| Abstract: | การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาถึงภาพลักษณ์ของนักการเมืองสตรี ทิศทางในการเสนอข่าวเกี่ยวกับนักการเมืองสตรีของหนังสือพิมพ์ ปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อการคัดเลือกข่าวของหนังสือพิมพ์ ตลอดจนเพื่อทราบถึงบทบาทของหนังสือพิมพ์ในการพัฒนาบทบาทหน้าที่ของนักการเมืองสตรี โดยใช้การวิเคราะห์เนื้อหาเกี่ยวกับนักการเมืองสตรีที่ถูกนำเสนอในหนังสือพิมพ์ปี พ.ศ.2542 โดยศึกษาจากหนังสือพิมพ์จำนวน 6 ฉบับแบ่งเป็นหนังสือพิมพ์รายวัน 3 ฉบับคือ ไทยรัฐ เดลินิวส์ มติชน และหนังสือพิมพ์รายสัปดาห์ 3 ฉบับคือ สยามรัฐสัปดาห์วิจารณ์ ฐานสัปดาห์วิจารณ์ และเนชั่นสุดสัปดาห์และการใช้การสัมภาษณ์เจาะลึก (In-depth interview) นักหนังสือพิมพ์ทั้ง6 ฉบับ ฉบับละ 3 คน ซึ่งสรุปผลการวิจัยออกเป็น 2 ส่วน ผลการวิจัยจากการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหาข่าวเกี่ยวกับนักการเมืองสตรีถูกนำเสนอในรูปแบบของข่าวย่อยมากที่สุด ประเภทของข่าวที่นำเสนอเป็นข่าวการเมืองการปกครองมากที่สุด รองลงมาคือ ข่าวเด็กและสตรี โดยที่มีการนำเสนอบทบาทและฐานะของนักการเมืองสตรีใน 5 บทบาทคือ รัฐมนตรี/สมาชิกสภาผู้แทนราษฎร, แม่/ลูก/ภรรยา,ผู้นำ/แกนนำทางการเมือง, สมาชิกคณะกรรมาธิการสามัญสภาผู้แทนราษฎร และบทบาทฐานะอื่นๆ นักหนังสือพิมพ์ใช้สรรพนามที่แสดงถึงบุคลิกภาพ วุฒิภาวะ และลักษณะงานเรียกแทนชื่อนักการเมืองสตรี หนังสือพิมพ์ที่นำเสนอข่าวของนักการเมืองสตรีมากที่สุดคือ ไทยรัฐ และฐานสัปดาห์วิจารณ์ และภาพลักษณ์นักการเมืองสตรีที่ถูกนำเสนอมีลักษณะเป็นบวกมากที่สุด ผลการวิจัยจากการสัมภาษณ์เจาะลึก พบว่า ในสายตาของนักหนังสือพิมพ์ภาพลักษณ์ของนักการเมืองสตรีมีลักษณะเป็นกลางมากที่สุด และมีบทบาทการทำงานเพื่อเด็กและสตรีมากที่สุด ปัจจัยและอิทธิพลที่มีต่อการทำงานคือ นโยบายของพรรคการเมืองวัฒนธรรมทางการเมือง เงื่อนไขทางสังคม ปัจจัยที่มาจากตัวนักการเมืองสตรีเองสำหรับปัจจัยและอิทธิพลที่เอื้อต่อการทำงานของนักการเมืองสตรีคือ พื้นฐานทางครอบครัวการยอมรับจากสังคม ความเชี่ยวชาญด้านวิชาการและอาชีพ ตลอดจนความสัมพันธ์กับกลุ่มการเมืองและผู้มีอิทธิพลในท้องถิ่น ส่วนปัจจัยและอิทธิพลที่มีต่อการคัดเลือกข่าวและนำเสนอข่าวของหนังสือพิมพ์มี 4 ประการคือ นโยบายและหลักการของหนังสือพิมพ์ การแข่งขันกันในตลาดหนังสือพิมพ์ และอิทธิพลจากภายนอก จรรยาบรรณและความรับผิดชอบต่อสังคม โดยที่หนังสือพิมพ์มีบทบาทในการพัฒนาบทบาทและหน้าที่ของนักการเมืองสตรีคือ เผยแพร่ความรู้ให้กับประชาชนรายงานข้อเท็จจริงตรวจสอบดูแลการทำงานของนักการเมืองสตรี สะท้อนความคิดเห็นของประชาชนที่มีต่อการทำงานของนักการเมืองสตรี และประการสุดท้ายคือ บทบาทในการชี้นำสังคม |
| Other Abstract: | The objectives of this research are: to study images of women politicians, to study directions of the news presentation and factors which influence the news selection process of newspapers and lastly to study the roles of newspaper in role development and function of women politicians. This research used both content analysis and In-depth Interview techniques. Daily and weekly newspapers were analyzed. Those are Thai Rath, Daily News, Matichon, Siam Rath Subda Wijarn, DhanSubda Wijarn and Nation Sud-Subda. Eighteen journalists were given In depth Interview.The research results are reported into two parts. The Content Analysis sounds that women politicians news were mostly portrayed in the form of classified news. There was mostly presented in political news.Newspaper portrayed five roles and status of them as fellow: 1. cabinet member/member of parliament 2. mother/wife/daugther 3. leader of political party 4. committee member of the parliament and 5. another roles and status. Journalists used nickname(designations) which showed their personalities, maturities (adulthood) and type of work and activity. Thai Rath and Dhan Subda Wijarn presented news about women politicians more than others. Images of these woman politicians were presented positive. The In-depth Interview technique revealed that in the journalists' opinions;images of women politicians and their roles were to work for children and women.Factors and influences, which affected their activities, are political party policy,political culture, social condition and themselves. Factors and influences, which supported their activities, were family background, social acceptance, academic and professional expertise and political party relationships as well as their local influence network. However factors and influence affected the news selection process and presentation of the newspapers were principle and policy of the newspaper them selves competition within their own newspaper circulation, external influences and lastly their own ethical and social responsibility. The newspaper's roles in development and functions of women politicians are to educate the society, reporting fact, to keep surveillance on their activities, reflecting people's opinion on their performance and lastly their role to lead the society. |
