NET โดยใช้ภาษา VB.NET ภายใต้เครื่องมือในการพัฒนาระบบ คือ Microsoft Visual Studio.NET 2003 ใช้ระบบการจัดการฐานข้อมูลเชิงสัมพันธ์ของ Microsoft SQL Server 2000 ในการจัดการฐานข้อมูล ใช้โปรแกรม Crystal Report 9.2 เป็นเครื่องมือในการสร้างรายงานสำหรับระบบ เครื่องมือทั้งหมดที่ใช้พัฒนาอยู่บนพื้นฐานของระบบปฏิบัติการ Microsoft Windows XP ระบบที่พัฒนาขึ้นเป็นระบบการให้บริการ และรับบริการ โดยคุณลักษณะของระบบสารสนเทศที่ได้มีความสามารถดังนี้ คือ ส่วนการจัดการข้อมูลของผู้ดูแลระบบ ได้แก่ บันทึกข้อมูลสินค้าและวัสดุคงคลังบันทึกข้อมูลการรับ-จ่ายวัสดุ ส่วนจัดการโครงสร้างผลิตภัณฑ์และขั้นตอนการผลิต ได้แก่ บันทึกข้อมูล โครงสร้างผลิตภัณฑ์ และขั้นตอนการผลิต ส่วนจัดการข้อมูลหน่วยการผลิต ได้แก่ บันทึกข้อมูลเครื่องจักร บันทึกข้อมูลการซ่อมบำรุงเครื่องจักร รายการประมวลผลการจัดลำดับประสิทธิภาพเครื่องจักร ส่วนวางแผนการผลิต ได้แก่ รายการประมวลผลความต้องการวัสดุ รายการประมวลผลความต้องการกำลังการผลิตรายการจัดแผนการเดินเครื่องจักร และรายงานสนับสนุนการบริหารและการจัดการ ผลการพัฒนาและทดสอบด้วยการทดลองใช้งานจริง โดยการติดตั้งระบบบนเครื่องคอมพิวเตอร์แม่ข่าย และทดสอบการใช้งานโปรแกรมผ่านเครื่องคอมพิวเตอร์ลูกข่ายที่เชื่อมต่อกันอยู่บนระบบเครือข่ายคอมพิวเตอร์ ผลการทดสอบพบว่าสามารถใช้งานโปรแกรมได้ดี สามารถทำงานได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ โปรแกรมสามารถปฏิบัติงานได้อย่างถูกต้อง งานวิจัยครั้งนี้จะเป็นประโยชน์ และ เป็นแนวทางในการพัฒนาระบบสารสนเทศเพื่อช่วยในการวางแผนการผลิตสำหรับภาคอุตสาหกรรมการผลิตในโรงงานอุตสาหกรรม ต่อไป | - |
| dc.description.abstractalternative | The objective of this research is to analyze, design, and develop the information system for radiotherapy service. The research information had been gathered from Department of Radiotherapy at Phramongkutklao Hospital, as a case study. Operations with the department and user requirements analysis had been involved and investigated in the beginning process of design and development of an information system for radiotherapy service. The design and development had been developed by using Microsoft SQL Visual Basic 6.0. It is a two Tier Client/server application that works on top of Microsoft SQL Server 2000 to store operational data. The proposed radiotherapy service information system characteristics consist of patient record, radiotherapy investigation, treatment planning, appointment, patient discharge, dose cost calculation, executive reports, and normal information input. It supports medical physicist jobs, not only external irradiated but also internal irradiated. เท additional, it could record statistics from Cobalt 60, Linear accelerator, and Cesium 137. After the implementation and testing, it was found that information system for radiotherapy service empowers the operation in Department of Radiotherapy, and also fulfils the need of users and executive requirements. Finally, it can be concluded that this study stations a number of benefits for radiotherapy service department. The system makes users get more convenient, and efficiently minimize times spent on searching, updating, and reporting. It also provides information to assist the executive officers in a decision making process. | - |
| dc.description.abstractalternative | This research was targeted to study, analyze, design, and develop an information system for production planning in Melamine ware industry by web technology. The researcher designed and developed the information system for production planning in Melamine ware by studying the working process of the production planning and control. The data was gathered from the theory of the production planning and computer theory analyzed to the information system for the production planning. The instruments used in this study were Clients /Server used ASP.NET by VB.NET, Microsoft SQL Server 2000 as the database management system and Crystal Report 9.2 as the report application. Those instruments were operated by Microsoft Windows XP. The characteristics of the information system are the Administration system, Item, Bom, Route, Work center, Machine, Machine maintenance, Machine efficiency, Sales order, Production planning, Material requirements process, Capacity planning management, Machine scheduling, Production orders and Management reports. The results found that the system for production planning in Melamine ware industry by web technology was usable, efficient and accurate. This research is beneficial to the production planning of the manufactories and it is also a case study for the manufactory industry to develop their production planning. | - |
