| dc.description.abstract | การวิจัยครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความคิดเห็นของครูหัวหน้าหมวดคอมพิวเตอร์ ครูคอมพิวเตอร์ นักเรียนวิชาคอมพิวเตอร์ และผู้บริหารโรงเรียนเกี่ยวกับคุณลักษณะที่พึงประสงค์ของครูคอมพิวเตอร์ พฤติกรรมการสอนของครูคอมพิวเตอร์ และหนังสือเรียนวิชาคอมพิวเตอร์ เพื่อสังเกตพฤติกรรมการสอนของครูคอมพิวเตอร์ เพื่อสำรวจห้องเรียนคอมพิวเตอร์และเพื่อนำเสนอแนวทางการพัฒนาการสอนวิชาคอมพิวเตอร์ในโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา สังกัดกรมสามัญศึกษา กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ ครูหัวหน้าหมวดคอมพิวเตอร์ จำนวน 38 คน ครูคอมพิวเตอร์ จำนวน 136 คน นักเรียนวิชาคอมพิวเตอร์ จำนวน 4,821 คน ผู้บริหารโรงเรียน จำนวน 36 คน ห้องเรียนคอมพิวเตอร์ในโรงเรียน 38 แห่ง และผู้เชี่ยวชาญด้านการสอนวิชาคอมพิวเตอร์ จำนวน 27 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบสอบถาม จำนวน 6 ชุด และแบบสังเกตพฤติกรรมการสอน ผู้วิจัยใช้เทคนิคเดลฟาย จำนวน 3 รอบ ในการศึกษาความคิดเห็นของผู้เชี่ยวชาญ การรวบรวมข้อมูลทำในปีการศึกษา 2538 และ 2539 วิธีการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลใข้การแจกแจงความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน มัธยฐาน และพิสัยระหว่างควอไทล์ ผลการวิจัยสุรปได้ว่า 1. คุณลักษณะของครูคอมพิวเตอร์ในโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา ที่กลุ่มตัวอย่างทุกกลุ่มเห็นสอดคล้องกันมากที่สุด ได้แก่ ความซื่อสัตย์สุจริต ครูเดินดูการฝึกปฏิบัติของนักเรียน และช่วยแก้ปัญหาทุกครั้ง จากการสังเกตพบว่า ครูมีพฤติกรรมด้านการใช้สื่อการเรียนการสอนมากที่สุด โรงเรียนส่วนใหญ่มีห้องเรียนคอมพิวเตอร์ 1 ห้อง โดยมีเครื่องคอมพิวเตอร์ 21-30 เครื่อง นักเรียนใช้ 2 คน ต่อ 1 เครื่อง หนังสือเรียนที่เนื้อหามีความยากง่ายเหมาะสมกับนักเรียนระดับมัธยมศึกษาตอนต้นมากที่สุด คือ "หนังสือความรู้เบื้องต้นเกี่ยวกับคอมพิวเตอร์" และ "หนังสือการจัดการฐานข้อมูลเบื้องต้น" มีเนื้อหายากง่ายเหมาะสมกับนักเรียนระดับมัธยมศึกษาตอนปลายมากที่สุด และเหมาะสมกับแผนพัฒนาเศรษฐกิจ และสังคมแห่งชาติฉบับที่ 8 และสังคมสารสนเทศมากที่สุด 2. แนวทางการพัฒนาการสอนวิชาคอมพิวเตอร์ คือ 1) กำหนดจุดเน้นและรายวิชาเรียนของแต่ละระดับ เน้นเนื้อหาภาคปฏิบัติ 2) ให้อิสระแก่โรงเรียนในเรื่องงบประมาณ การจัดหาครูผู้สอนด้วยวิธีพิเศษ 3) จัดการฝึกอบรม ศึกษาต่อ ให้ความรู้อย่างไม่เป็นทางการ และศึกษาดูงานครูต้องเตรียมการสอน ทำแผนการสอน ศึกษาความรู้ใหม่ ๆ อ่านตำรา วารสาร ประเมินการสอนของตนเอง แลกเปลี่ยนความรู้ เขียนบทความ สร้างสรรค์ผลงาน 4) แต่ละโรงเรียนให้มีห้องเรียนคอมพิวเตอร์ 1-3 ห้อง นักเรียน 30 คน ต่อห้อง มีเครื่องสำรอง 1-3 เครื่อง และให้นักเรียน 1 คน ใช้คอมพิวเตอร์ 1 เครื่อง 5) ปรับปรุงหนังสือทั้ง 8 เล่ม ให้เนื้อหาเมหาเหมาะสมกับระดับชั้นแผนพัฒนาเศรษฐกิจและสังคมแห่งชาติฉบับที่ 8 และสังคมสารสนเทศ | en |
| dc.description.abstractalternative | The purposes of this research were to study the opinions of computer department heads, computer teachers, computer students and administrators regarding desirable characteristics and teaching behaviors of computer teachers and computer textbooks; to observe teaching behaviors; to survey computer classrooms; and to propose guidelines for he development of computer teaching in secondary schools under the jurisdiction of the department of General Education. The samples in the study were 38 computer department heads, 136 computer teachers, 4,821 computer students, 36 administrators, computer classrooms in 38 schools and 27 computer teaching experts. The instruments used were 6 questionnaires and an observation form. Delphi technique was used to obtain expert opinions. Data were collected during the academic year of 1995 and 1996. Data were analyzed by computing frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, median and interquatile range. The results indicated that: 1. The desirable characteristic of computerteachers based on the most congruence opinions was honesty. Computer teachers regularly walked around to observe students during practice and helped them solve the problems. Teaching behavior mostly found was media utilization. Most of the schools had one computer classroom equipped with 21-30 stand alone workstations with hard disk. The ratio of computer per students was 1:2. The mostly used textbook with appropriate difficulty level for lower secondary students was "Computer Fundamental Knowledge". The "Basic Database Management" was the most appropriate textbook for upper secondary students, the National Economics and Social Development Plan 8, and the Information Technology Society. 2. The proposed guidelines for the development of computer teaching were: 1) specify focus point and subject for each and emphasize;2) give authority for each school to earn their budget and to recuit teacher by specific method; 3) each school should provide training, advance study, informal education and educational tour; each teacher should prepare teaching and lesson plan, study new knowledge, read textbooks and journals, evaluate teaching, exchange knowledge, write article and create computer works; 4) each school should have 1-3 computer classrooms with 39 students per classroom, equip with 1-3 reserve workstations, and assign one student to one workstation ; 5) revise all eight textbooks appropriate for each student level, the National Economics and Social Development Plan 8 and the Information Technology Society. | en |
