| Abstract: | การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาและเปรียบเทียบ การใช้อำนาจของผู้บริหารตาม การรับรู้ของผู้บริหาร ผู้ช่วยผู้บริหารและอาจารย์ในโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา สังกัดกรมสามัญ ศึกษา เขตการศึกษา 12 กลุ่มตัวอย่างในการวิจัยที่ตอบแบบสอบถาม ได้แก่ ผู้บริหารจำนวน 123 คน ผู้ช่วยผู้บริหารจำนวน 248 คน อาจารย์จำนวน 367 คน แบบสอบถามในการวิจัยครั้ง นี้สร้างขึ้นโดยอาศัยแนวคิดเกี่ยวกับแหล่งอำนาจ 5 แหล่ง ของ French และ Raven ได้แก่ อำนาจการให้คุณ อำนาจการให้โทษ อำนาจอันชอบธรรม อำนาจอ้างอิง และอำนาจความเป็น ผู้เชี่ยวชาญ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า การใช้อำนาจของผู้บริหารตามการรับรู้ของผู้บริหารระดับมากที่สุด คือ อำนาจการให้คุณ ระดับมาก คือ อำนาจความเป็นผู้เชี่ยวชาญ อำนาจอ้างอิง และอำนาจ อันชอบธรรม ระดับน้อย คือ อำนาจการให้โทษ การใช้อำนาจของผู้บริหารตามการรับของ ผู้ช่วยผู้บริหารระดับมาก คือ อำนาจการให้คุณ อำนาจความเป็นผู้เชี่ยวชาญ อำนาจอ้างอิง และอำนาจอันชอบธรรม ระดับน้อย คือ อำนาจการให้โทษ การใช้อำนาจของผู้บริหารตาม การรับรู้ของอาจารย์ระดับมาก คือ อำนาจการให้คุณ อำนาจความเป็นผู้เชี่ยวชาญ อำนาจ อันชอบธรรม และอำนาจอ้างอิง ระดับน้อย คือ อำนาจการให้โทษ เมื่อเปรียบเทียบการใช้อำนาจของผู้บริหารตามการรับรู้ของผู้บริหาร ผู้ช่วยผู้บริหาร และอาจารย์ พบว่า แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 ในทุกประเภทของอำนาจ |
| Other Abstract: | The purpose of this research was to study and compare exercising power of administrators as perceived by administrators, assistant administrators and teachers in secondary schools under the Department of General Education, Educational region twelve. The study sample consisted of 123 administrators, 248 assistant administrators, and 367 teachers who answered the questionnaire. The questionnaire form used in this research was constructed into 5 aspects according to French and Raven’s sources of power, namely: reward power, coercive power, legitimate power, referent power, and expert power. The results of the study indicated that exercising power of administrators as perceived by administrators at the highest level is reward power, the high level are expert power, referent power, and legitimate power, and the low level is coercive power. The exercising power of administrators as perceived by assistant administrators at the high level are reward power, expert power, referent power, and legitimate power, and the low level is coercive power. The exercising power of administrators as perceived by teachers at the high level are reward power, expert power, legitimate power and referent power, and the low level is coercive power. When the perception of administrators, assistant administrators and teachers were compared regarding the 5 sources of power mentioned above, it was found that there were statistically significant difference at .05 level. |
